I have been here once around the age of 14-15, now again 20 years later. But in those 20 years nothing has changed, houses are just in need of a renewal / update. A poor intention if I compare it to eg Hof van Saksen. Waste of money.

The Aqua Mundo and the Marketplace are really good.

What we didn't really like was the maintenance of the green spaces.
You could put a little more emphasis on it.
Would be good for the park.
Otherwise everything was very clean and tidy.

It was a nice stay. Clean houses, perfect food and a nice Aqua Dome!

Wonderful holiday place, just not too expensive, but a decent walk to get to the beach. Typical tourist card food (a pity).

Center Parcs offering all the services to have a pleasant stay. Restaurants close too early.

The service to enter the pool is super. But the service at the bar in the pool was slow ... she was also only thought that she did well in the first

We would be present in or on Port Zelande from 3/9/2020 to 3/13/2020, but due to the weather (stormy) wind force 8 to 9, our holiday was not so much fun. And especially in the night the house made to a degree creaking noise that sleeping in large sizes was not possible. Sorry that I can not make it beautiful .P.S We are 12-3-2020 so a day earlier to catch up.

Beautifully situated on the Grevelingenmeer and near the North Sea beach holiday park

The waterpark is mostly for kids. The slides were not thrilling for us but the park were in general fine.

Swimming pool is great, especially the outdoor pool is so relaxing, definitely recommended in the evening.

An exotic setting, walks to finish with a setting of only in the world, the beach is only 10min walk. In winter It's nice and calm. Must still try in summer. The aqua mundo is nice though, a little smaller than the others. The Parks Center is very easy to access via the various highways. Highly recommended.

A week's holiday - always nice, but unfortunately the heating this time did not work properly. Nevertheless, we liked it very much and we will gladly come back :)

Dated despite renewal, poor finish of the houses, expensive paid

Have been to different Center Parcs in Germany. Unfortunately you can not compare this with the Center Parc Port Zeland. In the 6 person "premium" house, unfortunately, there is only one toilet, which is so cramped that it can only be used by children. The rest of the equipment of the house is the price not fair. In addition, you have to count on many activities and extras with high additional costs. Unfortunately, in the restaurants of the Market Doms the price / performance ratio is not at all. The entire outdoor area is neglected and littered. The gulls tend to keep things orderier than any parking attendant. Overall, we would, despite the great location, so not come again. A shame ..... also because of the beautiful beaches that you can find around the park!

Park is great from the location. However, the cleanliness in the house was mediocre and the Aqua Mundo had better times behind. And in March it was due to the lack of possibility of beach visit also extremely full in More

We did not go there as a center parc tenant and had a nice day. We were warmly welcomed by the park attendant and invited us to see everything. We then stop at a secluded beach section. Everything was clean and well maintained. A forest path took us from there back to our bikes.

There was nothing to complain about the house, but the service in the Gril restaurant is ao the kitchen was very bad a lot of dishes were wrong, and the manager was more concerned with other things than listening to the guests shame shame

Beautiful and neatly groomed park. Pizza are really terrible and expensive!

We stayed overnight in house 701 very neatly, the only problem is that the wheelchair cannot go through everything because the table and kitchen are a little too close together. However, the kitchen is ideal, it is really great to go up and down. My mother has finally been able to cook again. Hope we can come again after corona.

"Renovated houses" means a clean bathroom, but a house where I didn't even dare to walk barefoot. A back garden that was full of butts. Beautifull furnished houses, little privacy in the back garden. The food in the 'all you can eat' in the evening was especially very fatty. The promised beach was no more than a shell beach that was very small and smelly. We left earlier, because the combination of the atmosphere, the beauty and the food was not the desired level that you expect when you pay so much. For us once but never again. A pity, because we really looked forward to it.

spent a pleasant weekend at Center Parcs. Great range of activities and the beach is also fast erreivhbar foot. In the cottage did not miss anything. Clean park and nice staff. Come gladly again

A beautiful park by the sea! The beach is within walking distance. We were there before the renovation. In the meantime, all the houses have been renovated. But before that everything was neat and clean. In general, Center Park has to think carefully about the price-performance ratio. In recent years we have always driven into a park for 8 days in the summer. This year we flew away for 15 days for the same money ...

