The bungalows are terrible. Nothing compared to Center Parks Bostalsee. I do not recommend staying here. We had to cancel our holidays because of this...

Sorry. Never again. Park is getting old. In the middle of the renovation without prior information about it.

I'm sorry to have to say but the quality of the Center Parcs left a lot to be desired, the houses were okay but the rest of the park was not that well-kept and the options and attractions that could be booked were in my opinion much too expensive, the playgrounds were well-kept but unfortunately closed in the first time when we were in the park we had booked an electric car that was unfortunately only allowed to be driven by the signature giver, so most of the time the car was just a shame and therefore much too expensive, but we had one anyway nice vacation the beach was also because I wish everyone who spend their vacation in this park a lot of fun

This park located between the dunes and near the beach and the circuit of Zandvoort, has wonderful facilities and possibilities. Both at the park and in the region there are many activities for young and old.

Good location. But you should have everything with you.

Unfortunately not our case, maybe it was also because we slept in a not renovated house. The children liked it.

The house was in great need of renovation, in the bathroom it smelled strongly of mold and the heating did not work properly even after repair by the technician. The house was not suitable for toddlers, both a shut-off on the steep stairs, as well as sockets and chimney fins were not available. A complaint was not responded to and there was no accommodating for a house change or the like. (An offer of additional payment on our part existed.) We were there in the off season and it had almost all activity options mainly closed. Here are a few pictures to give a brief insight.

Holiday starts well

Never had such a bad service at CP. This park should really learn a lesson from other CP parks. Staff is slow and generally do not know how things work (service / reception).

In the pool at the snack bar it seems like the first day without supervision. You ask for 1 fanta and 3 coke but you get and pay 5 coke and 2 fanta: $ ...

Yet one of the least beautiful parks of nl they must therefore also have the environment around it Zandvoort beach, center and circuit

On arrival it was raining extremely hard
Hard even. Because we are friends we were allowed to check in at 1 pm and go to room 9001 on the 9th floor, when I arrived there I heard a tap running or so at one point the rain appeared to come through the window in three places and sprayed on one point it through the windowsill into the room there was a large puddle in the room. Filmed this and I wanted to go to the reception with this, however, both lifts were out of order (9 th floor) one for preventive maintenance the other lift has been in trouble all week. called to the reception we send someone like that after half an hour but only 9 floors down and went up the movie show yes first the td must come. Sorry the water sprays in. We need another room, so we don't have any other nice rooms. At 3:20 pm the TD arrives (check in at 1 pm) and says yes you have to have another room this is not possible ..... no I did not know that after 2.5 hours I was sitting in a room where the water passed the window is blowing and leaking. Fortunately again now with a working lift aligned look a new room 2004 here also towels on the windowsill because something water enters but this was to fix with the towels. What annoyed me the most was that the receptionist was alone. One of the three was a trainee and not a manager who should be standing there and playing tricky shots but they let the three girls solve it. No apologies yet, no cup of coffee in the end, we were not installed until 4.30 pm, so once again I had nothing to do with my friends' advantage. Furthermore, as mentioned, the entire week 1 elevator far too little for the number of rooms. No a very big disappointment, I also filed a complaint about this, this was just bad and CP unworthy no more a second time.

The staff very nice, no question. But the paint is off, just stale.

This Center Parc rests too much on its location. The houses are old and pretty shabby. The sand behind the house is full of broken glass and cigarette butts. There are very few offers in the park.

He's just nice, if you want to spend (relatively) little money on the beach vacation. But not more.

Location: beautiful landscape, good transport links. House f. 4 p .: big enough, well equipped. Service: not used.

Our accommodation was for 6 people. She was completely adequate for 3 days but for longer or with children I would not have taken her. The decor was good 2 double beds and 2 single beds in one room. TV, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. Whereby the dishes were additionally washed by us because it smelled very strange and partly was still a bit dirty. The bathroom was divided into toilet with sink and bath shower with sink. A small terrace with table and chairs and bench were available for everyone. There was a fireplace we did not use and partly underfloor heating. Everything was very noisy, but the beds were very comfortable and we all could sleep well.

