The people here are so sweet but they completely destroyed my hair with a bad perm...I spent $85 for the perm and tip here yesterday and so far I've spent over $150 more today trying to have it fixed...I am so incredibly upset and disappointed...

Janet (student) and Suzie (Instructor) were great. Janet was very coachable and Suzie was very patient and she demonstrated techniques that were impressive. I would recommend this school to any student or client.

This used to be a good place to go, but now the two experiences have been bad. There is no communication and no one ever seems to know anything anymore. Unfortunately Brian is in charge of the advanced students and his attitude leaves much to be desired. And this most recent experience, I called in the morning and asked when was the cut off time for french braids, I was told 330, got here on time and they said oh we cant wash, there's not enough time, yet I was told 330 AND the paper explicitly stated all styles must be performed on clean hair. Then they said, it's because she's natural when she's not and that they just couldn't do it AFTER saying itll be a 15 minute wait. When I said look this is what I was told when I called this morning, she said maybe yall should talk to instructors when you call. The instructors aren't the ones who answer the phone!!!!! Maybe yall should provide people with the correct information! The two stars is because previously my hair always came out well and there was communication, now its just conflicting information and unfortunate service if you get any.

My girlfriend went there today and they really messed up her hair. She got it colored and it came out two different colors. She asked them to do something about it and they would do nothing to help her. Now she has to go somewhere and get it done right. They did a very bad job on it. Don't go there!!!!!!!!!!!!

RUN don't walk AWAY from this place. I went in for some highlights to help me grow out my gray hair. The foil application process took so long to apply that the bleach mixture dried out. I was left under the drier for an HOUR in hopes of getting my hair to lighten. Finally, fresh mixture was used and back under the drier they put me. When it was finally rinsed out my hair started to dissolve!!! To make matters worse they charged me $65 instead of $45 because they had to use extra bleach mixture!! If they had applied it in a timely manner all of the added time under the drier and damage could have been avoided. The instructor DOESN'T know what he's doing and was a total JERK to charge me extra for his mistake. If it were possible to rate with a zero star I would have.

Today I went to Central Texas Beauty College for a hair color. What I wanted was complex, even for seasoned stylists, but thought I would give it a try. Mandy T did my hair, and was supported by her instructor, Ms. M. The attention and care I received was exemplary and they listened to what I wanted. Each step of the way, the teaching provided was impressive, and Mandy T. did a gorgeous job on my hair. Believe me, I have been to many salons over the years, and never walked out with EXACTLY what I wanted, until today. Kudos to Mandy T and Ms M for truly caring and listening to what the client wants, and making it happen!!! I definitely will be back and am so thrilled with my hair color.

I have visited other schools and I have to say that the professionalism and training that I see in your students far exceeds any school I have been to.

Their services are good for a simple shampoo, but if you want something different, like a particular style, go someplace different. or you will end up wearing a hat or a wig until the botch hairdo grows out.

Went with my friend to get hair dyed. Although it was legnthy, Ms.M and a lady (I forgot her name! But I really appreciate her time and effort) did a great job in lightening my hair. Really put in a lot of work to get it the way I wanted it. Plus it's affordable :)

I showed up with a picture of the haircut that I wanted, and I walked out with almost exactly what I asked for. These are students, so I wasn't expecting perfection, but they came very close. I'll be coming back and recommend it to everyone.

Had my hair done an a teacher was rude an told student to hurry to get me done I was there 5 hr. Then they messed up still made me pay come back to fix an the same teacher was talking like i couldn't here so rude.. pay later to go to senior side to get my hair done with mr. Bryan he was awesome well worth it I think she was gay an just talking about me bc I was pregnant an getting my hair done like how rude