We would never go to centerparcs again in the corona time and advise against doing this either ...

We went to Port Zelande for a weekend. You may only swim 1.5 hours twice. You are also not allowed to change clothes before and after swimming, while you are in the pool with more than 50 people at the same time. If you change into cubicles, you are separate, right? A bit strange...

We made a reservation at The grill on Saturday, had a delicious meal and nice staff except for the "manager" man / boy with black hair in a ponytail. Friendly to us only terribly to the staff. We were heartbroken. He made condescending comments to the staff all the time. And when someone asked him if he could take an order at a table he pointed to the staff standing on that side ...

One more thing, we wanted to leave later in the day on Monday (you have to check out at 10:00 and be out of your house). There was absolutely no option to leave the luggage anywhere. Only on your own responsibility it could be done in the launderette where everyone could come. Of course we will not do that!

We also had a nice holiday and we were able to do nice things. Cottage was also in a nice location and the beds were very comfortable.

The location of the park is wonderful. The park itself is outdated, not child friendly (< 3y), steep prices for the most basic features and the food in the restaurants is blank in taste or not good cooked at all. It has a big kitchen fabric taste.

We rented a VIP lounge for midweek but were displeased that the cottage is just a standard one with a small sauna cabin and a bubble bath but with a much higher price card.

On the terras there were very cheap plastic seats that weren't cleaned in a decade, the same with the floor and the outside of the cottage.
A meter after the cottage it was a rimboe, not a beautiful forest or something like that.

The balcony on the first floor was round out dangerous with loose planks and open nails.

The sauna was of the infrared kind but without heating stones.
The bubblebath was a standard small bath with the option to turn on the bubbles but when turned in the air pushed out so heavy that it was more of a storm that you are sitting in then an enjoyable bubblebath.

The swimming pool was standard as most small center parcs sites but looked very outdated and wasn't all that clean and had a very small childspool that was full with teenagers.

So as conclusion it was the worst park we have ever visited and that gives a very sad feeling because the surroundings outside the park were beautiful. A big very clean beach (lot of jellyfish dough) and very beautiful and peaceful bays.

So if you want to visit Zeland you better come by camper or go to one of the local Airbnb's

Well suited for families with small children.
But also very expensive.
The beach is easy to reach on foot.
The park is almost car-free ..

Newly renovated cottage, quiet location. Stairs in the house are well secured by bars, but on the stairs infants can still plunge into the depth, since the distances of the vertical struts are very large.

The house was insufficiently cleaned on arrival. Aquadrom was disgusting. Could not get into the water. Otherwise the offers were good. For older people, the steep spiral staircases are difficult.

Beautifully kept swimming pool. Great for swimming with children.

I am never from these parks, but if you are in Zeeland anyway and that is very worthwhile then you can safely go here. Swimming pool is of course great for the children.

Came here to the campground. Always something to do and bad weather or not, you can already go to subtropical swimming pool that is included in the pitch. The field we were on was very soggy with open mud spots

Beautiful houses, breakfast was slightly less than elsewhere at Center Park but the area was beautiful

Staff not very friendly. No indication in French. Only in German, English and Dutch

Nice park. Neat bungalows, friendly staff. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so for years to come.

Child friendly, nice location close to the beach, beautiful swimming pool!

Cozy holiday park with all the trimmings, we just came to have a look and taste the atmosphere, but this park does have everything you need in a holiday, we will definitely come back again, but not on visit but nice on holiday

Nice but the whitewater course is not as spectacular as with many other centeparcs.

