The location was perfect! Right next door to old town and across from a food truck mall and many souvenir shops. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the room was huge had all the amenities I'd want! The coffee shop on the premise had a great cortadito and my daughter enjoyed the park next to the pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well. They also have shuttles to all the theme parks and sell tickets

It is of the parks, cleaning and attention of the very good staff. A tip do not buy park tickets at the hotel because they are more expensive, they offer you fast passes and it is a lie when you arrive at the parks they do not accept it.

This is a motel at best. Disgusting, broken down, filthy motel. Rudest front office staff ive ever seen in my life. Hidden fees all over the place, extra deposits and such. You end up paying a lot more than expected. It is definitely not worth it at all. Place is a dump.

This hotel was great, my family and I stayed from 05/15-05/19 in a 2 bedroom suite on the second floor for a First Disney World Trip. Going into the hotel I was expecting to have to use my bleach to clean something that housekeeping might have missed based off of the way outside looks. and boy was I wrong. There was nothing and I mean NOTHING unclean in our room (well the top of the fridge wasnt dusted) but our dishes were cleaned, beds tight and clean sheets and linen everyday I def. judged a book by it's cover lol The reason Im not giving 5 stars is because the shuttle to Disney was horrible. We wanted to go back to our room for something and couldn't because the next bus wasnt coming for the next 6hrs we left the hotel at 8:40am So we took the transit bus which was $2.00 and the kids rode free. Other than that we completely enjoyed our stay here

There should be a "no star" option. I booked a suite at this property through AirBnB and this place was horrible. I don't know where all of the other reviewers were staying, but I must have drawn the short straw. Our suite was spacious (the size of a 3 bedroom apartment), but it was infested with bugs crawling on almost every surface which made it uninhabitable. At 11pm at night I had to find another place to stay because these bugs were crawling up my child's leg! That is not acceptable nor is it reasonable to expect a customer to pay money to stay in those conditions. The host said he would refund my money for the 2nd night, but not the 1st & directed me to open a claim with Airbnb. I'm still waiting on my refund as well as a response to my claim.

The property itself is like an old, run-down motel. The outside trash/dumping stations were overrun with garbage & huge raccoons. The raccoon gangs were having showdowns with people trying to take out their trash (people were actually stopping to take pics of the raccoons because they were so large & there were so many). Parking was horrible. There were not enough spaces for our building so people were making their own spaces, which caused other cars to be blocked in.

The wait in line to check-in for us was 45 min. Then they routed us to another desk to pick-up our parking pass, which is really only a front for the salesman at that desk to try to get you to buy local attraction tickets & timeshares. We had to check-out the same day due to the bug infestation, & the wait time in-line was again long... 1 hour. I travel a lot for both business & pleasure, & this was by far the worst hotel experience I've had.

Celebration suites is quite a find. The suites are clean, comfortable and large. They border Old Town with its amusement park and town square with shops, bars and eateries. I can't wait to come back for a longer stay.

I give 5 stars because we booked the place and when I pulled up I expressed my doubts about what I thought I rented. He upgraded us to a room that sleeps 10! Its dated yes and lacks personality inside but it is huge and so cheap. And they were very helpful at check in. Very close to the park. Very happy with our choice to book here. Will do again since we frequent Disney. Best hotel for the price for sure

The rooms were very clean and the pool was amazing, the Only reason that I gave 3 star was for the courtesy at the Front desk and the Maintenance Girl, first the lady at the front desk gave me a second floor room with no elevator, when I ask for a first floor because I had 2 kids, 1 Stroller, 4 luggages and 2 seniors with me, she either told us about the luggage car, so we have to walked the whole Hotel with our things. SECONDLY I wanted to reserve the shuttle to the parks and I went to the front desk, again the same bad acttitude, the top of the cherry was that I paid for late checkout (2:00 pm) and the housekeeper knock at our door at 2:10 asking us to leave with the same attitude. At general apparently the employees do not want their jobs.

