Heavily in need of renovation. Some attractions (eg wild water course, AquaMundo) closed in 2019. Food in the restaurants overpriced. As a result, the overall price-performance ratio is not right.
Despite supposed cleaning, we came to our apartment which was not cleaned. Everywhere there were still crumbs on the floor, table and kitchen. There were also silverfish everywhere and especially in the toilet. Then we had at least 3 large spiders as pets. One right next to the TV. Remains of milk stuck to the fridge. The park itself is quite nice, just a bit older. But the accommodation was dirty. I was very disgusted and had to clean everything first ..... and this is called vacation :-(
Enjoy close to the beach. Ideal location. Cozy but cozy plaza. Nice well-arranged swimming pool with even a bath where you can watch cinema films and swim laps. In short, highly recommended.
Would be great if the Market Dome is also being renovated.
Still outdated houses. OK, but there are nicer parks to be found. Facilities around the Park are cozy. And the swimming pool is easy to do

Renovated VIP bungalow, but worn out, dirty sofa. Everything small and neglected outside around houses. The dome is small and not very busy. You don't get information, everything has to be laboriously inquired about. Only bathroom very good. Worst center park I know (I know a few others in Holland, Belgium and Germany).

We had booked a VIP house for 4 people, but were traveling as a couple, as we like to have more space. The with the place has done immediately in the beginning, separate toilet immediately left in size of a small storage room, that bathroom was more of a joke with a sink, where a maximum of 1 person has space, right next to the bathtub and the advertised rain shower was located within the Bath and had to be changed "if necessary" with the normal shower, separated from the small sink was the tub with a shower curtain. Living room and kitchen were okay, although I am used to something else at VIP, the bedrooms as well. But what did not work at all was this LOVELY refurbished room with infrared sauna. Just a sauna built in a former bedroom, without any possibility to shower on the same floor! If you had reasonably and not so carelessly renovated would have been the opportunity to convert the entire room into a wet room with the advertised rain shower, additional washing facilities would have been great, because we would have been four, it would have been in the morning in the mini-pool a jam , All in all, the VIP house is more of a standard house and the GOOD working bread service, the made beds or the inclusive WLAN saves nothing. The 2 stars we forgave, because we want to highlight the park itself and the friendliness of the staff.
We have made the decision for us, if we want North Sea and a VIP house, then it goes back to the Centerparc to Butjadingen NORTH SEA COAST, where the VIP concept was implemented perfectly.
Not the newest park but everything in good condition! We felt very comfortable. Great leisure facilities, the sea just around the corner and Zandvoort center just 10 minutes walk away. Surely we will come back ...
No, I'm sorry, more than 1 star is not in it. This is all too shabby. If the employees go out of their way, that can not fool them with the fact that they are just being shut down but no longer being invested. We live in a VIP bungalow, that's a joke. The location by the sea and the proximity to Amsterdam is fantastic, that could be a pearl here.

We, grandma, grandpa, grandchildren visited the park from Monday to Friday in changing weather. The swimming pool and changing rooms were clean and the lifeguards (inside) were very attentive and friendly. Our house More
A classic centre parcs resort that's cheaper and more laid back then the UK. Accommodation was good and the kitchen was well stocked, better than any similar UK place we have stayed.

This park needs to be replaced in every respect. houses are old and broken. the plaza was boring and for this price you can go on a more luxurious holiday. Too bad, sell that bite!
Many different sized holiday homes. Well maintained and with good facilities (even crockery in tons). The park is very child friendly and the heart of dog owners will beat faster. The beach is not given and also the immediate neighbor (Zandvoort circuit) do not detract from the recovery.
Not a nice stay. Horrendous prices for short nights. Old used furniture, as well as saggy "mattresses". Leisure activities possible but only at outrageous prices. All in all an absolute flop.
Good service, a bit old but on the whole the location Zandvoort rips it out again! The swimming pool is only max. Worth 2 stars. Although all the staff go out of their way to make it as nice as possible, it's just brutally old and very small! We felt the two hours. We were very cold, bald and not very clean!
The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. BUT what a bastard .....
The food is barely edible, there are windows that do not close and beep all the time by the wind (the solution-Panzertape-), the spa is a joke. Never again here.
Oh and half board you count the drinks in the evening separately
Enjoyed these rather large houses near the beach of Zandvoort. A bit of a shame just because of the noise pollution of the area (Circuit & ambulance post).

I only went to the market dome restaurant. If it is a bit busy the service sometimes forgets something. Price is a bit on the high side but the food is good.
Unfortunately, everything is expensive, Wi-Fi 1std 5, bike 28, the house is already expensive to rent and the equipment is very spatian for the high rent. Too bad. It is cheaper and more comfortable to rent outside.

The cottages are very dated. Rust on all radiators, kitchen doors are loose. Stains on the wall and ceiling everywhere. Showering in the bath with a cheap shower curtain that you constantly embrace because your head is already against the roof. In the living room there is an old student sofa. Garden set for 8 people consists of 2 cheap plastic stacking chairs and a rotten picnic table.
Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is great, I am normally very optimistic, but this park does not deserve more than 1 star. First thoroughly renovate, because this is really not possible anymore!
What a dirty and badly cleaned old gang. Never ever again. First make sure you get a decent cleaning and give those people time to do that. Then you can have the best cleaning products in the world, but if you don't take the time to clean it, you will be lost. Leave the furniture in its place because you do not want to know what you encounter. Old and worn-out junk.

