Well good and friendly staff. Park somewhat dated. Eel so close to the beach.

Run-down area, the terrace unkempt and unshielded by the neighbors. The interior is not really clean, especially the beds. Once and never again

Our stay with 12 people we all very much. Swimming pool and houses could have been more modern, but that is not a problem due to the adjacent beach. For families with children, the night's sleep will be a blessing at 10pm, and may be a bit early for everyone else. The fact that cars are only allowed on the premises for loading and unloading their luggage is on the one hand positive, on the other hand annoying bulk purchases.

Good accommodation, great swimming pool. The house on the water option is definitely worth it. The activities here are a bit more expensive.

Too urban easy access for local residents and outgoing people, feeling of lack of freedom.

I am revising my old rating. The park has been completely renovated and meets today's requirements again. One point deduction for the very high price that has to be paid for a 4-person bungalow. I think 1600 for 4 nights is too high even in the high season. Still, the vacation was nice. The access times for the bathroom are very well regulated via an APP. The toilet hoods should be worked on again ...

The park is showing its age in some parts. The price / performance ratio no longer fits in some areas. Positive extremely friendly staff ... negative 20 rolls between 16 and 20 ..... but you can see the efforts of the operator to get the park going again. The location is relatively ideal ... depending on the location of the house, the way to the beach is between 10 and 25 minutes. The swimming pool is good and fun. There is a large swimmer pool ....

Na een renovatie ligt het park er netjes bij.
+ Bungalows zijn weer up to date.
+ Prima uitvalbasis voor de omgeving.

- Veel (duitse) jeugd op het park met bijbehorende geluidsoverlast.
- Supermarkt wat mager assortiment maar voldoende winkels in directe omgeving.

Great location by the North Sea. Horrible location depending on where your are in the park because the racetrack is close by and you hear the cars zooming by. Most of the houses are in need of some work, they re working on renovating the park so there s some hope. There is supposed to be a set quiet time at night, but the groups of young guests don t care. We heard a party with SUPER LOUD music going all through the night, two nights in a row. Management states that one can call them to enforce the rules, but Beethoven would have heard this party going so it should not have been necessary to call.

Aqua Mundo was fairly small, but great for smaller children. You can swim outside in the heated pool, and the water slide is decent. For adults it was worth a half hour to see what there is to do.

I'd like to report otherwise but the standard of both the facilities and the accommodation are in no way acceptable when taking price into concern. The houses are "tired" to say the very least, as is the entire area that the houses are in. The majority of roads and paths are in need of repair and a good tidy up from rubbish would also be appreciated. Zandvoort in itself is very nice and the beaches are wonderful, this place is great for kids but when you think of how much you pay you can definitely do much more with your money elsewhere.

I was expecting better for a Center Park. The room was dirty and badly insulated we heard the hissing wind all night long. Which was very unpleasant. The decoration leaves to desired.I do not recommend at all

Totally overpriced and getting old. Fulfills its purpose, but every hostel can do better and cheaper these days.

I enjoyed it, the food was very good and the staff was relatively nice and helpful. I go there every year, the cottages are comfortably furnished, also handicapped accessible.

Plenty of facilities at the park, location close to the beach is fine, service is OK, accommodation is becoming dated

OMG! Wat een trieste bende!
Ik kom hier met een baby en het huisje en vooral de vloer is gewoon goor! Glas in de bank, zilvervisjes, vreselijk gore trapleuning, vieze tegels, gore hoekjes, vieze koelkast en ga maar door... Bah... Ik wou zelf even wat proberen te schoonmaken, maar kan geen water in de wasbak houden, want de stop is kapot en het teiltje is kapot.
Na een klacht krijg ik 30 euro retour, maar het dekt gewoon de lading niet. Zodra we weer in het huisje zijn bekruipt ons het vieze gevoel weer.
Echt niets van wat we gewend zijn bij centerparcs!
We zijn hier 2 nachten, dus 1 volle dag. Een extra schoonmaakbeurt of een nieuw huisje is geen optie, dan zijn we meer aan het verhuizen en opruimen dan genieten van onze vakantiedag.
Het hoort voor deze prijs gewoon schoon te zijn.

