The exterior of the building was interesting. The interior containing the art bored me. Buy I'm not very cultured.

Fantastic variety of art. Breath taken away. Amazing.
Always love visiting, engaging exhibits and fantastic views
Interresting building, unfortunately a little run down. Nice modern art museum at the top floors.
I do not give a note more important because this structure is under renovation. But it's a must in Paris. The surrounding atmosphere is fantastic a composite blend of cultures that makes Paris a unique city.
There was so far only in the library, a very atmospheric three-level room. I want to go back and drown in books. In general, many books there are in electronic versions, so everyone is sitting on computers.
Very interesting and modern-style museum. The library Bpi is a confortable and ideal place to consult information or to study/read inside with abundant documents and magazines. Access for transport is very easy!
The architectural design of this place is super cool. Each color of the pipes outside represents a different element like water or electricity. The view from the top is unforgettable - you can see the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coeur! The art itself is really modern and sometimes weird.. But it's different from the traditional idea of Paris.
Beautiful exhibition space with a superb view of Paris in the 6th arrondissement
Personally one of the architectures that I appreciated most in Paris. It always has exhibitions inside, of course, for a fee, but with the Turist Pass you can save money
It was a wonderful experience. Be sure to go up to level 5 and watch the night view!
Always a good museum. Some of the best exhibitions are found here.
The view of the whole of Paris from the terrace is also beautiful
We enjoyed our visit to the Centre Pompidou. The surrounding neighborhood, with its mix of high-end retailers and second-hand shops, and the building itself make the visit worthwhile. We went on a Friday afternoon late in March. There was no wait for admission. Inside we enjoyed the contemporary art collection. As with most large museums we visit, we didn't try to see everything but we were very happy with what we covered. Highlights of the visit were Francis Picabia's Danse de Sainte-Guy and Ben's Le Magasin de Ben.
A too crowded touristic place near a masterpiece of Renzo Piano..
Different within the landscape of Paris. Modern next to the old
Wonderful views over Paris, the 5th floor of the museum is better than the 4th.
First Sunday of the month (it's free) with a 30-minute queue ... The view from the 5th floor over Paris at sunset is spectacular.
Only the permanent collections are visible.
Is it worth it.
We didn't have time to see everything, we liked more x inside than outside, advisable
Paris has always been filled with amazing art and Centre Pompidou is the place for modern art. It's situated in the Marais and only a short walk away from the city hall.
Personally, I didn't really come here for the art although it's quite amazing but the views of the city, the restaurants here and the ample photo opportunity, that was pretty good.
Offbeat structure, within the historical Marais. Excellent items on display, but very long lines to enter. Magnet for tourists. Large selection of cafes all around.
Attended with my son who is 9 years old. The exhibitions didn't capture his imagination and whilst the trip up the escalator offered a brief spell of excitement this passed to quickly.
It is certainly the museum of modern art the most entertaining the most interesting and the best I know of its kind .... The collections of the museum are really very interesting and pointed. I also like building and fluidity to move indoors
I love its architecture and modern works of art, but the gift shop's products were too pricey, more than at other museums I had visited.
Not worth it honestly. Better things to do in Paris. Maybe I am a simpleton and don't understand this art that much.
I like contemporary and modern art and here they have great pieces. In addition, the view of Paris - the Eiffel Tower and the queue.
Excellent exhibitions and lovely spaces Nd views. Worth booking tickets online beforehand to save queuing time.
Sooo cool place. And so futuristic. Amazing gallery amd each room is so interesting and uniqur. Some pictures are very strange and almost impossible to understand, but for this reason it also interesting as you will never see the same :)
P.S. and view on Paris from the highest floor is wonderful!
Prepare for a longer visit, lots and lots of amazing things to see here.
The most interesting place in whole Paris, in my opinion! This is a really modern and creative place, I fell in love with it!