Very unfortunate that the children up to the age of 12 are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool, parents have to come along while there are enough lifeguards, but apparently parents have to do their job! otherwise it was fine houses was old but fine.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the Ausattung of the room. Apart from the fact that it was in the years it was, for me, not to use. On the sofa I could not sit on it. The upholstery was full of unsightly stains. The mattresses were unfortunately Also by .Icv would recommend it to anyone here. It is the first time that I write a review. I have to inform you.

Pool was amazing, so many things to do, and a great tempature. Wishes we had places like this in the states

Houses are getting a bit old and the kitchen furniture should also be replaced. Nevertheless, our stay was comfortable.

We booked for 2 nights. The room looks nice at first glance, if you take a closer look you could place more emphasis on cleanliness. Something positive = super beautiful view of the sea. If you really only book a beach vacation it is completely ok.
The breakfast buffet is not so good in my opinion. We had dirty dishes and glasses on request, there was no response.
About the corona situation, rules what rules ?!

The food is very good very friendly staff. But too bad that you have to do the bed yourself

I was on a school trip in the Center Parc when we walked in the house stinking it and it was very dirty on the mattresses hair my closet was moldy and everywhere was a thick layer of dust. The bathrooms stank as if a dead mouse was lying in the shower. I've bought the premium Wi-Fi but have only got the normal the Wi-Fi is synonymous crashed again and again. The swimming pool is moldy in many corners. On the walls in the bungalows are everywhere strokes. I was very disappointed and would love to have the money and time back.

In itself very nice, and slightly smaller park than the other parks. Fine close to the beach and the circuit. Unfortunately the houses are outdated and parts are broken.

The pool was very cool. Nice slides and a good tropical atmosphere.

Comfort room, everything was very clean. In the evening, however, often loud.

The houses are really shabby and rundown, the houses were (even if they were supposed to) not cleaned up and were very dirty. The staff are very rude. On the side it is free parking but it costs 6 per day. Generally I would rather take another Center Parcs (or any other hotel).

Many suffer from childhood. Appart that is in the middle of a residential area .jammer that jump xl was only open for 1 day. Unfriendly staff! Often been to center parcs, this is really the lesser one, and the most expensive one!

Ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel...fijne service en een erg mooi park op loopafstand van het strand. Veel te doen voor de kleintjes, ook voor mijn dochter die momenteel in een rolstoel zit.
Toch wel 2 belangrijke minpuntjes, en misschien ook wel advies voor Centerparcs Zandvoort.
Wij zaten in de luxere vernieuwde "VIP" cottage maar moest/koos er helaas voor om terug naar huis te rijden om onze ventilatoren op te halen (1uur) ( want ook overal uitverkocht) reden?! Het was 29 graden in de slaapkamers ivm het warme weer...niet te doen met 2 oudere mensen van in de 90 of een peuter van 2,5 jaar oud.
Een vernieuwde vip cottage, zelfs in de badkamer een plasma televisie en 2 in de woonkamer maar GEEN AIRCO!!!! Naast dat moesten we ook ons eigen beddengoed er afhalen en in plastic zakken doen!!!! Normale kosten voor 4 nachten in dit huisje 2700 euro, wij hadden gelukkig een last minute boekkorting van ongeveer 40%. Als je zoveel betaald voor een huisje/Cottage "VIP" snap ik niet waarom je je eigen beddengoed er zelf moet afhalen in totaal 5 slaapkamers en er geen airconditioning is!!!!

As soon as you say that you are German, you will be treated worse. My family and I received a warning at 8 a.m. on the first evening for some music without being spoken to.

Park being rebuilt is still a mess. Cottage was updated but was not finished well. First night the heating above it didn't cause me to get sick right away. Would be a car free park but it is not. There are cars everywhere in the mud.

8 pers. Rented a house. Quality doesn't really make you think of it. Old furniture. Casserole found in the shed. Baby items had to be present. Just ask for a high chair at the reception after an investigation in the cottage. No clock present. Clock on the microwave was not set. No stair gate for the upper floor. No safety rack for the fireplace. Room door opens inwards and blocks the counter. Too few plugs for kitchen appliances. Front door opens to the outside and blocks the barn door. We did not receive an email confirming the booking and we did not even know that an e-ticket was available. At the reception I had to ask everything. Very sloppy. Price-quality is therefore not correct.