What is that supposed to be? The complex is totally run down. The house we stayed in had a smell that was absolutely disgusting. A "cigarette smoke stink" stink. The beds were full of human and animal hair. The furniture partly totally out of date and mature for the bulky waste. No decent maintenance. The fun pool was inclusive, but the condition was just as bad as our house. Everywhere black mold in the joints, rusty water dripping from the metal staircase of the slide, paint peeling off etc .. The outdoor area is fully packed when going for a walk. We left earlier. Absolutely not up to date. At first I photographed the misery, which then became too stupid for me. You can spend your free time really better
Once and never again. The equipment was something of old, used and musty that we left everything in the suitcase so that our clothes did not take the stench. Baby or child-friendly equipment? The high chair that was full of stains from the last visitor? Or the ants colony turning their rounds around the clock in the living area at the window frame? We could not even let our 7-month-old son play on the floor, because our complaint was that the ants were falling and the more ants were attracted. The baby bed was broken on the grid and glued with tesa film? Are you serious?! The kitchen was very poorly equipped, everything very clean and glued. Window so dirty that you can hardly see anything. I wonder how you can ask for something more money. From the bed mattresses, I have back pain, because they are just soft sucked out. So at the park I can not leave a positive word. The only reason you deserve 1 star is the beach location and the nice staff, which for these conditions nothing, since it comes from the higher floor. We leave even earlier, as this is an absolute no go for families with small children. Rather for young people who want to celebrate and dennen a hostel mindset.
By far the least park in CP. Cottages are old-fashioned and not clean. Car-free park but everywhere stand and drive cars. Location and sea makes it a little good but this isn't wst I'm used to from CP. Unfortunately for you, Landal is way beyond you
Nice not too big park. Cottages have 1 floor and look clean. We had a VIP house. The sandwiches you do in the morning may have some more variety.
Dome looks cozy. They have 1 seating area where an activity such as music takes place. This may be a little bigger.
Furthermore, nice park that is still on the pricey side.
The park is noticeable in a certain way its age, yet everything is important and functional. A short walk (5 min) to a great sandy beach is lovely ... and good food can be found in numerous restaurants too.

Very kind and helpful staff. Unfortunately, loud birds were present in abundance and the supermarket prices are too high.
The cottage is sweet, right on the pond with nice views, quite clean and well equipped. It is fast in the city center and on the beach. Eating at the Market Dome Grand Cafe was a disaster! Far too expensive, too little, poor quality, service not very nice. Also the swimming pool was not what I am used to from Center Park.

Angeranzte resort with negative patina without charm. Spackiges water park. If you want to be reminded of swimming lessons in the beginning of the 80s, you are in good hands here, including the old changing rooms.

Worst park we have ever been to! Here there is 0% holiday feeling, view from the park only on prefabricated buildings or hotels, construction sites and construction vehicles everywhere. Swimming pool totally outdated and dirty. Children's pool was closed for 3 days. Playgrounds in the park are a joke. Newly renovated VIP houses from outside Hui, from inside Fui. Unlike other parks, interior design is totally uncomfortable. The coastal wind is perceived totally loud, as it pulls all over the house. Drive better to het heijderbos or de vossemeren The whole park is not recommended !!!!
All staff very friendly and helpful, the cottages are old-fashioned but very clean, but the sauna area was to cry, it was really filthy, from the moment you went up the stairs you saw the fabric very thick in the corners, which stairs had not been done for weeks, our towels were brown and you just saw the wooden boards from which you were sitting printed in the towel.
2 saunas and 1 steam cabin, a shallow bath and a larger ice-cold bath, that 8.95 that you have to pay for the evening hours is really not worth going there because it is much too old-fashioned.
I have never found this in any park of Center Parks.
But that it was dirty, the towels were brown, I think that's the worst part.

The cottage was old regulations about cars in the park could not be found. The plaza radiated nothing was not cozy grand cafe staff was not floating forward to burn fries in the pool while baby swimming. All in all a week that we are not satisfied with. The park is not worthy of the center pars and certainly not worth the 1500 euros that we had to pay! They won't see us again!
For years our favorite park. Nice cottage, supermarket nearby, nice center. Everything manageable and great beach with fish.
I am absolutely satisfied with the Center Park in Zandvoort. The houses are simple but equipped with the most important things, they are close to the sea and the price is right. I am there for the fifth time with a group and that is it, for driving in one In addition, the Center Park Zandvoort is great, you are in 5 minutes at the train station and from there in 45 minutes in my favorite city Amsterdam
The houses were ok, but it was not too old and a toilet was leaking. But you could live with it. The supermarket in the center park was totally overpriced, so you had to walk into town to shop at Albert Heijn. I really liked the direct location on the beach. In the swimming pool is apart from the wave nothing special, just a conventional swimming pool.
