Nice Park, nice environment, helpful / enthusiastic staff. Simply great !!

Been to port zelande for a week last week. First of all, compliments on how corona is handled. Experience at the park is very nice. We had dinner at Nonna's where Nonna surprised us with a visit in Italian, very nice! Was everything completely top then? Unfortunately not, we stayed in apartment 957, where unfortunately there were some defects (see attachment), this was a shame and hope that this will be taken seriously, so that we will not run into this again at a possible next time. At the park top! Apartment could be better.

This form must also be handed in during the key transfer.

The first time this park. I think everything is slightly smaller compared to other parks. From swimming pool to supermarket. Premium cottage was okay but for 6 people it could be a bit more spacious for me. The table and salon are very close to each other. Very spacious beautiful bathroom with rain shower. Neat bedrooms with good beds. Maybe it's because we used to always book a VIP that we found it a bit on the small side now? . You can take beautiful walks with the dog in the forest.
Another tip for the people of Center Parcs.
If there was lighting to the dog toilets, people might put more effort into cleaning up the poops?

Landscape and surroundings top. Parc also very good, but could be a bit better maintained for my feeling. Could be due to the season.

Aqua zoo is a great swimming pool. It is a bit older than Kempnennen, for example, that is what it looks like. However, the slides are unique with a double slide so you can race with each other and a slide where you quickly go down on a tire in the dark. The restaurant in the pool is okay, but takes a long time. The evergreens restaurant is simple but well-priced. It is an all you can eat buffet with not much choice but if you eat limited that is fine.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But there are a few small points of criticism. I found it very unpleasant that the previous tenants' cigarette butts were still spread around the terrace and in the beds or that the ventilation in the bathroom just didn't work properly. If a family of 4 had a warm shower, the bathroom smelled bad because of the humidity. The price level of the restaurants was almost on a par with a very good restaurant. The quality of the food was, unfortunately, not quite the one evening we indulged in. It wasn't bad, but if it had been 40% cheaper the price would have been better with the mediocre food in the Italian restaurant. The rule here is that if you want everything on the spot and don't want to move out of the holiday complex, you just have to pay the required prices. The selection in the complex is quite okay, but you shouldn't expect star cuisine. The Aquamundo was very good and maybe even fantastic compared to an average public swimming pool. But if you expect a water park that can almost keep up with the siam park on Tenerife, you will be very disappointed. For families with children, the CenterParks concept is nevertheless all in all convincing. If you are looking for a relaxed getaway, you won't go wrong here. Perhaps I'm too stingy in places for the CenterParks. Although I am quite willing to spend a lot of money if my requirements are sufficiently satisfied. I am particularly sensitive when it tastes like McDonald's and the price is more like my favorite fine Italian. 1 or 2 stars would not have hit it, the vacation was too good for that. I only get 5 stars if everything fits and I don't have to complain first. I only give 4 stars when most of it fits and at the latest after a complaint everything is good. I don't complain a second time. Then the error is mentioned by name in my review and other points that I might have overlooked find their place in the appropriate place. To get 3 stars or worse from me, you have to earn it.

A very good moment of relaxation. Everything went well, with a cottage renovated and seen on the port thanks to a balcony with table. The beach is not far from the center, possibility to go on foot. Games structures for small children are lacking with slides and plastic tubes.

Most staff very poor in a restaurant, we were already waiting at least 15 minutes for them to come and drink before they come. And do not get record yet what we want to eat

Supermarket was very understocked which is disappointing. Our accomodation wasnt cleaned well, children's toys, broken glasses, razor in bathroom. Beds not made on arrival but cleaners arrived before departure time on our last day. Waited one and a half hours for dinner at Nonna's. It was ok and the accomodation was nice but certainly see the faults when effort is not made by staff. Our WiFi didn't work either.

not 100% clean. pool is smaller than other parks, but nice. I would definitely recommend this.

Very nice park, great house for 2 people and dog, house had a very cozy decor and was renovated, great kitchen with all the trimmings. Will be happy to go back !!!

Nice park, only bad staff and poor cleaning of houses.

We had a nice weekend and enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool.

The park deserves an update, certainly in comparison with other Center Parcs locations. Fortunately the location (close to the harbor and the beach - ideal in good weather) makes up for a lot.

Very cosy. Bungalows are fairly comfortable. There are a few nice restaurants (I personally recommend the all you can eat restaurant in the market). The pool is also mega great and certainly also suitable for 1 day or a whole week.

Great holiday park! Been there twice and loved it. For all something offered and excursion destinations are also enough in the area!

