I have been in this clinic with my mom and have heard a dr talking to another dr in their little room saying that this patient is crazy and that they don't have anything wrong with them and they should stop coming to the doctor. I feel that this is completely wrong of a doctor to do this and say this in front of other people. Disgusting

Worked for this company for 6 months- passed the probationary period with no issues at all. Suddenly- out of absolutely nowhere they let me go "without cause" . I asked them to tell me what I did wrong so I could fix it in future jobs and they literally said nothing and that i am being let go with no cause. Unless you don't care about job stability- I would NEVER advise to work here
Phone staff and reception are rude and unprofessional. Why these good doctors keep these receptionists is beyond me. They tell you that your script is being faxed to the pharmacy on a Monday morning and 3 days later on Thursday, the pharmacist tells me the script has not been faxed yet. We are talking about someone's health, but these receptionists do not care. Please dismiss these people!! There are great people that can do a much better job in and around Orangeville
(This review only applies to the Orangeville office on Rolling Hills Dr. The Grand Valley office is great, so I now go there instead.)The doctors are great but most clerical staff are not. It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone for most of the day. They take a very long lunch break and forward the phones to a recording machine. This also happens whenever they are busy and it may take up to 24 hours for your call to be returned. When you finally get ahold of someone it takes several days to get an urgent appointment. Once I was so frustrated I went to a walk-in clinic which is ridiculous when you have a family doctor in town. There is no email communication available to patients, so it's the phone or nothing. Having wonderful doctors doesn't help when you can't get to see them.
I love our family doctor, she is very caring and understanding. Our experience with her have always been great. The clerical staff, on the other hand, are extremely rude and come across as being inconvenienced to even answer your phone call. It's very unfortunate that the overall experience is marred at the onset.
Phone staff can be quite short and rude when asked questions. It's unnecessary. We are all rushed for time, doctors aren't gods. They provide a service and we are their clients. We shouldn't be treated as annoyances.
My family doctor is here, she is great! The nurses here are always friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff are always pleasant, smiley, and helpful if you are in front of them, or if you call. I am happy with this office.
