Florida PowerSports has some of the best customer service I have experienced. I ordered a helmet and received it the next day. One problem though, it was the wrong color black, gloss finish instead of matt finish. So I braced myself for a fight and called them. I had absolutely no problems getting an RMA and a shipping label to return it. 3 days later I get the right helmet.

I am so use to businesses fighting me over issues like this, but not Florida PowerSports, they just accepted responsibility and got me what I wanted and at a great price. I would definitely do business with them again.