In terms of cottage / cottage it definitely gets two stars. The name on the website "renewed" is quite misleading since only a few elements have been renewed. For example, a new kitchen has been installed, which, incidentally, has been done well, and the bathroom has been freshened up. For the rest, it is exactly the same furniture as years ago, including the creaking stairs. A closed staircase would also be a little safer for small children. The frames, the wood, just don't rot under your nose. The cottage was very clean. We would definitely come back again if the entire park has had a makeover.

beautiful site to go with children who are waterrate.

downside: the houses for 6pers are very small compared to those of 4, especially in bad weather.

Swimming pool Okay ... but the catering is outsourced to albron well VERY BAD you order something they don't have half you can't sell no at such a nice swimming place

Nice CP park. Nice pool and good dining. Had a recently renovated cottage for 4 people. Children's room was fine. Master bedroom was a bit tight. The person by the window had to crawl over someone else if he had to get out at night.

Not the first center parc we visit, but from the park one of the less would like to like. The swimming pool is more than crowded (as opposed to Het Meerdal or Het Heijderboss). Space and seating are required here. If you arrive at 10 o'clock or at 5 o'clock you will be luckier. The offer is rich, even in bad weather, but everything is relatively small. So the Covered shopping and strolling area is smaller and not as intoxicating as in other parks. The apartments and apartments we are common, even if they are Reniviert, no upscale standard, the cleaning ladies, as in every park to be desired (here I was never pleasantly surprised). But the environment with the Starnd and the activities pays even more, which is probably the biggest reason to drive here. Three stars is adequate for a review.

Beautiful house, when we arrived at 3 o'clock sharp, we had to clean up for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

We were at the Center Parcs campsite. In itself a decent place and you have free parking for the pitch including the swimming pool. However, you pay almost twice as much for an overnight stay as at the other campsites on the coast in the area. For that I would have hoped for at least top toilets and showers, which are very spartan. Price-performance is therefore not suitable for me.

Nice varied park! Various holiday accommodations and a spacious Market Dome.

Had dinner at Nonna.
Nonna herself was fun and the Floor Manager who was on duty on the 29-02-2020 evening was a true angel with a wonderful sense of humor. But oh how much went wrong ... wrong dishes or a dessert that never came. My wine was in a sticky glass. The same happened at the tables around me. My hospitality industry knowledge made me understand all this a little better. We had a good laugh about it, I must say. But actually it was super bad.

Relax in the swimming pool. Fun whitewater course where the children can have fun all day.

The pool was moderate for the quite expensive price of 17.50. Also not all jobs were always open.

Beautiful park Change of scenery, only downside, practically nothing is in French, while many French people stay there.
Germans and English are lucky, everything is done to make life easier for them

A nice park nearby. There are deductions for the bad cleanliness and care and for the less motivated employees. Unfortunately, the Warmwasserbeuler is so loud that you think a jet plane starts next to one. If you can live with it, it is a great way to spend a holiday as a family.

Cottage was very clean and very cozy. The pool just like at other locations is very outdated. Dirty lockers, changing rooms, swimming pool, outdated facilities. An upgrade is urgently needed!

1 x dinner in Center Parcs because in the cottage you can cook yourself. Had ordered Club sandwich, not bad considering the location but also not a high flyer.

Recommended is Brouw in the neighborhood, you can sit, relax by the sea and the food is really sublime. Perfect operation too.

The place is beautiful, but the accommodation was dirty and come down. Here we no longer take a vacation.

Nice park and nice pool, activities that are not included can be pricey.

For Center Parcs I find the park a bit disappointing. The bedrooms in the cottage are very small (4p comfort) and unfortunately the turbo tunnel was closed with us. The staff are very friendly and the food is great!

very nice location, have made many boat tours and were evenings in the park. Dinner in the market dome is getting used to as it is quite loud there everything else good

Very nice clean park! The offer is very good and also located near the beach. Very nice for families with small children.

House very outdated.
Dirty, beds not clean.
Kitchen not practical with 1 socket.
Spider webs along the ceiling.
Washbasin where the water does not drain properly.
Definitely not recommended.