Het peuterbad was gesloten!!! Echt?!?!
We gingen juist naar centerparcs voor gegarandeerd fijne vakantie, maar ik raad park zandvoort niemand aan.

De zee maakt wel veel goed, maar we hebben 560 euro betaald voor 1 dag de nekharen overeind. Gatver!

Small cramped dirty houses with a cold swimming pool and a very dirty snack bar also a drama

Wat een bagger krijg je voor je geld, 1100 euro moeten betalen voor 8 personen in een aftanshuisje voor een weekend. Ondanks dat wel heel gezellig gehad. Jongen van 10 vermaakte zich in het zwembad maar jeetje centerparcs DOE ALSJEBLIEFT WAT AAN DIE HUISJES.. het was schoon het enige pluspunt maar prijs/kwaliteit was zo slecht.
Ook valt er niet mee te denken bij mensen die slecht te been zijn en naar vraag een golfkar wouden huren voor een middagje maar dat kon niet was alleen voor een volle "dag" bahbah nee voor mij is roompot nog steeds beter.

Laat ik positief beginnen; Het is een klein park en alles is goed te belopen. De huisjes zijn netjes, goed uitgerust, goede bedden en van deze tijd.

De enige reden om voor dit park te kiezen is wellicht het strand. Maar dan zou ik eerder voor Airbnb gaan ivm de (hoofd)prijs.

Fairly outdated and poor to moderately maintained. With nice weather the location (beach and surroundings) compensates a lot, but when it rains it is quickly 'on'.

Is a matter of taste. The offers on site are very expensive.

Nice place, mini golf full 18 holes keep you occupied for sometime but swimming pool under the roof is amazing. 60m long slide. Waves and heated pool outside its all what you need to spend a day. Plus beer in the pool bar and jacuzzi. Ok they sell happy meals for kids too.

Not a good time of the year to come here in February. Little past glory. If it is busier it will be fun. Pool pretty nice.

Ik vind de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet helemaal in orde. Voor een volwassen persoon betaal je bijna 14 euro, voor een kind bijna 10 euro entree. Voor een gemiddeld gezin ben je dus inclusief parkeerkaart van 7,50 ruim 55 euro kwijt.

Het zwembad biedt voor die prijs niet meer dan andere zwembaden in de buurt die een gemiddelde prijs van rond de 5 euro hanteren.
Deze Aquamundo is nml vrij compact en klein. Er wordt nu een wildwaterbaan bijgebouwd, welke september 2019 klaar moet zijn, dan zullen de dagtickets ook wel omhoog gaan.
Er is een compact golfslag bad, een wedstrijdbad, buitenbad, twee glijbanen, whirlpool en een kinderspeelbadje. Vrij klein opgezet allemaal.

Very good and clean facilities. There are many activities for children and adults.

Na het sturen van een klachten brief zijn wij telefonisch benaderd.
Centerparcs Zandvoort wilde graag een excuses aanbieden en hoopte dat wij een andere ervaring op wilde doen daar. Zij bieden ons daarom een bon aan voor een bedrag zodat wij daar nog eens zouden willen komen.
Na overleg deze geaccepteerd. Wij gaan dus nog een keer terug, en hopen dan op een betere ervaring.
Er netjes hoe ze dit hebben opgelost.

Nice house but was very dirty, cobwebs everywhere, greasy windows, dust on baseboards. Pool water was cold.

Everything is a bit getting old and rather for kids up to 10 interesting.

It was nice in Centerparcs Zandvoort. The cottage was well cared for. Slept well on the beds. Good service provided through the WhatsApp CenterParcs Zandvoort. Nice staff. And a beautiful environment

Pretty outdated ... too expensive and sometimes terrible neighbors !!! Shouting and shouting, many school classes and little atmosphere to relax ... great for kids but not always child safe!

Economical and well located. Less than half an hour by train from the capital.

