PACKED SHOULDER TO SHOULDER! The gold pass was a good business move but as a platinum pass holder it makes it extremely difficult to enjoy anything the park has to offer. Wait times are in excess of 2 hours on some rides, food and drink lines take a half hour to order, shows are standing room only, the main show Boneyard Battleground started 30 minutes late, the stage is poorly placed right in the middle of a major walkthrough and people are pushing to get through the crowd running wagons and strollers into your shins and there is a bad element in a lot of the people here (fighting, profanity, lack of respect and common sense). Was not happy with Cedar Points decision this year

I've recently been traveling to some of the biggest rollercoaster parks in the world, and I rate this #1! It's large selection of thrilling rides and great customer service makes for a fantastic experience!

Very amazing place to go when you're on vacation, or at anytime really. Amazing attractions for all ages, even kids that don't want to rides can still have fun, at the new Forbidden Frontier. Food/Drinks can be a bit pricey, but that's besides the matter! There is even a water park! Come out to Cedar Point!

Fast pass has ruined the experience. Unless you spend an exorbitant amount of money expect to wait hours for any decent rides. October 19th they shutdown the roads leading into the park. On Twitter they advised to "return tomorrow or next weekend". Greed has destroyed what was once the best amusement park in America. Now you're better off going to Six Flags.

Amazing park for thrill seekers, probably the best I ve been to. I ve been twice now! There are so many roller coasters and they are all infinitely more epic than bigger theme parks like Universal and Disney. These rides are INTENSE.

The park itself is set on Lake Erie and it is so beautiful. I loved going on the Ferris wheel and seeing the waves rolling by.

Lines can be super long here and a lot of the rides tend to go down randomly which is the only downside, I think. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly here that I think it makes up for it though!

I had fun with my friends we got on almost all the rides except the ones they said I was to tall to get on I'm 6'9 and my friend is 6'8 and I feel if we have to pay all that money for tickets food and drinks ya'll should have a few carts on all the rides for big and tall people would be great because there are a lot of tall people who come to your parks thank you Mary Love

I absolutely love this place. It is really fun and the rides are super thrilling! But there was this one ride that my brother wanted to go on but was too tall. But that's not the whole reason for this rating. He let the adults on it. I repeat. The adults. And they were like 2 times taller than my brother. So let me give a more clear explanation. A worker told my brother that he was too tall to get on a ride. But then he let an adult on the ride, right in front of his face. How unfair is this?

I live in Atlanta and Cedar Point is a much better place to go to than Six Flags over Ga. the food at cedar point is much better and the staff is friendlier than six flags. But the rides are about the same. Plus is not as hot as Atlanta.

At 47 years old, the Point is the only remedy for my anhedonia. Worth noting, however, is that the food quality is HORRENDOUS. Since leaving and re-entering the park is allowed, packing a cooler and leaving it in the car for meals (not allowed in) is a considerable option.

GREAT amusement park but I am tired of the drinks game. Buy a souvenir cup and they won t let you take it in line with you so then you have to buy a locker. Then buy a card for cups and the lines are long to get a small drink that you can only get refilled every 15.

Even though I am on the heavier side I was pleasantly surprised that I could still ride all the rides I tried to go on. Everyone was friendly and me and my family had a wonderful time. They even had a lot of rides for my 4 year old to ride.

Overall the park itself is great...but if your going to there halloweekends it's insanely over packed on Saturday...you litterly get trapped in a 4 mile wall to wall multi lane traffic jam and the lot was already full so they force you to park in some out lot a mile or so away from the park...you couldn't even move in sections of the park it was so packed i feel it was unsafe for young kids..they definitely need to work on crowd control every business has a occupiency limit and they definitely need one but other than insane traffic and hours in one and over crowding there kids trick or treating was awesome as well as all the activities there's so much to do but if you have kids during halloweekends do sundays its busy but so much more reasonable to navigate the park and actually be able to do the activities

Campground is very nice and a great location. Same old problems with the shuttle service. They call it a service but in reality it is a dis-service. Each time we call for a shuttle, it takes multiple calls and well over thirty minutes most times. If they can't do it right, they shouldn't offer it. Once again, our dinner was significantly delayed because of a horrid shuttle experience.

