Center Parcs Europe Review

A number of accommodations were due for renovation, which I think they are currently working on. A number of things were a bit crazy, for example our 8-person house only had 1 cutting board, but it had glasses, plates and cutlery for an orphanage. The location was great! Super close to the beach and within walking distance of the station. There are also a number of things to do at the park such as a trampoline park, but this was very small and not really worth it. The pool was really nice!

I would NEVER reserve here. Ridiculously bad. Have not even reserved and it is already going wrong. You get nobody by phone and after waiting 10 minutes the connection is simply broken. If you also make 1 wrong choice in the menu, the connection will be broken and you can start again.

I want to make a reservation and have a few questions, but I just can't get hold of anybody at the park to ask, so my entire reservation cannot go through!

So I really advise against booking here! They don't treat their customers well at all.

Nice location and beautiful park, right next to circuit Zandvoort so engine noise from the circuit possible during the day.

This is a cozy park with beautiful houses. We had a premium, renovated house, really nicely decorated. Underfloor heating, bath, separate upstairs bedrooms with private shower and sink, attractive for a centerparcs house. Swimming pool is not the newest but nice enough, with wave pool, lap pool, bubble bath, and a new wild water course with outdoor pool. Especially in this month, when it is cold outside, extra fun to swim outside. Great little supermarket in the park itself, but Zandvoort with many nice shops and restaurants is a 10-minute walk away. Beach something like that. I don't know if I would also like it here in the summer, very touristy, but our midweek in mid-November was great and not too busy.

We were only here one evening. Visiting family. The reception at the reception was friendly. However, the park looked very dated. Whether we were back in the 70s / 80s. What was most remarkable, however, was the warmth of the walls of the houses. When you walked past a house outside at, say about 40 cm, the heat hit you from the wall. Even at 10 pm. Of course it was hot outside, but the houses are clearly not made for that. We heard that it was simply impossible to bear in the houses. Given the price you pay for a stay at Center Parcs, we will never book a holiday there. It seemed, frankly, past glory. Unfortunately.

After the third visit to Zandvoort, unfortunately, I have to say that the condition of the previously booked 2 VIP houses were anything but perfect. Dirty dishes in the cupboards, a fridge that hardly cools, rotten silicone seams in the toilet (which are ridiculously small, unheated and poorly ventilated). You can tell the park his age if you also work regularly in the outdoor areas, so you can confirm the Centerparcs internal 3 star rating only and consider rather generous. The advantages of the Parc are the usually low prices, the proximity to the racetrack and the beach and the good starting position for trips after e.g. Amsterdam and Haarlem.

For us this is really the max, reasonable price, Nice view

Sadly dated 90s swimming paradise with two slides. I wouldn't last a week here. The kids box or fries is not recommended. Staff is nevertheless super friendly so therefore still 3 stars for their enthusiasm and smile on the face.

Disappointed. Far too expensive . Houses need to be renovated urgently.

The Aqua Mundo bath in Center Park is an absolute joke !! The bathroom is really small, everything is old and rundown. The price for the bathroom is absolutely overpriced and it must be renovated. Not recommendable!

You have to make fun yourself, but the houses and facilities were poor. The cottage was not clean and the bed was broken. This of course reported but not the idea that they really wanted to work on this.

That's just great. Something for everyone if you as a family in Zandvoort vacation fun and fun for the kids, racetrack for the men ;-), for the women is also possible to shop and in good weather you can enjoy the beach.

The location is great. The beach too. The Parc itself is pretty shabby though. For 1700, - for a week we expected much more ....

Nice centerparcs only when there is driving on the circuit you hear very well.

Nice mini golf course, easily accessible, close to the beach and cirquit, facilities are on the old side but there is a lot of maintenance. 15-20 min walk to the center.

Slightly outdated, but you create cosiness yourself.

Recommended the only one in the apartments was not properly cleaned and tidy and the fume cupboard in the toilet didn't work.
But otherwise very nice!

Good value for money, nice pool to entertain you all day.

But don't expect beautiful boulevards on the beach.

The park is located really code to the beach and that is great. The park itself really lacks in facilities. The Aquamundo is ok, but really small. Very out dated look and center. There is not much space in the Market Dome, the atmosphere feels crammed and cheap. Not somewhere you would spend a long time. Especially with children, there is not much to do. We would recommend this place more for the summer and if you come to visit the location. The comfort bungalows are cozy, but very outdated, and in need of renovations. The place was cleaned OK, though not properly. More like a quick cleaning. The overall service is OK but not great, quite slow and a lack of detail. Some staff seemed quite rude, not all, but some. We do realize it is a 3 birdy Park, but compared to other 3 birdy Center Parcs, Zandvoort is not one I can recommend. Maybe as a place to stay if there is a good price if you want to visit the are Zandvoort.

Cleanliness and outdated furnishings leave a lot to be desired. Would be glad if there would be an improvement. Otherwise, it is a great way to spend cheap holidays in a great place. :-)

I was there with the class, as graduation ride. Everything was fine, but things were more or less common somewhere. We had also booked a bowling alley but was double-occupied by poor communication. That was stupid, but otherwise the location is very good and convenient at the same time. There are numerous supermarkets in the city and you are immediately at the sea. The swimming pool, however, is not good in my opinion, have seen better. Because there is only one swimming pool and 2 slides.