Too bad for a Center Park
Cottages quite old but well cleaned and supplied. Indoor pool adequate. Changing rooms small but clean. Bad service in in-house restaurants, very expensive and of poor quality. Few indoor games for children. Only a large games room "eats money". A park on which I would think twice before returning ...

Absolutely not recommended. Park is shabby, houses are dirty and old. Carpet full of stains, sandy beach behind the house full of broken glass, kettle, dishwasher & vacuum cleaner broken. In the house next to us, the window was topped and mended with a WOODEN PLATE. Next to us was a football team that has been celebrating properly. Park is located next to the racetrack & early in the morning you are awakened by engine noise. If you are looking for relaxation, go somewhere else. Center Parc is no guarantee for quality! A star goes to the friendly staff which endeavored.

Hotel perfectly located on the beach. However, maintenance is required. The market Dome is not that big.

Everything that a resort can offer in terms of sports and restaurants and then also beach and sea !. However, the bungalows are somewhat outdated.

The park looks a bit run-down on arrival ... we have not seen the houses. We came swimming for a day. Lovely pool but unbelievably cold! Not the water that was fine ... but just sit and read a book cozy talk it was too cold to just sit in your bath clothes even staff members were wearing a vest! Many bad masters super nice! Only I missed some cleaners the floor was very dirty and the toilet in the pool too! Whether I come by another x for 1 day .... not at park Zandvoort or in the summer then it is nice and warm

Nice park with plenty of things to do. Especially the pool is very nice. During our weekend there were racing noises from the circuit all weekend, that was a little less.

We rented a house for 4 people. Everything is fine. There is everything you need. Lots of entertainment and a great place for children. Recommend.

Weekendje weg met de familie en dus een bungalow gehuurd. Wat een enorme armoe. Meubilair dat instabieler was dan mijn manisch depressieve collega, badkamer en toiletten die te smerig zijn voor de insecten, die dus hun heil zochten in de woonkamer en slaapkamers. En een uruzgan legermatrasje voelt als een hemelbed in vergelijking met deze bedden.

En dat voor meer dan 800 euro voor een weekend, schandalig! Klacht is ingediend, maar ik wil iedereen die op zoek is naar een schoon en mooi vakantieverblijf adviseren center parcs over te slaan..!

Cleanliness, equipment goes well, but close to the North Sea

Even if the area was a bit dated, we felt very comfortable. The houses are clean, comfortable and equipped with the necessary. The location is great and highly recommended for families with children. For us it was certainly not the last visit.

The houses are old and in need of a makeover. Unfortunately had some nuisance from students. Furthermore, a nice place!

Nice place for holidays. Not far from the sea (5min.zu walk) clean and many attractions in the area.

The house very small, hardly any storage possibilities. Even in the cathedral there is not really much to do / experience. The staff but forget several times forgetful. Sometimes the ordered food / snack in the oven to briquettes (only noticed when paying and taken out of the oven), sometimes it is the napkins to the pizza, which is eaten with the fingers / was. An extra stool was asked for (it was the staff twice confirmed that he would be put into the house) did not arrive. In the cathedral no disabled toilet, and false information from the staff whether z.b. one or the other access wheelchair was just. Really a pity and the 8 days VIP.

Friendly and practical welcome, but the accommodation of the park dates mainly from 1989 and you notice that in many areas. A few renovations are already underway and it is likely that everything will be renewed soon.
Zandvoort is in itself a great location and ideal as a base to Amsterdam or Haarlem. It is best to take the nuisance from the circuit, luckily the houses are reasonably soundproof. In summary: great for a midweek, but it should not last much longer.

Nice place to stay next to the beach with splendid indoor pool.

Dirty filthy houses. Lots of overdue maintenance. Sanitary not hygienic and eg a lot of patchwork made of tiles, holes and cracks and bathtub profesorich, dirty shower sails ect ect. The cushions in the couches stank of sweaty feet, there was a smell of smoke in the bedrooms and the comforters were also far from fresh. Ants in the living room and both below and above silver fish. There is not much to see about maintenance at the park itself. In short, a dirty smeared and outdated park which makes us decide never to book at Centerparcs again