Our stay was horrible found period blood in the bed when I went to tuck my ten year old daughter in then had to move rooms at 12 at night on top of that we paid for late check out and got locked out of our room at regular checkout anyway and the worst part of all this we were told because of all this we would get a discount next time well yesterday we tried to book our discounted room they said the room would cost 104 dollars!! The regular pricee 117 what kind of a discount is that!! For a ruind vacation they begged me and my wife not to write a bad review but they cant even make good on there end the only place this hotel has going for it is spacious rooms and its right next to old town I'm convinced if it wasnt for the location thered be a lot less buisness and alot more bad reviews HOLD THEESE PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE period blood! Thats unacceptable for any hotel

I love the bed they are so comfortable , but on the flip side I do not like how almost everything is white. They took a 140$ deposit from me to replace anything damaged or missing and everything is white. I dont think they should only have white sheets its almost a set up to take your money

I was truly amazed at how extensive the property is. Although stylistically it looks like an apartment complex out of the 60's, the rooms are very clean, well maintained, and I will be booking again.

Stay away from this place.. My husband & kids and I stayed a week here with our handicap son that had to go to a doctor in Orlando. We had to keep asking for room service and for clean towels. House keeping would tell us they was out and they would be right back to give us some and nobody would come back to give us any. We would have to go to the office to get any thing. They was very rude most of the time. Plus the pool in a area was closed almost our whole stay. Our last day here. The pool was closed all day. They said pool needs maintenance. But there has been nobody working or cleaning the pool all day. This is a very rude and not really customer friendly place to stay. PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING WI-FI BREAKFAST !!!!

I was staying at Celebration Suites from December ...

I was staying at Celebration Suites from December 6th to 20th, 2018, my 10 year old son and I. We stayed in Block C.
I loved the location of the hotel, the flat, the reception, the attendance of the employees, mostly Brazilians, the transportation to Disney parks, Universal and outlets, everything worked perfectly!
Our "room" had no carpet as I requested, since my son is allergic, the towels and bedding were impeccably white and of excellent quality !! Extremely comfortable beds, working air conditioning. It had everything I needed in the kitchen, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, TV in the living room and bedroom. Really good and powerful hairdryer in the bathroom and a different but very nice shower! I only questioned the service of the maid who cleaned the flat, because talking to other people from other blocks, the information I had from other guests was that they made the bed and put the dishes to be washed in the machine, but in mine they only changed towels and collected the trash, anyway that was not a problem, at least the trash and towels were changed and I already made the beds myself !! Overall, I was very satisfied with everything !! I want to return to Orlando soon and for sure I already know where to stay with safety, comfort and great price, excellent cost benefit in my opinion!

Thank you Celebration Suites for helping me provide my puppy an excellent vacation !! Unforgettable!
Thanks

Extraordinary location Steps from everything. Comfortable, spacious room with fridge, stove and microwave. It has a room with a sofa bed, the kitchen and the room. Comfortable beds and everything clean. They fit easily 6 adults and if you have children fit their playards or cribs without problem. The bathroom is spacious. Parking and free breakfast. The pool needs a remodel because it does not look so modern. The staff that attends you is bilingual and is at your service 24 hours a day. I recommend it.

The room was clean and comfortable. But let me say this place is all about quantity not quality. I waited over an hour due to so many checking in and as soon as you check in they send you over to a smaller desk to hound you into buying timeshares. The laundromat stole our money and the front desk will not answer the phone. Then the J building holds water after rains at the bottom of the steps and my daughter fell and the front desk staff didn't even act like she wanted to hear about it. Kristina was absolutely rude. There is other places in the area with comparable rates and great customer service. We are Disney Passholders and are in the area every other weekend and try new places from time to time. This will not be a repeat experience.

When I can get a room or need one I choose this first. Clean spacious and great staff. The location is near anything you can ever want to see or want to do. It's huge and the breakfast is far superior compared to other hotels on this strip. The resort fee is rediculous and way too much but other than that I love it. You will find that the sliding doors are intimidating in some rooms. It takes massive force to open or close them. The housekeeping staff is great but the toaster and dishes should be looked at a little closer before anyone uses them. I like this place and I like the cafe. The cafe has a very diverse and interesting menu. I tried moccachino for the first time and I'm hooked. Thanks Celebration Suites

Option for those who only want to sleep. Noisy air conditioning, bed with soft mattresses, TV with poor picture (and it looks like it is in the US, huh!), Bedding looks a lot of use, reception friendly, helpful and in Portuguese, English or Spanish, shower okay, however , low, parking ok. We did not opt for breakfast ($ 6 / person).

