I find this company to be extremely displeasing.Im not one to usually talk poorly but I found the experience from this to company to be very distasteful.They went back on everything they said they would provide.I did Love being there in the beginning but unfortunately they started to push me away. They made me higher up then basically had me train someone to undermine me and take my job. They let me go without notice and deleted my number trying to blow me off. When I asked why, they said cause of budget wise. They have poor management and qualities for a cleaning company.If I could I would give no stars....

I am a former employee. Christina the owner does a good job on keeping her business in order .I have noticed when something goes wrong she will make sure it gets fixed promptly. I may have left bad review before but really it has nothing to do with her business or the owners. I just left with bad taste. It is deaf friendly when it comes to the owners . So if you need businesses buildings taken care of, it is them you should go for .Keep it up. Also good place to work for too.

I was a janitor at RCF for a short time starting in 2019 and ending early 2020. Although I never met the CEO Christina Before I can say that both Robert and my direct supervisor Jenny were the best people I have ever worked for and I would work for them again in a heartbeat.

Cleaning services aren't a thing that people usually comment on. It's something you don't see happen and just expect to have done. I've had several people come to me to tell me they're really happy with the way things have been cleaned in our building with RCF.

Appreciate all the effort they put in and I'm really happy we chose to work with them.

These guys are absolutely amazing! My boss and I were staying after hours to try and get everything clean and it wasn t working out for us despite our best efforts. They must have the magic touch because we came back after they were done cleaning and even the scum sinks we thought we had to replace looked brand new!!
Will definitely be calling them again!

This company is amazing. I have had other cleaning companies and with several request had no luck in obtaining better service. The owners of RCF have always responded very quickly and provided results immediately. They have gone above and beyond providing me with a solution and talking with their team. The team that cleans my office I appreciate so much; I walk into my office after cleaning and feel like I am at home~ For the bad reviews; before your review did you call RCF and discuss what you may of seen or had in cleaning issues, to give them the chance to provide you with the customer service that I receive? Every Company depends on their clients to provide feedback to better their company and to give the resources/training that may be needed for their team to provide the high quality of service that RCF prides themselves on and in giving their clients the best!!!! RCF has provided our multi-story, residential building with excellent service and dedicated staff. We regularly hear compliments about how clean our building is. Nothing makes us happier. We appreciate the attention and service RCF provides.

Former employee here. The owners and managers were fantastic throughout the beginning of the pandemic, providing all the supplies and masks needed to keep as many clients functionally clean as were open at the time, following all CDC guidelines and then some. My spouse and I very much enjoyed working with this company at the many buildings we had the pleasure of cleaning for and we were sad to leave. The owners and managers really make their employees feel like family and try their best to work with employees to accommodate when they can. Melvin and I were all too happy to work with such an amazing company. Keep it up, y'all!

RCF has provided the cleaning services for our business for a number of years. Ours is a large facility and they have done an excellent job. During this pandemic they have been excellent in making certain our "high touch" surfaces are treated with anti-viral solutions each day and have even gone so far as to provide us with some materials to help our staff perform the daily cleaning regimens required.

not trying to downgrade, but Ive seen a nasty supervisor mistreat her co-worker. started criticizing her work right when she was about to start working.. kind of unfair don't you think? i don't appreciate that.

Bad people in general

Gave me the night off just to fire me, delete my number and pretend that they don't know me. Hire more friends of person who was undermining and showing p 0rn at charter school.(Curtis)They leave you on the first day with no training, the manager never show up when you need them.They don't compensate for detergent/cleaning rags. use a leaf blower for dusting,

Helped us out big time! While cleaning, an employee noticed a leak in our roof. She quickly notified us in the middle of the night. But that s not all. She went way above and beyond by cleaning the mess, setting up trash cans and buckets to collect what she could, and moved some equipment that could have been damaged by the leak all before we could arrive and respond to the situation. Really went the extra mile! Very impressed!

Ive worked for this company 2 or 3 months , issues NONE , they train you well , give you the supplies you need to do the job , are readily available if you have questions or concerns , and pay a decent wage for this type of job , try them you will like them joe s

Amazing company to do business with! Perfection is not something easily achieved but Christina accepts nothing less from her employees. Any minor issue that may arise is handled in record time with outstanding professionalism. As far as the cleaning itself, we are always pleased! We have worked with RCF for about 4 years and have no interest changing that! GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!
