At first glance, I did not like it, but when I entered the room is good, big, complete with full kitchen, good fridge and new utensils, living room with sofa, armchairs, all clean and organized, just a little ugly on the outside, I will definitely return to this hotel.

I will stay, for the end of September and this was recommended I hope to have a good impression and sercicio.

No renovated rooms were available upon check-in, which was a surprise to us, as we were lead to believe that EVERYTHING was renovated. The first room they offered smelled and hadn't been updated in 20 years; some elements of the room were 3 decades. The renovated room was better, but still not nearly good enough for my standards.

We immediately started looking in the phone for alternate lodging, and found something else much better. I can imagine that if we had stayed overnight, how long and detailed the review could be.

Horrible. No one answers the phone at the front desk. They try to get you to go to another part of town to pick up a free something or other, and when half my family went to the parks, the second key they gave us didn't work, tjough it did an hour earlier. So from the pool we had to go to the registration while dripping wet (after calling them and receiving no answer) and we still had to wait. The A/C's are loud af. Sound alike your sleeping in a truck. The actual room is nice, but not worth the trouble of everything else.

My family and I stayed here for five nights. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was very large! They cleaned everyday! It was very nice! The only thing I didn't like was the floors were not moped. They took a towel and wet it down hooked it to a mop handle and drug it around the floors. Our feet stayed black! We wore our flip flops the whole time except for sleeping.

For those looking for fair price and quality this is the place !! Full kitchen, spacious and super clean !! Only the steam shower left something to be desired :(

Such a garbage place rooms was durty they not like return the deposit so they find any excuse to not give you the money back much more this place is just dirt .

The Celebration experience can be positive for some and terrible for others.
There are several apt blocks, some far from the reception.
When booking, mention that you want to stay in the new blocks; are perfect.
In no way stay in the old wing, your vacation can become a nightmare. There, nothing works right.

Attentive staff, ample parking, well equipped apartment. As for the shower, mentioned by some people, in my opinion just observe the regulation. I thought the shower was great!

Very good hyper-comfortable beds good service nice location

First room had mold on the bed skirt and no working phone. Second room was acceptable but still no working phone. The complimentary shuttle service is a joke, only 2 departure and 2 pick up times, and you have to schedule them in advance. They also charge for the continental breakfast, in all my traveling this is the only place I've ever been charged for a continental breakfast. I was also unimpressed with the staff, when we called to report it, using our cellphone because the phone in the room was not working, we were hung up on once, and transferred to a voicemail when we called back, the third call we had to refuse to be put on hold to get it taken care of. Bottom line, I would never stay at this place again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Rooms are very filthy. Don t waste your money.Facility needs a complete update. This is one of the worst rooms we have stayed in after many years of traveling. Location is great however if you can stand the gross rooms you might consider if you just want a place to sleep.

Excellent, exceeded all expectations in the service, the hotel is horizontal, Roberta Front desk excellent Attention, for us it was not the LUXURY decision point and yes, BATHROOM Adapted for wheelchair, two rooms with KING beds, kitchen, although I have visited high class hotels in Brazil, Europe and most of the United States, he answered me in the basics, Accessibility and service. We stayed for quite a few days.

It's perfect for the budget, you can reserve seats on the buses to go to the parks and save on parking. The suites are spacious and the kitchen is full, it is clean and every day you will make the bed and fix everything. There is a large balcony also with chairs. The location is perfect, central for the parks. Next door is the Old Town an amusement park and there are bars and gift and food shops. It's pet friendly and not much charge per night. The people at the reception are very friendly and bilingual.

We have been there before with no issues. We were told and saw, that there is a no smoking policy. And we have always abide to this. After I received my credit card statement an extra charge of $283 was attached. When I talked to the manager, she said she had written affidavits to my wife seen smoking in the room. First of all WE DID NOT! Second, if we did (AND WE DIDN'T), are there cameras in the room? I do not lie. If we had, so be it. But we are honest and feel that if we were seen, it should have been mentioned at the time of the occurrence.

Im 18 and I bought a room for a vacation trip with my friends I ended up very sick 3 days before the trip and was sent to the hospital so I was in no condition to go so I had to cancel and they charged 100 dollar fee even with a sent in doctors note so thanks for taking 100$ from a very sick 18 year old boy they're horrible

Lacks in service, because they do not communicate and do not make a point of meeting a guest who does not speak English or Spanish. I felt embarrassed for not giving importance to our language

This place is a getto. I will not stay here even for free. Mold and very stinky rooms.

Its a bad hotel they have bedbugs and the staff are rude, I stayed there a couple of weeks ago we found bedbugs in the beds and cockroaches, we told the staff about them and they said they were just ants after one of their guys came to my room and he saw the bugs they didn't want to give us a full refund after staying there and paying for the whole week we were there, it's a bad hotel horrible staff and an unsanitary place to stay with bedbugs and cockroaches. Don't stay in this hotel

And found the place to be clean neat and very large. Maid service could pay more attention to hair, I hate seeing someones hair, but considering the price the value out weighed this issue. Upon checking out Vanessa was kind to delay from 11am to 12 noon. If I would have wanted everything perfect I would have stayed a mile further and At Gaylord Palms and dropped $500 a night, did not need that this trip. I will return.

It is not luxurious, but it is very clean, a very comfortable suite for the family, very good location and good service. And the price is very accessible. I recommend it a lot.

A good place to stay when visiting the big theme parks. Not fancy. But it doesn't really need to be. Convenient and cheap.

Nice laid back and graciously spacious. Staying here for work but I'd definitely bring the family here. Yeah you can tell the property has been established for a while but it's well maintained and updated.

It has self service laundry and is close to the parks. The apartments are nice, with only 1 bathroom and kitchen. We stayed in one that has not been renovated, where we need to buy some kitchen utensils that were not available. Room service is also flawed, as they often forgot to leave towels, soap, soap. For the price paid, we could certainly have stayed in a much better hotel.

The staff was super friendly ! They tried their best at everything especially for my cousins where there is a language barrier of Portuguese ! I was super impressed ! And the beds, the beds were wonderful! Definetely top notch in comfort from all that I've stayed in the Orlando area. Recommend and will stay again :)

Clean and very close to the Disney parks.
Four people per room fit perfectly without stepping on each other.
Although there is room for more people, I do not recommend, unless you do not mind being half on top.
There is only one bathroom and that makes it difficult if there are many adults.
But re-worth it.
The amenities are excellent and the pools are a decent size and are generally empty as people come from the parks just want to sleep.

Because the cleaning service is terrible, do not change the towels, in 15 days of stay did not change the sheets, do not sweep the floors, barely make more beds and in a very bad way. I do not recommend it at all. The transfers to the parks are in groups that do not light the AA and with 32 degrees of temperature imagine what it is to travel 20km to Universal, the return is like traveling in a cattle truck, all tight and without AA. You can touch rooms 6 blocks from the reception, they have no service to the room at all. The AAs are from the year 1990 at least, do not cool, noisy and the trains stuck to your head on the side of the bed. GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL .. !!!

This was a quick last minute reservation. It's extremely close to Disney World and Old Town (less than 200 feet from Old Town). It was literally a full 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room for one night at $40. It was clean if perhaps a bit dated. The area is kinda scary at night but the price was great.

A simple and old hotel. But spacious (it has a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, 2 king beds, 1 double and a double sofa bed), clean and well located. For me, I went with 2 kids this time, it was so much better than an All Stars suite for example. Serves an honest breakfast. No luxury but very good! Who wants luxury that pays the price and stays at a Hyatt! Rs!
