I was a new car buyer looking for my first car. I had already been ran around by other dealerships and was losing hope that I would find something used, in good condition, and affordable. I had ran across Tim Woodard in January, but was not quite ready to make a purchase, but in late Februray I ran into him again on an inquiry of a 2003 Toyota Camry. Via email, I laid out what I can do and cannot do and he called the next morning to set up a meeting about the car in question. I agreed to meet with him that evening, but then a phone call from Tim in regards to the car I had choosen made me a bit concerned. He called to tell me that the 2003 Camry was sold the night before, but he was in the process of getting me the same car only a year newer. I was skepticall at first, but he asked me to trust him. So, trust him I did. Re reshecduled for Saturday morning. I saw the car in the lot and it looked liked it was used, but in pretty decent condition. It ran well and the brakes took a bit getting used to, but overall I liked it. Tim walked me through the process step buy step and was available to answer any questions I had. He got me approved for financing, and got me a fairly afforadle monthy payment. Tim did all he could to make sure I had a car that I was comfortable with and pleased with. he is a true asset to your dealership. I look forward to working with him again in the future for my next car purchase. A good experience!

car was throwing a specific code that was specific to a recall on water pumps on my 07 Toyota replaced (for free) on air pump on prius from 07-09 up until 2015?..I told Toyota this was the problem and They ignored me and said it was a censor..they replaced that for $600+. Car broke down few hours after getting it. Turns out *gasp* it WAS the water pump..they replaced it for free but I still feel like I was cheated out of my Money. DO.NOT.GO.TO.DEALERS. Or Midas they charge triple for nothing. Shop around and Be aware before full going to any mechanic so that matter.. research your cars recalls and whatever specific codes. there are plenty of information on YouTube take advantage of it. just because they are at the dealership does NOT mean they re NOT mediocre. Worse experience I have ever had at dealership. Everyone from management was extremely rude. It was raining pretty heavy when I got to dealership. Asked to pull the car around but instead they made me walk to a lot across the street. Car was priced way over book value. Also talked to a friend about it and he said he bought a Honda Accord from there last year. They overcharged him and when he left a bad review, dealership reached out to him and offered to knock off another $1000 to take the review down. Everyone please be aware if you do decide to visit this dealership and do not take off your guard at any point. Do your research before you go and do not trust their numbers and verify them somewhere else.

I will never come to this place AGAIN! I made an appointment, after checking in they said it was about 2 hour wait! Despite having an appointment which makes no sense to me. But after being here an hour and a half I noticed my car was in the lot. Yay! My car was done. Sike! I went to the counter, asked if my car was done since it s in the lot. Nope! They haven t even gotten started on it. Now here I am almost 3 hours later still waiting to get out of here! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! My first and definitely the last time I ll be here!

The check engine light had recently came on in my car so while driving pass central city Toyota I decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. 2 hours later I was putting a deposit on a 2018 Camry. Love my car and the staff were great. While going through the buying process I found the same car online for a lower price and they honored it. Shout out to Esteban for his great service and help getting me into my new car.
Update:
While the car buying process couldn t have been better the service department needs some improvement. I made an appointment for 10:20am but didn t leave the dealership until after 1:30 pm, 3hrs for routine service and oil change. I also took my car in to have the software updated to include apple car play and was quoted 2hrs (I installed it on 2 other cars it takes 30min tops) so I left. Even going through the reviews the number 1 concern is the length of time from drop off to pick up. Maybe they should hire more employees because nothing is finished in a timely manner here.

The service man and the customer service rep who walked around checking on us were very nice and helpful, however when I went to check out, I was asked to rank their customer service and when I did the cashier started laughing and making fun of the score I gave them with the other ladies at the desk while I was still standing there. Many of the staff have worked there for a long time, providing continuity for long-time customers. I always feel that the prices are fair and honest, and they don't do extra work without asking first. I have never had cause for complaint when I bring in my car for service.

I was told one thing face to face and another after calling. I didn't think I would get approved for a car and I did, and the salesman at that time also helped me get the best price and monthly payments possible. I still have the car. Since that experience went so well I thought I would give them another try. This time, outside of the friendly reception there were a few bumps in the road on their part and it didn't go over well with me. That is when Ted Dedario gave me a call the next day and was very apologetic and helpful with making the road smooth again. His customer service and his openness to rectify the small bumps made me feel as if I did do the right thing in coming back to this dealer. All that were involved worked together to make my experience a great one again. Worst. They lie about what they actual do. Their multi point inspection to absolute crap. My tail lights were out and they swore up and down they were fine. I demanded that they double check because I knew they were out. Oh! Low and behold! I needed new tail lights. It doesn't stop there. I go in for an oil change and they tell me i need new tires. My response, "you mean you want me to replace the tires that you guys replaced last month when you told me my head lights were fine?" Clerks response "um.... I think you should consider fixing your tire pressure sensor". Oh to boot you will have to wait 3 and a half hours for a oil change. That's with an appointment. DO NOT GO HERE. I would like to thank Mr. Brian Mcdaid and the general manager Jammie for making sure I have a quality service done on my 2006 Toyota Sienna. It was my first experience having my car break down and having a expensive job done after only having this used car less than a month . The communication was touch and go through the process but Mr. Brian handled my situation well and made sure my issues were fixed with great urgency and pricing was reasonable for me to handle. Every time I called it was the same person same professional tone and attentiveness to my questions. Even though she did not live near the site her professional tone and honesty prevailed. My first time in here. I booked an appointment to drop off for oil change before 2 weeks. I got a Groupon coupon and while booking my appointment, I informed this to some lady over the call. She asked me about my car, make and model and said that my car needs a synthetic oil change and I purchased for a regular one. It could cost me $20 extra. I said OKAY and booked it.
Finally, after 2 weeks, I went to drop off my car and there was a man at the service center who said they cannot take my mini cooper inn. I was requesting why and trying to tell that I waited for the appointment and got confirmed that my coupon would work. he may be in his 60s age. He was replying back rudely saying " It needs eyes coz it is clear underneath the coupon that we accept for toyota and nissan only". I may not have eyes but my ears are not deaf. I confirmed after talking to the lady. I was ready to pay $100 for my oil change coz its already over the mileage and am desperate. I asked him if I can come around 5.30 - 6pm to pick my car. He was again rudely saying that " Our gates will close at 6" why cant he be little nicer??? What did I do to him?
