Unfortunately below our expectations as the most experienced Center Parcs guest

We had a nice big, super clean house, the only flaw was the breakfast buffet, which was very monotonous, every day the same sausage and cheeses. And the bread service did not work. Otherwise you can only recommend the park, we also like to come back.

Great place for a family holiday. Cottage exceptional standard. Very friendly staff.

Waterslide (with donut) kept shutting down all the time. My daughter was trapped.

mediocre Centerparc with proximity to the North Sea

The house is a better caravan, the toilet is mega small and the bathroom has too little storage space for six adults. The individual beds are only suitable for children. There are no cushions for the terrace chairs, of course only two without cushions. The neighbors almost sit on their own terrace. The best thing is the location and the view that people walk through the "garden" didn't bother us.

We got a voucher at the Prenetal for a 50 percent discount. Of course not in combination with other promotions (of course). Port Zelande still had enough space, so we wanted to make a reservation. It turned out to be impossible when booking. The number of rooms for the promotions had already been sold (this was not stated anywhere !!). Called Center Parcs and they didn't understand at first. Later they also found out that there were a maximum number of rooms for the action ...... very unfortunate that it was nowhere stated that there were limitations to the action. We are not going to pay anymore, but we will rent a nice accommodation somewhere else.
Missed opportunity. It goes without saying that Center Parcs will say "no" to us now, but we will also say "no" to Center Parcs in the future. Not communicating honestly, not properly!

The park is beautifully situated and invites you to take various walks. Our apartment was fine and clean. The swimming pool should like to be renovated and brought up to date. For kids it offers plenty of entertainment and variety even on several days. Many activities are offered, but since we have not used them, I will not evaluate them further and links to the website of the park for information.

Much has been renovated in recent years, without the buildings have lost their charm. We liked it very much, the beach is unique and without exception all staff were friendly and accommodating. Although we have noted something, defects were immediately eliminated. I can not understand other reviews.

Nice park, but swimming pool could use a renovation

Correct rating, but there is a very big problem in terms of insulation, renovation at this level seems essential.
For the rest well maintained, friendly staff provided you speak the language.
Aqua mondo a little too small.
Attention for owners of well behaved dogs, they must stay on a leash.

Smaller center Parks like all the others and simple but ok

Faded glory. Everything old and not kept a bit extra harrowing is the two flamingos in the middle of the central hall, sad!

Reasonable swimming pool, white water course is more of a slow-water course. Is very cold not really hot water for the smallest as in Meerdal for example

cottages very outdated. dirty, dirty cushions on the couch. floor very dirty. terrace not accessible. round about the park ... almost stumble over dog poo and used condoms.in the pool the booths are so gross ... everywhere spit and other rancid stuff.for 900 euros for n midweek you ... I really expected more. (not to mention the additional food)
Next year we will go for another park!

The location is completely ok for us a very nice location. From the VIP renovated house I am disappointed. The couch was more like a garden furniture than a couch and did not invite you to linger. Too small toilet and a metal spiral staircase to get to the first floor. These stairs can not be quietly resp. go down. The restaurants are a bit expensive as well as the shopping center. Staff very slow. The information desk is in a very noisy place. Staff did not know many answers.

We were there several times in the off-session and was very excited so far. Children have many offers. Adults can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the area and if the weather is bad, you can keep on the Wild water slide.

The stairs for children under 3 years are an absolute disaster. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the spiral staircase, it was not visible in the pictures. If I had known that, we would not have booked. Front desk and customer service were not helpful-the move to a park (!) Was really not a nominal option for us! It is not just about us, but future families, these stairs are not without and require an explicit reference. I do not criticize that there are stairs that are great in the Hochsauerland, for example, but the very large gap between the steps (see photos). It would be nice if Feedback from Customer Service would be accepted more!

Boring pool, house was not completely clean. In short, you expect more for this price.

We went to the swimming pool with the little one and he had a great time. Very nice.

Location is excellent; 10 minutes and one in the sea :); super child-friendly and very accommodating; the apartments are very clean and well maintained; the Aquamundo is a lot of fun and a good pastime if it rains;

Very nice park, we had a great house right on the water! In the summer the park is certainly even better if you can use the sea.

Unusable, dark and dirty "terrace". Unfriendly reception. Pool, buffet and area is Ok. Landal and Roompot offer better price / quality with regard to the houses. Center Parcs disappoints.

Food is not to eat, service unkind, long wait in a short line! You pay too much for what you get in return. Normally I find the lazy river the most boring but in this case the lazy river was the roughest. You cannot call this white water course a white water course

For a holiday with children very well suited.
Everything was kept very clean and the staff are very nice.
The swimming pool is good, but the white water train is unfortunately not very "wild" and the rest of the pool is not really special.
This center park is great for going to the sea and you should not come because of the water attractions.

