I took my IPhone in because the charging port was broken. Excellent customer service, the gentleman I spoke with answered all my questions and was very polite and friendly. Super fast as well, done in under an hour. Saved me some money by repairing the existing charger port rather than replacing it with a new port which made it even cheaper than the perfectly reasonable quote for a brand new charger port! Phone works perfectly, I would highly recommend this shop for any IPhone owner, I will be back the next time my phone is acting up

This place is incredible. I've used it 5 or 6 times. (Two young girls in the house so lots of broken phone screens and today's emergency was a battery replacement.) The customer service you find here is outstanding, the turnaround times are fast (screen replacement, battery replacement, any service I've requested), and the prices are really affordable. I've visited Cell Phone City in the Northcrest shopping center on 3 occasions. All have been great experiences. Most recently I stopped by to have a cracked camera screen repaired. Entering the store I'm always promptly greeted by the store owner. He was quickly able to give me a price estimate (60% cheaper than a local competitor, $70 vs $150) the part he needed was out of stock but he told me he could have it the next day. The next day he called me and I went to have the part changed. It took about a half hour and looks and works great. This is a locally owned business worth supporting!!!
Awesome business, better than the corporate giants! I came in to fix my device and get a screen repair without an appointment and was very quickly seen to. The customer service was excellent, and the gentleman there was quite polite and knowledgeable. Then my phone was fixed in not only 1/3 the time of Apple, but also for a much cheaper cost. The gentleman fixing my device was also honest about what was wrong and what needed done, instead of trying to get me to go for the most expensive option. Haven't had any problems with my device since. Will definitely come here in the future for any other phones!

I dealt with the owner. My iphone is my business phone. I broke it very badly, the screen was literally separating from the body of the iphone, I was sure it was trashed. I came in and spoke to the owner and he educated me on the problem, gave me an idea as to whether he could confidently fix it or not, at which point i made a decision to let him give it a shot. He said he needed an hour, I gave him two. After I returned, I almost didn't believe it was my phone that he handed me. It looked too new. Best part? Gave it to him with the battery empty, I returned with it fully charged. A+++++++ WILL ONLY GO HERE FOR MY CELL PHONE REPAIR NEEDS!

I went in to get the rear camera glass replaced, and found out I may have to replace camera as well, but they were able to clean the lens on the camera and only had to replace the glass as originally expected. Great service, I would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs to their phone.

Took an hour to fix my cracked screen at the exact price I was quoted. Saved nearly $100 vs. filing an insurance claim. He also not only noticed my headphone jack was broken, but fixed it at no additional cost. I was told that if I experience any issues at all, to bring it right back to him. This is the only place I go for work on my wife and I's cell phones. He repaired my screen on my Iphone 6 after it was cracked into a million pieces and it has worked flawlessly. I decide to check this place out cause my tempered glass was just hideous and an eye sore to look at. I decided to try the mall first, one lady decide to try and charge me $40 for her service or $15 for the glass screen that I can do myself. I go to Best Buy and the screen protectors are around $40-$50 plus when I saw first saw it, it really did seem like a tedious task. Then I decided to try this place out. The person that serve me was Bill. And let me tell you, he has done such an amazing job it looked like a professional did it. No air bubbles nothing. If I ever had any phone problems. Bill is the guy to ask for.

Got a screen replacement, part of it came unglued within a week. One drop later the entire screen detached. Got another replacement and the front camera is now foggy. Also got a home button replacement and one month later it is not working.

Cell phone city was incredible. I shattered my iPhone 6, and they quoted my a price that was 50% cheaper than any other cell phone repair shop in Fort Wayne and they said it would take an hour, it took a half hour. The quality is perfect just like it was from Apple themselves.
