Love this store. High quality items. Great vegetables, cheeses, breads, meats, specialty items, and fresh fish. They have a small grocery area, deli, and floral. Can get premade foods as well.

Soup and prepared food are thr only good thing. If you buy anything from the deli expect a messy pile of meat no matter who slices it. No quality control. They have over charged me on multiple occasions. Even when they tried to fix it they got it wrong a couple times. Took a half an hour to pay for focaccia once. Customer service is definitely not their top priority.

Went in for a floral/plant bouquet. The young lady did it up so nicely. I appreciate that. The prices are reasonable. Went back the next week for flowers for someone else. This is my go-to store.

Prices are way higher than any other place even when selling the same name brand products. I bought two organic cookie mixes and both of them had insect larva and cocoons on the inside of the box which was pretty horrifying when I opened it.... I went onto their website to see if they had any contact/feedback forms but they didn't so I suppose I'm just writing it all here as people should be aware.

If you buy any organic mixes in paper boxes, OPEN IT FIRST, because it may have bugs. It's way gross.

Now this part of the review probably isn't Fresh Acres' fault, but the last couple times I went there they had an awful cashier. I thought perhaps I had somehow offended her so I gave a friend money to pick up some items for me but it turns out they just have a really rude and nasty cashier.

But this grocery store is so close to my house that even with the bug larvae and awful cashier girl/teenager/humanthing, I'll still probably shop there out of convenience. I just won't buy cookie mixes..

Great quality, but rather expensive. There is a massive prepared foods selection for a quick bite for lunch, from sandwiches to sushi, pizza to steak, and everything in between. There is also a soup bar, wing bar, and hot bar. These are all reasonably priced for the taste and quality. I usually shop here for lunch rather than true grocery shopping. 5/5 overall though.

Amazing local produce, local teas, Butch cut meats, bakery singles are delicious, gluten free baking/cooking needs as well as a robust assortment of prepared foods. I can't say enough about this place! Somehow they manage to create a local market vibe and selections, quick lines, intimate feels, while still offering enough products for you to complete your weekly shopping

This is my all time favorite grocery store! The selection and produce quality just can't be beat!!! Not to mention their ready made meals. They definitely are taylored to the healthy consumer, so you can expect slightly higher prices than a "typical" grocery store, but it's well worth the quality that you get. And again, KILLER PRODUCE!!!

Beautiful products except One...the Quiche. It does Not have any cooking labels, nor a label that could say Not fully cooked. BEWARE! I was violently ill for 3 to 5 hours. I microwaved a piece for 4 minutes, and clearly that was not the protocol. I was told by their employee when I returned the unused portion for quality control, that this happens All The Time!
Very Disappointed in the fact that they can't put a cooking label on it. Maybe after a salmonella lawsuit, they might?????

Nicely designed open air market. Walking into the open produce section will impress you. Everything looks wondeful. Pick up an apple and you'll find it's no better than any other grocery store in the area. It's really an over priced division of Big Y grocery stores. You'll pay more here for the artisan feel. I still like to go here and pick up something for lunch once in a while. Other than the crazy parking lot the shopping experience is pretty good. Update : Went back today to fill my lunch bag. Bought a pear @ 1.99 per pound. Took a couple of bites, found it's rotting inside. I left a picture. Please give a thumbs up if this review was helpful. Thanks

Definitely not ADA Compliant! I am the first one to give a great review when deserved. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in Fresh Acres. I do not go there often so when I do, I enjoy shopping all their gourmet goodies and looking at the array of unique products. Yesterday being there, brought me to tears. I have had several back surgeries so depending on the day my back pain can be painful or very painful. Yesterday, it was very, very painful so I used one of the motorized carts and I am truly appreciative of stores that offer them. Maybe it was the social distancing that amplified this but there were certain areas of the store that made it impossible to get through due to the sales displays in the isles. I highly doubt that management of this grocery store or any others take a ride in one of these carts to experience what shopping is like in their store using one. There were at least two areas in the store that made turning impossible. Between the end cap sales displays and the displays in the middle of the isles I knocked over a total of three displays during my visit. This is embarrassing and aggravating as I have to get out of the cart and bend over stressing my back to pick everything up. As it stands now, I will not be going back until they are ADA compliant and I will be calling the general manager today. In doing my research, here is what I found regarding the guidelines in grocery stores and being ADA compliant. "Grocery Aisles. Failing to provide wide enough walkways between shelving units can put a retailer in danger of noncompliance with the ADA. A minimum width of 36 inches is required. If the aisle is more than 200 feet long, a passing space of at least 60 inches by 60 inches must be provided" I know they were not compliant in a few areas for sure.

I love shopping here and I usually go once a week. There is a wonderful presentation of fresh fruits and vegetables, local! I always find good things throughout the store and am impressed with my experience. My issue is paying for the paper bags. According to our Governor you can t use reusable bags. I really believe that your store is great, and I don t mind paying a little more for the stuff I want . But charging for paper bags is a shame.

The atmosphere, friendly staff, and great product selection make this a wonderful shopping experience.
The market is the perfect size for discovering unusual and hard to find gourmet delights.
The chef prepared meals are great since you are able to buy a serving for one or two or you may order a party size portion. You can buy as much or as little as you need. A real MONEY SAVER and all the preparation is done for you.
Try the HUGEsandwiches .Graet variety on store baked breads.Best price around.

If you can keep the rich old ladies from squeezing all the fruit and vegetables the death, the fruit and vegetables are fabulous we never need to search through what they have for their prices we just buy it Their selection of beef is unparalleled. They were the first around to have grass fed and aged beef available. The meat and deli sections are undersized For the staff that is working, service suffers. The 4 to 5 Isles of dry goods that are extremely overpriced but if you needed them in an emergency or if you're too lazy to go to the grocery store they're there.

Usually higher quality than a regular Big Y but also more costly. The cuts of meat are great and the selection of cheeses is wonderful. They use to have gelato but with the current state of the world don't know if that will be offered. Shame because it was really good.

the meat counter is not very fresh and the service usually takes a few minutes to get attention. The prices are also very inflated as mentioned by another reviewer. I shop here for hard to find items for my food-allergic kids but I will no longer be buying typical groceries.