The scenery is great and you can always go by bike.
The houses are cleaner as in the other Center Parcs and the grounds are much better than usual in a Center Parc.
The swimming pool has a wave pool, lazy river, 2 slides, outdoor pool and a wild water slide.
Swimming pools are better in some other Center Parcs but not bad.

The Best Place to be every 2 Years at the Marillion Weekend! All are very nice here! Beautiful Landscape! Very nice, lovely and relaxed personnel of the Center Parc! Phantastic Shows! Party!

Nice park, not too big and well-kept houses. Waiting times in the fast-food can sometimes add up considerably (last 1:30 am and order was then only half done) nice pool and very friendly staff. Too few places to eat inside, it is usually search for a row of tables.

There are also shortages of personnel here in the Netherlands, garbage cans that were not emptied for several days, only 1 employee in the Fun Factory for counter and service, (we waited 1 hour for an employee to come and another 20 minutes for 4 mere drinks), 1 employee in the fast food restaurant for the cash register and kitchen is definitely not enough (this employee even had the peace and quiet of messing around on his cell phone). The waiting times are correspondingly long and the tolerance limit is melting more and more for children with hunger. The cleanliness in the changing rooms of the Aqua Mundu also left something to be desired, many lockers were even soiled, there were definitely not enough showers; Changing rooms and hair dryers in the Aqua Mundo ... A shame

Far too much money for a dated (not renovated after 1985) and busy aqua mundo. It was entertaining to see the guests quarreling about the few seats. Another positive point was that you really feel like you are in Germany.

Unfortunately, very disappointed. We had a VIP bungalow that did not deserve the name. It was dirty (from the landlord were still using handkerchiefs around). Very carelessly decorated and it stunk everywhere, especially in the bathroom it smelled strongly of drain. The park itself is very nice and clean. Nearby is the beach, just beautiful.

Cottages completely renovated and clean. Pool with a beautiful outdoor and long river. Staff ready to help with some English. Beautiful beach not far away by car.

Very well placed, very close to the beach. Unfortunately few activities (free) for children under 12 years (no indoor playground as in other Center Parcs, for example). It's also a pity that the turbo toboggan is closed off season.

Great park with great location on the North Sea with great sandy beach. The offer for the kids is also great. Our house (renovated 4-person VIP house) was nice, but a bit impractical with two smaller children as the spiral staircase to the second floor is very small and narrow. The AquaMundo is very nice and is also great for the kids.

Nice place price correct 17,50 / person. clean but outdated. Place indicated not jumped into the water but full of young people were doing it and not a lifeguard said anything ashamed ... 3 different tobboger 1 buoy 1 fast and 1 to several stages. We have been vacationing here for several years. In the last 2 years a lot has been done, so that the park is now top and has become our absolute favorite park! We will certainly spend a lot of years here

Pool was too busy, way too busy you could only walk through the water.
The cleaning lady is just not running with the floor polisher on your feet while you are taking a shower, and the toilet were filthy, she was better able to deal with that.

Beautifully located park in an area where you can walk and cycle. The houses in the park are currently being renovated, and that was necessary.

Nice and beautiful park. Everything has been renewed and it looks very nice.
The houses are top notch and almost fully equipped. Heavy setback was the heating in our house. In winter it is not recommended because it is really freezing.

There are plenty of activities to do in the park. And it really is a beautiful area.

In the evergreen restaurant you can find tasty and healthy food.
A bit on the pricey side, but that's what Center Parcs is all about.

The evergreen restaurant really employs top staff.
There you will be spoiled by Mrs. Valdana and her colleagues!

Top park for the summer

Plenty to do even in bad weather. One of the better Parks.

"Efficient" holiday resort for families, your kids will probably have fun. Amenities are low quality and overpriced, and so is the entertainment. The restaurants suffer from a similar problem. It's all just good enough to get away with. It'll be up to you to take this holiday from "ok" to "great", the park won't do it for you.
Zeeland on the other hand is a very beautiful and charming area, especially if you like the windy, moody landscapes of the north sea.