Clean houses, but otherwise please. Entire park no longer of this time. You see wear everywhere. VIP house is little VIP outside than the sandwiches in the morning. No, for the money I skip this park until it is renovated. Too expensive for what it offers.

Nice holiday, such, sea and beach nearby. And ... not to mention the circuit .. Ideal vacation spot for the petrol heads .... Extra star is for the motivated and always helpful staff.

Now that the corona time is there there are less activities pool is fun only less slides because the cornavirus cottage is beautiful and is near the sea very close to

Very nice swimming pool, really nice place for (young) children.

For the price we paid absolutely fine .. House was clean on arrival .. we also found some small spinnchen but they were quickly gone.
Houses are a bit older in the years .. Great location for the beach and the train station .. we were satisfied.

Great park. There is, on the whole, nothing to complain about Zen. The small but fine drawback is, in my opinion, the guests themselves. In almost all the dunes, there are broken pieces that invite children to dangerous handling. Otherwise I recommend only one more pan and then bring a sharp knife. Unfortunately, you will not find it there in vain

The surroundings are functional and buildings close together. More like the normal holiday park resorts than the countyside versions I have been to elsewhere which are. Uch more spacious a d much nicer. They forgot our arrival food hamper which wasn't a great start and still had to chase for is pm the next day. Wouldn't return.

Pretty ugly park but it is fun, lots of things to do and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

We were very happy with our 2 dogs. Great beach nearby. Cottage was well equipped. Swimming pool unfortunately a bit small and closed too early.

Nice park, when the houses have been renovated completely super. You walk straight to the beach or into the dunes.

The site was nice , but the burger restaurant was shocking took us 1 hr half for our food .. never again !!

Prima huisje met wat verouderd interieur. Helaas hadden we last van muizen wat volgens de receptioniste niet te voorkomen was in de duinen.
De 2 bedden schoven de hele nacht uit elkaar, dat vonden een groot minpunt.
Zwembad is prima maar niet heel groot.

Very nice park with nicely renovated VIP bungalows. A star deduction, because e.g. the all you can eat restaurant and some activities outside, are in the adjacent hotel and not everything is in the market dome. But all in all worth a trip, especially with children.

Really enjoyed our time here. The facilities and the cottage were great value. The onsite store is well stocked. Staff were relaxed and helpful.

Nice holiday village but a bit old. Could well tolerate some modernization.

Everything is neatly arranged around the covid19. Chapeau.

Helaas zag het er op de foto s beter uit dan het in werkelijkheid was. We verbleven in een 8-persoons comfort cottage. Bij aankomst op het park wilden de eerste mensen van onze groep al inchecken, ze wilden de hond die ook mee was meenemen naar de receptie zodat hij niet in de auto hoefde te blijven zitten. Staat er een sticker op de deur dat honden niet binnen mogen! Dit vonden wij heel vreemd.. dat ie niet mee mag in een restaurant o.i.d. dat begrepen we, maar naar de receptie?! Uiteindelijk kwam de rest van onze groep ook aan, we hebben de sleutel gekregen en we zijn met de auto s naar onze cottage gereden. Blijkt dat het nog best wel een eind aan de rand van het park te zitten. En aangezien het een autovrij park is, moest je steeds best wel een eind lopen om naar het strand ofzo te gaan. Eenmaal in de cottage viel ons op dat alles wel heel erg oud en viezig was. De koelkast was vies, overal hingen stofslierten en her en der zaten hooiwagens. Ook rook het alsof erin gerookt was. De kastjes boven waren ook vies, op 1 zat kots op het deurtje en in de andere kamer lag nog een haarelastiekje en een gebruikt papieren doekje. Verder in de hoeken en bij de radiatoren ook heel erg stoffig. De bedden lagen overigens wel goed.
We hadden 2 badkamers en in beide badkamers stond een bad waar je in moet douchen. Na het douchen was ook de hele badkamer nat van condens. Omdat we met 8 mensen waren wilden we onze mobiel of andere apparatuur wel opladen, maar er waren ontzettend weinig stopcontacten. We zijn naar de receptie gegaan en daar hebben we een verlengsnoer te leen gekregen waar je normaal 20 over moet betalen (bij ons waren ze dat denk ik vergeten).
Omdat veel cottages vernieuwd werden waren er overal om ons heen bouwvakkers met vrachtwagens en aannemersbusjes. Daardoor was er veel modder overal en ook wel lawaai. Het was niet heel gezellig zo.. Omdat de wildwaterbaan gesloten was, kregen we een voucher van 10 p.p. om uit te geven in het park aan een restaurant, bowlen, supermarkt etc. Daarvan gingen we uiteten bij een grill restaurant. Het was lekker, de bediening was aardig en we hoefden niet lang te wachten. Wel was het allemaal best prijzig, ondanks die vouchers. We hebben een klacht bij de receptie ingediend en de jongen achter de balie snapte ons heel goed en wilde ons graag helpen. Heel aardig!
Tot slot zijn we ook naar Aqua Mundo geweest. Het is een verouderd zwembad maar wel leuk. Vooral de bubbelbaden waren heerlijk en de glijbanen waren leuk.
Voor ons geen Center parcs Zandvoort meer. We hebben een enorm bedrag betaald voor de cottage maar je krijgt niet waar voor je geld helaas.

