I went into the store just to see what type of up-grades I had available. Jeff helped me. Not only did I get a upgrade for myself, I got a new phone for my husband too. Jeff never pushed me into doing a up-grade. He show me all the costs of doing it. His customer service was awesome!! I will be telling everyone to go there for their cellphone needs. Jeff helped me but the other employees were very nice also.
