This is a great arena for the Boise community. We attend as many Steelhead games as we can coordinate with our schedule. If you like hockey, this is a great arena since it is so compact. No seat is a bad seat making it an enjoyable event for all ages.

Watched the steelhead game and had a fantastic time

It was awesome!! My friend was skating for the first intermission at the Steelheads game last Saturday. The time and effort they put into the games and cleaning up is truly incredible.

Shut the beer sales down way to early and the sound system was wonky and in and out.

Fix your ac. Ushers are failing at their jobs
Do better with crowd control. Worst customer service of a place I've ever dealt with. They don't respond to your emails and don't address issues either.

This review is based on section 207. The rows are so close together, once people are sitting in them, it is very difficult to navigate your way in and out. Nachos were very good, but no where to set them making it awkward to hold throughout hockey game. We couldn't understand anything the Emcee said. The game was very good and our view was excellent.

No AC, bathroom lines were 50 ppl deep, will not recommend this venue

Went to Steelhead season opener. Had to pay for parking, overpriced food and seats. The game was decent, but not worth price. I don't recommend but then crowds aren't for everyone.

Ideal venue for a basketball game. Concessions were reasonablly priced but no healthy options. Went for big sky conference tournament. Only complaint is that i paid several months in advance for the best seats available. When i got to the arena, somebody was sitting in my seat. Then other people sat next to me who hadn't paid for their seats. A couple of times ( i went to 10 total games), it caused a little bit of a confrontation. But you cant beat it!

Great performance by all The Degenerates Tour artists! Awesome line-up! Cant Swim, Beartooth, I Prevail & A Day to Remember! Only downside is absolutely NO smoking area and no in & out privileges.

I went to a hokey game here and it was the best thing ever! I will happily go back for every game. The arena is amazing and the staff were wonderful. Also cold beer!

It's a great place to see hockey games ,Front street fight, and all kinds of shops and restaurants in walking distance, truly a awesome place

Absolute worst arena I ve ever been to! Staff was rude, all but Phil B. Who was a saving grace! This arena is perfect if you want to sit on your neighbors lap, because the seats are tiny and crammed together! The handicap area is right by the concession area and the people working the booth were shouting about cheese and stuff, making it very hard to hear the entertainer. We LOVED Gabriel aka Fluffy, but we definitely won t be going back to this arena!

Great for concerts where you stand on the floor. The seats suck. They're so close to the person in front of you, your knees are practically resting on their head, and they're so small that they leave bruises on your legs if you weight more than 95lbs. Trying to walk past anyone is impossible unless your want your lady/man parts in a strangers face.

We're there all the time. The merch bar is great, and Jason is the BEST bartender.

I'm a huge hockey fan, but have attended other events here as well

Watched #44 of the Utah Grizzlies get slammed into the ice by a Steelhead. Loved it.

Christina was extremely helpful. I called in to downgrade the service I had purchased, but she was able to explain some features I didn t fully understand and keep me happier than ever in my decision to use CenturyLink!

Great place to catch any type of event. No bad seats in the house.

Love watching the Stealheads here. Pretty good view from most all of the seats. Price is great!

Fantastic venue! Accessible from inside the Grove hotel lobby right in downtown Boise. Lots going on in the area.

Found out that Century link does not recycle... even though they have bottles and cans bin. They end up in the same trash as garbage....

Went to the CenturyLink arena for an ice hockey game. We had servers who actually came down to our seats took our orders AND brought us our drinks that was amazing! No regrets

Great arena for hockey. Easy parking, good food and bars nearby.

Poorly managed wasted money on VIP. Not a place for concerts. Sound was poor and they didn't accommodate well for a variety of people.

Great intimate venue. Not a bad seat in the roughly 5,000 seat arena.

Excellent minor league hockey rink. Great location in Boise.

Fun place for any event. Staff is reasonable, alcohol price too high.

I love this place it is nice and big with two women's restrooms and comfortable seating I absolutely love it

Suits assembly needs but the stands are very uncomfortable. As someone who suffers from vertigo I recommend sticking to the floor if possible.

30 minute bathroom lines for men's is unacceptable.

Small, but great views. Concessions were good but expensive as you would expect. It was easy to get in and out.

Awesome game last night. For the most part these r really fun and exciting for all ages. My 10 year old loves goin but my 12 and 15 year olds do not enjoy as much. Family friendly 90% of time with the exception of a few fans that get obnoxious and yell obscenities. The music and fan interaction definetly keep things light and fun. We will keep going and attending. The only issue is have is with the foam puck throwing after the 2 period. There r some fans that intentionally throw directly from top row and try and hit people on the bottom row as if its some game. I'm sure other have experienced this and perhaps security should pay attention to this and act accordingly.

Watched Bellator fights. Had a great time. Excellent hosts

Sat in a box. The service was good and friendly. Good views of the hockey game.

Awesome ice hockey game! Seats are a bit tight if you're a bigger person but not unbearable, drinks and food are available all over inside, including burgers and popcorn.

I work for CTL & lucky to get a seats to the company suite to watch the indoor US vs Brazil game. Been there for other events, at in other seats. The biggest complaint I have is all the seats in the arena need updating. Other than that, good service & pretty decent food even though it's over priced. As much as expected for a arena.

Great arena, staff and security.
