RUN don't walk AWAY from this place. I went in for some highlights to help me grow out my gray hair. The foil application process took so long to apply that the bleach mixture dried out. I was left under the drier for an HOUR in hopes of getting my hair to lighten. Finally, fresh mixture was used and back under the drier they put me. When it was finally rinsed out my hair started to dissolve!!! To make matters worse they charged me $65 instead of $45 because they had to use extra bleach mixture!! If they had applied it in a timely manner all of the added time under the drier and damage could have been avoided. The instructor DOESN'T know what he's doing and was a total JERK to charge me extra for his mistake. If it were possible to rate with a zero star I would have.