Update: During the last visit, we were unfortunately ignored for minutes when checking in and the employee preferred to speak to a colleague in the car. We then switched to the second check-in lane after a long time without reaction from the employee, where we at least got our keys and someone looked after us. The TV did not work in the VIP house, which was quickly rectified after visiting the reception. The grill, which is offered in the package, could not be used with charcoal due to the risk of fire, which we fully understand. When asked if a free electric grill should not be provided as a rental device (as is also offered), the friendly staff asked and the person at the check-in, apparently a shift manager, declined. I can rent it for a fee. On the objection that this is a shame to offer a grill at a VIP house but then to say that the grill that I can use costs extra is not really very customer-friendly. Also the many contradictions with "you couldn't reach us" (when asked why you didn't just tell us we would have brought an electric grill from home) which was a lie, then supposedly barbecuing with electric was also forbidden (which, however, also not true, and also from Centerparcs on the slip as allowed), then you don't care what I think and write. Other visitors behind us were also annoyed by the very unfriendly behavior and, unfortunately, the total lack of refusal to find a great solution for everyone. ALL other staff in the park were very friendly, very accommodating. But still, the whole thing doesn t make a great start to your vacation at such high prices. Many employees did a great job despite covid, but such a person who can also give everyone instructions is somehow out of place and thus nullifies my actual 5 star rating. In addition, you should check out by 10 a.m. But at 9.47 a.m. there is a knock on the VIP house. How long you need to clean. Here you really notice that these Centerparcs have absolutely no desire for their holiday guests. Checkin is not as bad in any park as here and at checkout you also jostle. And as I said, from visitors who rent one of the much more expensive VIP houses. We think, with up to 10 Centerparcs visits a year, definitely not visit this park anymore. It's a shame about the great work of the "employees" who went out of their way to offer a great vacation.

Old review:

A beautiful little center park located directly on the sea and on the other side of a small marina. The houses are freshly renovated, the park is very clean and well maintained. There are many interesting shops and restaurants in the center itself. You can also take care of the beach or activities on the water. The swimming pool is rather atypical for a center park, but has a real highlight for kids thanks to the newly designed children's area, which is equipped with a really great attraction with slides, water cannons and much more. The wild water rink is really beautiful and makes up for the rather small swimming pool. All in all a really nice park that is less than a 10 minute walk to the huge beach with great restaurants. In the park itself you can go to a marina and there are many things to discover. The house was freshly renovated and really well equipped and clean. We were very satisfied.

Nice bungalow park as an island in the water. Facilities are not super extensive but certainly okay. Not far from the sea.

Nice little park, too bad that there is no real indoor playground for the little ones.

Very nice park with many possibilities and a great big swimming pool! For us it was definitely the highlight of the park !!
Culinary you should stay away from the "diner" and better not buy anything ... we have never had such a bad meal
You could rather bring the money to the Fun Factory. There you can play mini golf and let the children reduce the holiday budget at various machines. Unfortunately, there is no indoor playground.

Our house (4 people VIP) was nice and super clean, with nice and new furnishings.
However, the house is noisy in the house and also towards the neighboring house ... sometimes I thought a door was closed in our house, although it was next door ... The fan in the bathroom without a window is as loud as a vacuum cleaner and was against after the exchange a new one only slightly quieter ... unfortunately, relaxing in the tub is not really possible.
The bread delivery service was great at the end of November, as we didn't have to go out in the morning when it was cold and there was a small change in the bread bag's contents every day. Recommended to everyone who doesn't have to / don't want to have breakfast before 7am ... that was the time around which the bread roll door was hung on the door handle every morning.
All in one a really nice park, the nicest one we've been to so far and a really nice house with small quirks and complaints at a higher level.

Price performance ratio is out of proportion! Unclean obsolete swimming pool ... once and never again!

The cottage was clean, the breakfast delivered super deluxe, near the sea of Zeeland, the gourmet that we ordered was well done. We had a great time there :)

As much as the village is pleasant (close to the sea, the port, the indoor activity area, dome, etc.), the aqua mundo is small and dated. In addition, it is a pity that almost no one speaks French while you receive a French-speaking audience (French and Belgian) ....

Very nice, but during shows in the building over the market dome there is little room for a lot of people and not so many different things to do.

Had a wonderful weekend, until next time! A note: both on Saturday and on Sunday there were no sandwiches / croissants ready in the supermarket.

Nice park. A bit dated. The pool in particular needs a makeover but you can have a good time there. Nothing but praise for the staff. Had a nice birthday surprise and they were willing and friendly. Houses look somewhat outdated but everything does its job. No wifi included and is also on the expensive side. (Mss is that also an advantage ...)

Beautiful park but lacks indoor playground for children

We had one of the new tents, which are fixed. In the tents can make cheap and good vacation. In the beginning we would be afraid that it would be very warm in the tent because of the sun, but only the opening of two windows is enough to ventilate the tent. Comfortable and of course with mosquito net around the double bed. It would have been good if that had been the case in the other rooms.
