As senior citizens, sometimes you do not know who to trust. We needed to make a decision of what to do regarding a damaged smartphone. After some research, we found none of the options financially reasonable. We called Cell Phone City and spoke to Bill, who was very knowledgeable, friendly, wanted to help us and suggested more options. We arrived at CPC and met Bill, who offered great customer service! It was truly refreshing! We left happy and very glad to have found Bill and Cell Phone City - a true hidden treasure in Northcrest Shopping Center.