There is still a lot of entertainment at the hotel, where you will find pizzeria, souvenirs, shops and amusement park in an area called "Old Town"! Brazilian assistants! Special reference to Aline, who will do everything to make you feel at home! The rooms are very large and you can take 6 to 10 people !! All clean and safe! It has many facilities close to the Hotel, like Walgreens! I want to return!

My fiance and I booked a 4 night stay at the hotel...

My fiance and I booked a 4 night stay at the hotel to go to Disney with our 4 kids. We booked the suite so everyone had their own bed which was nice and there was decent privacy between the rooms. Got to the hotel late and still had to run to walmart for food and snacks for the park. Got back to the hotel and went to bed. Not even ten minutes later people were outside talking loudly for about 2 hours. I layed there trying to get to sleep and finally did. The next day my mother in law stayed at the hotel while we were at Disney. House keeping never came and cleaned our room nor gave us clean towels. Since their weren't enough towels for everyone, she wasn't able to shower. She called the office 3 times and they kept telling her someone would come by to service our room. Finally around 5, someone came. None of the girls spoke english, they cleaned our room half ass and talked on their cell phone the whole time they were there. The next night we all lay down and somehow get to sleep with commotion going on outside again. 3:30 rolls around and I'm assuming the bars let out because a group of about 15 people roll in to the room next to ours are hooting, hollering and partying it up outside their room and in it. I kindly went and asked them to keep it down because I had kids trying to sleep. They apologized and said they would. It lasted about 10 minutes before it started back up again so I called the office and complained. They said they would send someone down there to see the the problem. I waited and waited and no one ever came and the noise never stopped. The next night wasnt as bad until about 6 am when the people above us who had 6+ kids, let them run back and forth on the balcony non stop. I went outside and asked them to keep it down and none of them spoke english either. The woman brought the kids inside and apologized. 10 minutes later it started back up again so I called the office and complained again. The man in the office barely spoke english and got really lippy with me when I called. Said he would send somone down. 1 hour later the nonsense was still going on so I called again. This time I threatened to call the police if something wasnt done. The man got really snotty with me and then hung up on me. Nothing was ever done! This hotel has no care or concern for their guests! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! Not one employee that was there spoke english and they were all extremely rude! When we went up and confronted the manager about everything and all she did was apologize and told us that nothing was documented about any of the complaints that were made. Asked her if their was anything she could do for us to compensate us for the multiple inconveniences we had and the incompetent staff and she said there was nothing she could do. Not only did we pay over $600 to stay at this establishment but they charged our card twice and acted like they knew nothing about it when we checked out. Had to complain and talk to multiple people (due to lack of English speaking employees) before things were resolved there. Terrible, terrible experience!

My grandparents only come here. It's not fancy at all but you will have everything you need and still have money to spend having fun! A 1 br has a small kitchen and an extra full size bed in the living area. It seems very family oriented as many come and go to all the major attractions which are all near by. Go to international drive. I4 will get you anywhere you need to go. Old town is so nice too. A bit lonley if you ask me. But I bet they have their booming days. There is an information desk in the lobby and I'm sure they will direct you 100%. Check this place out. :)

Have stayed at the particular hotel a few times. We have never had an issue. We love that they are pet friendly. I told them that my little fur friend barks when we first leave but calms down quickly. They were kind enough to give us a suite further away from guest. As to not bother other visitors. With that being said, every time we stay here we request the same suite. It's been available the past 3 visits. We hope when we go again we get the same suite and treatment we've received in the past. Actually visiting in a couple of weeks. Thought I'd share my story. Be seeing you soon. Thanks again and keep up the good work. Haven't seen it since it's been renavated. Can't wait!
