The service man and the customer service rep who walked around checking on us were very nice and helpful, however when I went to check out, I was asked to rank their customer service and when I did the cashier started laughing and making fun of the score I gave them with the other ladies at the desk while I was still standing there. It was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. If you're going to make fun of the customer, at least wait until I leave!!!
