We only went swimming here for a day. The pool could use some maintenance. Sharp tiled edges, joints and joints that no longer look very fresh, things like that. Furthermore, it seemed a nice park.

The whitewater course was not even wild. It seemed as if it was for 3 to 6 year olds. I also liked the houses. And nice and close to the sea that is really good. BUT if you turn on the lamp in the toilet and bathroom in the house, you get noise from a strange thing And the pool was really disappointing. Very unfortunate this
(TIP For center parks. I would take a look at what the pool looks like at the other parks.)
The arcade and shows / Crazy Bingo were fun though. the bingo card was a bit expensive. 12 euros. Despite everything it was a nice holiday. It is a pity that some things were disappointing, especially the pool .
Quite nice to be in front of the swimming pool, but in the evenings because the daytime is really too busy (including lots of babies). The covered area is also nice to be on rainy days. Cottages are ok but for the price you can also find a good hotel.
This park feels like past glory that misses the mark on many facets.
The feeling that the staff is not given enough time for their task or that they are not sufficiently experienced / trained, predominates.
The cottage was far from clean, the pool in the changing area was really dirty.
The bowling alley is really, really worn out and dated.
Up to 2 times we have been served food which was undercooked!
We do not feel that the price for a week away is in proportion to the quality delivered.
A very large center parcs with a lovely swimming pool with nice hot water and a wild water course. Great plaza and good food. In short, a nice place to relax.
We had a great time in a nice and clean VIP house. Just a pity that the ashtray outside was still full of butts. Furthermore Crazy Bingo done and won. But the prize won was already broken when unpacked. You can expect better for this price. The staff almost went out of their way with kindness. Maybe because they can win a prize? We will therefore not nominate anyone. Yes to the invisible staff.
Great swimming pool, with wild water slide, slides, wave pool, really super
Satisfaction in terms of space in cottages with a beautiful view, good food in buffet restaurants (breakfast and dinner), for a sporty walk you can go to the beach of the Brouwersdam or take a bike ride on the dam of 6 km. Aqua Mundo (subtropical swimming paradise) has little compared to other Center Parcs and we have had a lot of noise from the chimney during the day due to the strong wind.
The staff more than arrogant and dull. Customer-oriented work works differently. Too bad.

Nice and beautiful location with a large beach in the vicinity outside the park. Everything is neat and the staff is very friendly. The cottages are a bit on the small side, but very well equipped with every comfort. Ideal for families with small children.
Wonderful place for a weekend away. Of course many children in the pool so be careful what you do. Very suitable for all ages. A mini golf course is also available.
Nice place to spend time with kids, locals are very kind, the holiday houses are clean and lots of stuff available to cook.

It's a Centerparcs so it was always going to be great, just needs some staff improvements in terms of training / attentiveness
During the reservation indicated that we would come with an electric wheelchair. Unfortunately, this means that you automatically fall into a more expensive price range. The layout of this adapted house (701) is not made for a wheelchair user. Doors that open opposite to each other and therefore stand in each other's way. Bedroom that is so small that an electric wheelchair can barely get in. Furthermore, there are high thresholds at the front door and the garden door. Center plates have laid out road plates for these thresholds. At the front door was a wooden road plate of thin plywood and poor quality. at the garden door was a metal / aluminum diamond plate that sagged the first time we drove over it. When you offer a modified cottage that offers more space for a wheelchair, that actually has adjustments (in and around the cottage) that make it easier for a wheelchair user, I understand that more money can be asked for this, due to the costs incurred . When an adjustment only means that there are brackets at the toilet, I am afraid that this is not sufficient for most wheelchair users and that it is outrageous that they are asked for this.
Cottage not very bright, it is very dark. Arrival at 15H and departure at 10H (it's a bit early). It's a shame that some staff do not speak French (especially at the reception). It's still a budget to spend a few days there.
Topissime! Superb place, natural environment passable by bike with protected slopes: a treat for athletes! Clean beaches as far as the eye can see paradise