It is a good park just beautiful houses only the pool is disappointing

This house is very spartan equipped lacks light in the kitchen to the other missing boards for cutting normal paring knives etc.
Price performance totally inappropriate. The park does not keep up with the times Wi-Fi is not free. Hygiene technically not so great hair on the mattress says a lot

The grounds were nice in itself, but the houses were a cheek. The sink was leaking, the fridge leaked and there were ants all over the house. Both on the tables, as well as in the kitchen. I would recommend a hotel if families would like to go to Amsterdam. Of me there is a star but only because that is the lowest rating I can give.

We've only been in the pool.
Nice pool, could use a small makeover, but fine in itself. For a tropical pool I found the water very cold, the smaller children quickly walked with blue lips. Too bad that the waves are no longer done.
Nice addition is the white water course outside. This one is also very cold! It's great fun to do with older kids, although the current is a bit too strong in some places so that even adults lose control for a while.

Hello friends, you do not pay what you pay for the money you pay, the bedrooms have very ordinary lulates and do not change the towels and bedding until the very last day. Only the Europeans, because of their nature, like to love it.

It is of course nice but compared to other center parks where I have been this is very expensive while you get ridiculously nothing in return compared to the other than for example at a more luxurious house you get cloths and private balcony bread and with the other you get this all at comfort it is cold here and when there is wind there will be sand in your eyes and the activities are less

4 years in a row so !!! But indeed dated in hotel can be done something about the beds curtains. Shower and toilet are also difficult obstacles for dr. Sturdy people.

Beautiful park by the sea (300m from the beach hotel). The area was a bit old but maintained and offers a lot of variety. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is ok, the small supermarket has enough choice at fair, slightly increased prices. "The Grill" we liked (good meat). With child an absolute recommendation.

The worst thing I have ever experienced. Dirty, musty, worn. The beds are so that you get back pain. Have voluntarily canceled the "holiday" earlier. Hell. People ... leave it. Then it's better to go camping.

The location is good as it is close to the sea, that's about it. I will not go into detail because there is a lot to complain about. The two stars, there are only for the location of the park. The center park is not recommended.

The area, as well as the houses are completely run down! The furniture in the holiday homes are so dated that it is disgusting. The business opportunities, which are allegedly all inclusive, are outrageously expensive and have only certain times. Which is okay, if it were longer than one hour a day. Laser Tec for example - 11 Euro per person / 14-15 o'clock only opened and that takes place in the forest behind 4-5 set up pallets. NEVER AGAIN CENTER PARC!

Very good service. The park looks neat. The facilities at the park are great.

We were from 04.11 - 10.11.2019 guest in the Center Park Zandvoort. We had rented a 4 person Comfort Bungalow for the time. Upon arrival, we were greeted very friendly and were at 13:00 clock (Friends) move into the house. Then hit us the blow, the apartment was dirty, everywhere spiderweb on the ceilings and corners. Dust on the inventory. The furniture is old (they were there 25 years ago), the beds were no different. In the bathroom and in the toilet the tiles were torn. Short for a long, under a Comfort vacation home I understand something else. Thank god we were only to sleep in the house. For the time being no Center Park, although we are a very long time customer. You should change something very fast! Maybe you think about your prices.

Everything Center Parc-Typical! Nice proximity to the North Sea. Unfortunately located right next to the racetrack, so that from the morning already has to do with loud engine noise.

I don't know why I can do this again, but I would like to see the previous review.

Wonderful place so close to the beach. Nice neat houses. On arrival we were shocked by all the large groups with mostly German youth who were unloading near our house. Fortunately experiencing very little nuisance, so don't be put off
The pool was great and the marketdome was great. The coffee was delicious

We have booked a VIP package / house. The beds are uncomfortable. No marriage beds. Only individually that were done together. These always slip away. The heaters are not working properly. Bad in the winter. Condition of the house is no longer overpriced in the current condition for the price. There is a supermarket on the site which is far too overpriced. Tip 1.3 km in zannford city there are enough grocery stores that are cheaper. The staff in the Marketdome in the restaurants ignored us when we wanted to resave a table. Postive: Beach location, children's games, recreational activities. Currently we are still here until Friday and despite complaint, nothing has changed.

two single beds put together as a double bed (so nothing for intact partnerships .. beds slide apart immediately ..)

Overall, you have the need to wash your hands as soon as you have touched a drawer, a door or simply turn on the light.

80 / night would be bearable, only the prices here are utopian.

Park is somewhat outdated and swimming pool is not very important. Great for a holiday with small children. Right on the beach.

Nice pool but the service in the restaurants is very poor. Just for a drink you can already wait fifteen minutes - if it is no longer - I also thought it was very cold in the Dome.

From the outside I have not discovered a single animal for a whole week. Maybe there was a rabbit in the building, but that's an assumption.

Fairly dirty and a very dated eight-person house with two bathrooms, of which only one doiche / tap can be turned on at a time. Too bad the fireplace is not closed. When the wind blows hard outside, the smoke blows inside. Top location but not for us again.

Its a good place to rest there is not alot to do but the beach is nice

Small park and small swimming pool. Very beautiful. Old house, but it is being renovated. About a 10 minute walk to the beach. With the wheelchair you have to get around it and it takes longer. Good food in the Grill restaurant. When leaving the pool it can take a long time before the wheelchair gate is opened when you are alone. I have been waiting for fifteen minutes.
