Having a coupon thru Groupon is what brought me there. The online phone experience was truly exceptional- why? One word- CONSISTENCY. Every time I called it was the same person same professional tone and attentiveness to my questions. Even though she did not live near the site her professional tone and honesty prevailed. The shuttle was an above and beyond service addition. The personnel at the site itself were courteous and they seemed collegial with each other which means they enjoy working there. I look for that especially if it s my first time in a service based environment.