Even though they're covid-19 pandemic is, cedar point advertised like the whole entire deussen park is still open. Only selected rides are running, for the steel vengeance and the drag racer you had to be at cedar point at 11 a.m. or 3 p.m. to collect a ticket to ride those selected, only selected food was open at cedar point.they need to let customers know that they're only going to be doing certain things because this was very misleading and it was not worth$125 they should charge half the price.and then they're trying to do social distancing, standing in line waiting for your turn to get on the roller coaster if we're not doing social distancing at it was a horrible experience I will not go back until after covid-19 is and life is back to normal

Overcrowded! Was there from the time it opened till right before it closed and I only got on 4 rides. Waited in line for over five hours for steel vengeance and then everything that we had stored in the locker was held hostage until we paid more to get it out. Steel vengeance was a nice coaster but not worth standing over five hours in line for. The problem was most of the rides were closed till later in the evening causing all the rides that were open to be backed up.

Yay

First and foremost I felt safe on the rides with my children. Areas for food and beverage were clean. I love the all day locker transfers (although a few more locker locations would have been nice.) Cedar Point still has the best roller coasters I've had the pleasure of riding. Most notably the Gate Keeper. I've never been so comfortable and felt as secure on a coaster as Gate Keeper. It has a superb design.
Some of the wheelchair access points for the rides were a little difficult getting to. Prices are still considerably more than I'd like. All in all-still my favorite theme park.

I really enjoyed my trip to cedar Point theme park. The food was really good and the ride were fun. But, there's was one problem! I found the rollercoaster seat to be extremely tight. I'm 4'11" and weight around 170 to 200LB. Through out my two day trip here, i saw people who weight more constantly get off the rollercoaster because the seat were to small or the belt was to short. This made me extremely unhappy to see family's, friends and individuals people get off because of their weight.

Hottest day ever! The drink station was few and far when you got one the line was longer than the rides and many of the machines were down! Also getting a cup of water was difficult! On the hot days they should make water more available some kids on field trips do not have the money to pay for all day drinking. I look forward to amusement parks caring about their customers a little more. Oh yeah, whats up with paying for parking? Who comes there to park and not go in? It seems you make enough off your customers without charging $20 to park! I promise no one is parking there but people who have bought tickets or intend on buying tickets!

I would go again, but only for a day. Buy the fast pass, skip the long lines, and make it back to the breakers in time for a swim and a cocktail by the fire pit. That would be the perfect way to spend the weekend.

Went July 1st. 2 rides never opened, 5 others were on/off all day. Which made fast pass lane have long wait times. Don't know how they can charge full price for fast pass plus ($125) when they knew 2 of the top rides were never going to open. Even with fast pass plus wait times were 45-60 min! $725 day for 3 people...waste of $ since rides weren't open. Won't be going back.

We had so much fun. And the staff was friendly. So many rides you can't ride them all in one day. They were very accommodating to my Autistic son. Depending on where you eat in the park the food can be good.

Cannot bring myself to recommend this place. At least not in the spring. If it s a remotely windy day, don t even bother coming. 75% of rides will be closed. This then snowballs into even crappy rides like Corkscrew and Blue Streak having lines of 60+ minutes!!! Half the concession stands were also closed for two May 2018 visits, both on Fridays. When you pay that much for tickets, this type of experience is utterly unforgivable.

That said, I have also had some really good experiences during the summer months when all rides are open.

End of the story, be smart about the day you choose to go. If it s raining or windy, avoid it. If it s sunny and the weekend, buy a fast lane if you can afford t.

People that call this the best amusement park ever need to go to Silver Dollar City, King s Island, or Dollywood. Cedar Point is much closer to resembling a Six Flags.

