If I could give 0 stars I would. The man I spoke with about my car was very unhelpful simply because I did not purchase my vehicle from their location even though it is through Toyota. I was told one thing face to face and another after calling. Then I was told I would need a special machine to run a diagnostic on my car because it wasn t a Toyota...I will stick to my original location...I should have known their prices would have been ridiculous from what they try to charge for old used cars with no special features that have been sitting for years...go figure!