Second home
We are going to Port Zelande 7 times in a row. For us it is like a second home. It was always clean. If something was broken or forgotten, it was fixed immediately. The people are super nice. For children everything is offered what the heart desires. Also in the area ... In no time you are in Rotterdam..Can shop to your heart's content or visit the huge harbor. We look forward to our next visit !!!!!
A lot of walking if you live at the end of the park. Unfortunately the park has no bike for my eleven year old son which I find very strange .. My son should ride an adult bike that is way too big and the blue bikes are way too small. The staff gave the impression, take a bike and the next one please ...
Due to Corona everything is a little difficult but the park is designed for a distance if other people do that, of course, but there are always those who ignore everything ..
Unfortunately the park is car free which is great on the one hand, on the other hand you have to do your shopping which you have to get outside because the supermarket is very very expensive, dragging through the park with 7 people is quite a bit of water and food. .
I would definitely come back just better prepared..
Not a nice holiday, was thrown off late in the evening at 01:00 by the security guards and therefore had to sleep on the street !, and beds were not suitable for longer people and were not comfortable !.
Very varied choice for children's activities, beautiful location, the local touring train is fun for the children, but is historically not really informative.
The outside Aquapark splash is definitely worth doing, it is best to view activities in advance and possibly plan in advance, so you will lose less time at the info desk.
The houses can be cleaned a bit better, especially under bed, seats, and in the corners.
Eat @ Sea is a must
Swimming pool and facilities are good. A bit busy, but that makes sense during the holidays!
To greet us, there was a huge dog poop in our garden. It was on the edge and clearly visible from the path. After it had not been removed after several days, I removed it myself with great enthusiasm, as we were in the park with small children.
The swimming pool is far too small for far too many people. In addition, it is really neglected and there are rarely enough showers free. While you are showering it draws, which is very inconvenient when you are out with small children. It is generally rather cold in the swimming pool. The flume is basically cool, but the hordes of people squeezing through it make it a rather horrible place. Several times people slipped hard in the back so that I couldn't get in again. At the slide with the large pneumatic tires you wait half an eternity, so crap too. At the double slide, the breaks until the next "slide" are very short. As soon as you have slipped, the next ones start off. Definitely a gamble not to get hurt. There are crowds of people raging in the water and children and young people are jumping from all sides into the crowd from the edge of the pool. The "lifeguards" do not even see what is going on.
Almost every activity in the park costs extra. Even coloring pictures in the kids club. The food in the restaurants is disproportionately expensive and simply far too mediocre for the price. The whole place just has no soul ... is designed for crowds. The rent for the tiny holiday home or for the one week park was already hefty at 1200 euros for two adults and three small children.
The sauna in the house is tiny and has a folding bench. The ventilation rattles in the bathroom in one tour. The fireplace is open so we cannot use it because of the children.
The rooms were upstairs and reached by a loud creaky and breakneck spiral staircase. Especially if you have to go to the toilet at night or if you have one of the children, the way down the spiral staircase is difficult.
Leaving the park is difficult, especially when traveling with young children. The beach is forever far away and the parking lot where you can park your own vehicle mzssz too. The park may only be entered by cars on the days of travel and is otherwise car-free. Instead, on the other days, the employees or other guests race through the park with golf carts, go carts and other vehicles and on the travel days they all speed through the park ... completely regardless of children or anyone at all. Just scary. We didn't know this "manner" and in the best of faith we had left the children alone to the playground.
This whole Center Parcs thing is apparently designed around the fact that the park should not be left. The supermarket is so expensive that we had to go outside to shop. When we returned and were finally able to leave the queue at the driveway behind us, we were not allowed to drive to the house. "Kindly" we were allowed to borrow a handcart and then bring our purchases and children to the house in the pouring rain.
The entrance is also an issue in itself: although the park is already jam-packed with holidaymakers, people from outside are also allowed into the swimming pool for an exorbitant entrance fee. Conveniently, you collect the entrance fee in the driveway. There is no extra stopping area for this, so all returning cars / guests have to wait in line.
Then the market dome where it just smells of chlorine and frying fat.
The only nice thing was the goat pen, but the catch is that hordes of children are let loose on four little goats all day without supervision :-(
I think it's better to rent a nice holiday home somewhere in Renesse and do things "on your own" and the bottom line is probably the same price.
This park will definitely not see us again.
The cottages are outdated but everything and everyone very welcoming! It's great to be here with people from all over the world at Marillion weekend.