Cedar Point is great. Time your visit wisely if you hate waiting in lines like I do, otherwise you'll be coughing up a bit of cash for fast lane plus. Don't go around holidays and definitely go during the week except for Fridays. June seemed like a good time to go with little wait times on rides.

The park was clean, people were going around cleaning surfaces throughout the park and staff reminded guest to social distance often. The markings in the lines were staggered to promote social distancing in all directions. No one would be with in 6ft in anydirection of you if you stood on the markings...only bad part was the slow guest that didn't follow directions and marking

Grew up in the Midwest and Cedar Point is and always will be the go to imusment park. Went back to Michigan and had to go try the new coaster. As always, the roller coasters are great fun and just the adrenaline rush we were looking for. Definitely try the new cossters and take a spin on a few old ones too! Also, don't leave without getting some amazing salt water Taffy. So good.

First, we came to the park expecting to thoroughly enjoy rides and other attractions. Unfortunately the park has obviously created an environment of selective services for certain individuals. While paying $45 to enter the park, we were not able to ride other coasters (even though others were able to ride all park rides at the same price) because of the selective servicing, allowing others to ride all rides but others only a few. Secondly, the staff was rude and careless. At one point, initially, we were at a ride where the staff just indicated that we couldn t enter even though we had tickets which allowed us in for the ride, eventually after discussing we were allowed in. Third, the park has not gone through proper customer service protocol, and this has been an extremely unpleasant experience.

One of the highlights of my childhood... and one I've been lucky enough to share with my boys. I love this place, and for better (or worse) it hasn't changed... It's still a great place to make memories.

Good time! Not much to complain about.... Yes line were down for maintenance from time to time but in light of what happened at the Ohio State fair I'd rather them fix it than take a chance

Always a fun place to go but I really don't like that fastpass paying more to cut other people in line just does not seem right. it kind of sets up a caste system and I think it demoralizes people who do not have the money to buy a FastPass. Nothing like going to an amusement park and having the rich kids cut you inline

A truly impressive and amazing amusement park, staff amazingly friendly and helpful, park was tidy and ride operations are quick! Worth the normal ticket price, but often you can get deals through various stores and memberships!

Cant express my disappointment enough in this place. Used to be a great place but has become super expensive and the experience has declined drastically. 74 dollar tickets during Halloween and 150 for fast passes. Good luck getting on anything either way. Literally had one coaster open with a 2.5 hour wait. No raptor, magnum, millennium, dragster.. nothing. And very little wind and no rain. Last time I came was the same. Will no return after almost 20 years of visits.

I used to love going here, and it's still a wonderful park, there's just been some changes; and it doesn't seem that this park is very inclusive to the different kinds of people there are.

My friend and I drove 4 hours only to be able to have ridden 4 rides in our 8 hour time there. If it weren't for a couple giving us their fast pass,we would have only made it on TWO rides...between 12 and 8. Each wait time was over 2 hours. And the lines for food were insane. Not happy with wasting our money and rare time away. Would not recommend going any time soon. Customer service was no help at all. Very disappointed.

Very fun! Took my kids and made great memories. A good family day. Lines were not over 1.5hr on a Friday in August. Made most rides amazing and we saw most of the park in a days time #Americasrollercoast

Rode only 3 rides (one was a kiddy ride and Blue streak) due to so many people in the park. Waited almost 2 hours for one ride and it wasn't even a new one. Spent 48 minutes in line for Chick fe la due to having Celiac disease and only place to grab a bite. Use to love this place but we shouldn't have to spend a lot more money for a fast pass just to ride a few more rides.

The greatest amusement park in the world! Has some of the best roller coasters in the world. Tickets ate reasonable. Recommend buying drink cup online. Park is kept clean. The fudge is some of the best out there. And there are plenty of rides for little ones.

They say this is the thrill capital of the world. They would be right! This is the best park I have ever been to. The roller coasters are just the beginning. They have the best food, games, and shows. Lots of things to do with the little ones as well. Great theming and historical landmarks throughout the park. Definitely plan to visit for more than one day as it is impossible to do everything in a single day. I will definitely be back soon to visit after everything is back to normal.