Ideal for families with children. Bicycle rental, swimming pool, playgrounds. The bungalows are Dutch typically very simply furnished, but equipped for self-catering with kitchenette etc. Beach is very close, within walking distance. Walks in the dunes and other activities within walking distance. Amsterdam near the car. Zandvoort is a pretty boring little place, but the beach is better. Negative: Quite expensive and almost always busy at busy times like holidays or long weekends. The racetrack adjacent to the park annoys with hours of chainsaw noise. But some even like that.

Nice every year. New white water rink goes off like Schmitd's cat

Goede locatie in Zandvoort maar de huisje zijn na de renovatie niet veel verbeterd. Met een blik verf en aantal nieuwe keuken apparaturen blijft het Nog steeds jaren 1970 Feeling. Wij hadden met 4 mensen een 6 persoons premium huisje en dat ging net. Wij zijn al in verschillende Landal / quiros geweest en deze huisjes waren duidelijker ruimer / moderner en niet afgeleefd. ( Goedkoper)

Huisjes waren niet schoon overal ligt nog zand op de grond en de geur van riool. Verder is het eten in de restaurants duur dus ga voor je geld de stad in. Hetzelfde geldt voor de supermarkt waar je voor bijna alles hoofdprijs voor betaald.

Center Parcs moet dringend iets veranderen aan dit concept,na jaren center Parcs is dit voor mij de laatste keer geweest.

The park and the furnishings (house, furniture and kitchen equipment) are getting old. The windows are leaking, the heating in the houses must be restarted at the latest after 4 hours, since the sensor shuts them off. This is of course annoying at night, you have to set the alarm, and turn on the heating at night, otherwise you have, if you get up in the morning just 18 degrees. It is therefore not to think about a cozy breakfast. Here, saving energy is in the wrong place. On the other hand, the energy-saving lamps used there are unreasonable. A big candle brings more light than the lamps in the living room and kitchen together. A reading lesson on the couch is out of the question. The next point: the Wi-Fi must be booked at high cost. I think that is no longer responsible for today. But there are also positives. The park is almost directly on the sandy beach, there are beautiful bike paths, the national park is in the immediate vicinity. The staff are very friendly and nice and the helpfulness is great. I would very much wish that the houses would soon be renovated in a contemporary way. Then I will definitely come back.

Environment is beautiful. Cottages sober and dated. Neat and clean. Very friendly staff. Both on site and at the reception.

The bungalows are fine, but the on-site restaurants offer overpriced food that is below average at best, the service is unprofessional and unfriendly (no snapshot other guests reported the same). In the in-house supermarket prices are absolutely outrageous! One would think that the management is interested in keeping as much money as possible in the park ... Apparently not ...
To sleep it is enough but food and shopping should be like 90% of the guests outside
