This used to be a good place to go, but now the two experiences have been bad. There is no communication and no one ever seems to know anything anymore. Unfortunately Brian is in charge of the advanced students and his attitude leaves much to be desired. And this most recent experience, I called in the morning and asked when was the cut off time for french braids, I was told 330, got here on time and they said oh we cant wash, there's not enough time, yet I was told 330 AND the paper explicitly stated all styles must be performed on clean hair. Then they said, it's because she's natural when she's not and that they just couldn't do it AFTER saying itll be a 15 minute wait. When I said look this is what I was told when I called this morning, she said maybe yall should talk to instructors when you call. The instructors aren't the ones who answer the phone!!!!! Maybe yall should provide people with the correct information! The two stars is because previously my hair always came out well and there was communication, now its just conflicting information and unfortunate service if you get any.
