The staff always treats me well and is very attentive to my concerns. The work is done well and within the time framework that was predicted. Many of the staff have worked there for a long time, providing continuity for long-time customers. I always feel that the prices are fair and honest, and they don't do extra work without asking first. I have never had cause for complaint when I bring in my car for service.