The Aqua mundo does not open until 10 a.m. (With children who wake up early, 9am would be more suitable).
The changing rooms and showers of the aqua mundo are in dire need of updating! Very dilapidated.
Restaurants in the Market Dom should be avoided. Overpriced and crowded. It is better to go to Renesse at the Restaurant or cook or even in the cotage.
The center Parcs supermarket is 20-30% more expensive than the Renesse supermarkets.
The balcony was not very clean.
The children's chairs are partly broken (the straps are missing).
We are asked to remove the sheets from the bed before leaving ... If the rental did not cost 500 on weekends, I would understand, but for that price, I find it inflated!

Expensive, houses in need of renovation, major cleaning is really necessary. Expensive catering, no service on the terrace due to corona. (Dirty tables and glasses everywhere, etc.) Do allow guests to walk in to order drinks themselves, which causes a chaotic atmosphere and is not corona-proof at all. Maximum 2x swimming in the aqua mundo per stay. Lots of rules, but also a lot of confusion.
There is no atmosphere in the park.
Overall, the facility seems outdated and not very well maintained. The booked "VIP house" was very small, in the bedroom you can just walk past the bed because of the small room.
Cleanliness rather average.
Value for money does not suit me, we did not even eat there in the restaurants, deterred by the comments that are here - rightly, very expensive, but did not look very special.
Otherwise for children certainly okay with the many games and offers such as mini golf, bowling, etc.
I would not go back, but the next time would rather book a holiday home outside.

Nice place, we had a great time. As expected food in the restaurants were bad and the groceries are atleast twice the normal price.
One general comment about the crowd, on 2 occasions my daughter missed her swimming goggles in the slides. We saw someone picking it, but instead of handing it over to the nearest Centerparcs personnel, they took it for themselves! Had to go behind them and retrieve it back.

The houses are quite small and the swimming pool is quite old. Unfortunately, it is also very narrow and very cool in the area of showers and cabins. Apart from that but a very nice park with a super nice location.
Much to offer, great activity selection but everything has its price, generally great location. Small Center Parc beach is not recommended, but Nordzeelandstrand mittles about 15 minutes. Footpath highly recommended. Crab catching and new children Water playground in the Aqua Mundo was the hit. Remaining areas of the Aqua Mundo are getting old, appear too small and slipping too slow and short ;-). Cleanliness of the accommodation much to be improved. Restaurant Value for money not good, we mostly cooked or ate out of doors (great offer for example Natural High)

Very nice location, right on the harbor and you can get to the sea in about 5 minutes by bike. The park has a lot of leisure activities that are unfortunately totally overpriced ... the swimming pool is free, but unfortunately it is a bit too small.
The houses are all built together and very badly soundproofed, also a bit older but renovated and well equipped.
The staff speaks very good German, is very helpful and friendly.
I thought the stay was okay, but would not go back because of the high costs. For so much money you can get a better vacation.

Old style aquatic park. Children enjoy it for sure. Crowdy, expensive if you stay less than half a day. They don't clean often the changing rooms.
The attractions are varied and the booked breakfast and linen packages made the stay very enjoyable.

The Aqua Mundo is a good pastime in any weather.

Parks Centers dating from 1990, the facilities of the aqua mondo part are correct but date undeniably. The cottages have been redone recently, which is a plus, they are very well equipped. It would be good to take back some part like the outdoor golf which begins to be seriously damaged. Big advantage, the proximity of the sea, which allows a lot of activity. The beach is not extraordinary. But if you leave the park, you will find your happiness, an extraordinary beach.
It was a great time and I found it difficult to leave.
Nice water park with fairly long whitewater course, waves of rapids and tire slide. New water playground is also very nice for the slightly younger children 4-7.
