Came to this store as several things had gone hayw...

Came to this store as several things had gone haywire on my phone and I didn't know how to fix the problems.
Wade was the person who helped me get everything the way it was supposed to be. Even helped me set up a new password.
BUT the best part is that he showed me "in slow motion " how he each step so I could take notes so I could fix things on my own. He was very patient and went out of his way to keep me from feeling stupid!!