Small center park with cute landscapes (the sea, the port ...) but equipment too old, swimming pool too small
Poorly appointed cottage (sauna upstairs, bathroom on the ground floor) and only one bathroom for 6 people.

Perfect for kids. A bit old, but with charm. If you look closely, you can already see some dirt in the houses. Nice location and friendly staff. Gladly again

Despite the lockdown, it is wonderful to enjoy. Get a breath of fresh air by the sea and have some quality time together. Our VIP house is great.

Were in apartment at the port. Beds service was canceled due to crowds, now we received vouchers worth making beds. In itself neat but not again, you order something and then you get something else of the same value. Apartment smelled like sewage when it rained. Furthermore, it was very massive, many queues for lunch, swimming pool, mini golf, etc. No indoor playground, but a bouncy castle. Compared to what we are used to at Roompot or other parks, I would not choose CenterParcs again soon.

Nice park. Plenty to do for the kids. The hospitality industry is somewhat understaffed.

We have again had a wonderful holiday in a renovated 6-room house with 2 roof terraces. In the renovated houses is a combi microwave with oven and in the comfort house also a dishwasher.

The most beautiful North Sea beaches are in Holland, sorry Germany . Very nice center parc. The swimming pool is unfortunately a bit small

We had a nice weekend. I was not satisfied with our house (most luxurious 4 person). The park also had a bit of an abandoned feeling .. Maybe this was because it was not the main season, but the park could use a freshening up.

Nice park but dated houses. The houses that are rented out as renewed still have single glass on the second floor through which the sea breeze blows stiffly. The lounge sofa in the living room is more of a garden sofa than a real sofa for a living room, which gives it a cheap look. The stair gates squeak, not a single door closes properly and the bathroom ceiling is full of black mold spots. I also miss a simple indoor broom to be able to sweep all the sand to the side with some regularity. A puller for the bathroom would also not be a superfluous luxury given the open shower corner.
The staff is friendly and the park is otherwise what you can expect from Center Parks these days: slightly outdated and here and there a bit over its best time. In some places you will find some overdue maintenance, but it is now also low season.
The area around Port Zelande is definitely worth seeing. Within a 10-minute drive you will find several beautiful beaches and a tour boat departs from the park on the Grevelingenmeer. There are also plenty of good restaurants in the surrounding villages, so that eating in the park is not immediately necessary.

I am largely satisfied, you should make sure that you book a renovated house. Would definitely come back :)

We had a renovated house, where there was nothing to complain about, also the pool was awesome. However, gardens are defaced by a lot of weeds, but you can see that much is being renovated.

Booked VIP. Was given old unit that wasn't up to the standards of a standard unit in any other Center Parcs I've been at. When I complained they said that I booked an old unit. At the time there was no choice on their website to book old or new. The entire place needs a serious upgrade and really lacks the standards of other Center Parcs.

Nicely maintained and clean recently renovated house for 6 people. Good measures regarding covid.

Standard Center Park. Aqua Mundo feels a bit smaller than 4 other places we have been to in Belgium and France. This one has a very nice feature - a beach on North Sea. This park is not as large as others, so walking does not become a chore after 2 days. )

In the summer certainly a great park. Is very quiet. We were there in the fall and had to heat properly so that the house was warm.

After the new renovations this place is really good looking

Nice park, currently many houses are being renovated. However, you are not bothered by this. The renovated houses look great! Children love the pool! And the North Sea coast is a 20-minute walk.

Centerparcs is the stingy brother of Landal, asking for more money and wanting to earn with less effort. We are on the camping site which is nice when you are on the field, but we are not. Furthermore, there is nothing at all for children at the campsite. You can find 1 playground that is 20 years old surrounded by tingels and other weeds. In the evening it can still be a lot of noise as there are no checks at the campsite. Young people have a free hand here.

The park itself is nice to walk on, although I miss the playgrounds and a lot of other things for the children that Landal does have.
Furthermore, they are quite wrong here regarding corona measures.

The main thing is to avoid crowds. Those time blocks for swimming are fine, but this is counterproductive if you line up the whole group in front of the entrance. Because now 1 time block has completely come into contact with each other. But come up with a walking route. (dear park manager) get off your seat. You put people in a row at a distance of 40 to 50 cm. And then they have to stick to those stupid walking routes everywhere.

Then I would like to say that you show the measures much more clearly on the website. I understand that something needs to be done, but we only saw the information about the measures later. And they are very disappointing. While there is none of the price.

All in all, not a great experience. In any case, I will no longer be in port zelande. I was not crazy about centerparcs, but now I am sure that I will stick with landal. They are really a bit better with everything for a slightly cheaper price. It's the little things. Like ordering a Coke and getting a Pepsi. It's not the same folks!