Great exhibitions with speakers the place is aging a bit the neighborhood is magnificent to visit
Not my style but good for people who love modern art
A huge building with a lot going on. Big queues. Give yourself extra time
The toilet smells bad otherwise it is very large and pleasant to work
Gorgeous and fascinating: to see! The terrace from which you can admire a breathtaking visit is very beautiful
One of my favourite places during my Paris trip. It was a nice and refreshing breather from all the over saturation of renaissance and classical museums. It s it quite a large museum and one can easily be submerged into for the whole day. When we went there were about 30% of the galleries not open but we still ended leaving without having explored the entire museum.
We went in the late afternoon so there weren t too much people at the ticket office. However I d still recommend getting tickets online before hand just for convenience. The top two floors are your more classic modern art/paintings showcasing artists who paved the way for contemporary art. The bottom three floors are more your 21st century modern art, installations and I think would be much more interesting to younger people.
The rooftop is definitely a must as it gives you a beautiful panoramic view of the entire city including the Eiffel Tower. We were there during sunset and the view was absolutely stunning. Their hours also open up til quite late 9pm so it s a nice place to visit at night. Overall we all really loved this place, highly recommend!
Always something new to see
Always sghod art exhibition that is a lesson in seeing
Do not miss walkwe Evans photos !
Modern arts. Very good place to learn about it. Line was a bit long. So get ready to queue.
Art... ;))) probably i dont understant it but anyway it is worth to visit
If the weather is good, there are street artists present, which gives a nice atmosphere. Nice area to walk around.
Romantic palza . Fantastic building architecture idea . Nice cafes around
To rediscover new works every time you visit Paris. Plan to come half an hour before opening in the morning.
I enjoyed the work they had going on. I do wonder if they could fit more work in considering how much space is just walking through empty areas to get to the actual art.
A magnificent panorama of contemporary art, a must see.
However, there are caveats: 1 / the website indicating the wait time gives fanciful information. 2 / it's not easy to navigate between the different levels of temporary or permanent exhibitions, which means that you have to navigate quite a bit via the Escalators if the ticket does not provide for the total.
Nevertheless one of the best contemporary museums that I have done for the richness of the collections.
Interesting the museau of medern and contemporary arts
I state that I do not like art but precisely in itself the structure is a fist on one eye taking into account the standard of the city ..
Superb exhibition of Vasarely! The staging of the works is really successful. Many works will remind you of memories .... And as a bonus: the logo of the Renault brand or the cover of a Bowie album
A quiet place to study in a typical setting! An architecture that adds to the charm of the place! The library is complete and available (even contains free exhibitions sometimes). Sometimes a lot of tail for paid exhibitions but it's worth it!
Excellent collection, amazing building, great restaurant and views, + the bookstore is wonderful!
A must visit in Paris, don't forget to visit the temporary exhibitions on the top floor!
I've heard my mom (who's an artist) rave about this place for about a decade which could only lead to disappointment. Extensive collection of contemporary art including Picasso Kandinski Miro and others. The building in and of itself is pretty interesting.
Interesting building both externally and internally. Museum that contains modern and contemporary art. That contemporary didn't make me mad, but if you're an art lover it's worth a visit. If you are not a great lover after the visit of modern art you have already given enough of it the great quantity of works. On the top floor you can see part of Paris from above.
One of my favourite gallery spaces to explore - the building itself is a gem, and that is before starting on the treasures of modern art that are found over its levels.
Continuous strikes since the 31st of March (or even before, I am not sure about the news).
We planned to go there and spend the morning, and we were really eager about it, but reached the doors, two employees were there saying they were striking and they were not sure when they would have opened.
I may understand that they have a reason, but if it is really such a long time they are keeping the venue closed, and on their website they keep selling tickets and promoting different temporary exhibitions, I am not sure about their professionalism.
Be careful, try to check the openings before walking there or buying your ticket online.
Superb place for lovers of contemporary art. The Christo exhibition is just magical.
