We usually visit Cedar Point atleast once a year. I just love this park! We usually hit all the coasters, and they don't disappoint. Then we ride the other rides in between, depending on how much of a break we need. We cheat and get the fast pass. It's so much better than waiting forever in line. However, some of the best conversations happen while waiting in those long lines! This is the best park we've ever visited, and we've been to Busch Gardens and King's Island. Worth every penny. And we don't even make it to the awesome, included water park!

Fairly busy today but it did seem cp staff kept up well!! If it weren't for the snake on the boardwalk sunning itself would have been perfect!

There is no place like it and i have been there over 20 times in my life but it was my kids first time being there and they have ao many new attractions there its insane, with the trip for anyone who goes

This really is the roller coaster capital of the world, so if you want to ride everything and are limited to one day at the park, buy the Fast Lane pass! Also, it is cheaper to buy parking online before you get there. In & out parking is allowed (or was when I was there in 2018) so don't lose your parking receipt. My favorite coaster is Valravn and of you like airtime then Steel Vengeance is a must.

Amazing rides and layout of park. All the coasters are up close and personal making it more fun bc you can watch the action up close when you're waiting in the lines. Steel Vengeance and Millenium Force are the top rides here imo. Can't wait to come back for more!

Took my husband for his birthday, we had a blast and loved the Halloween decorations too.

The absolute best theme park I have been to period. Usually amusement parks have one or two stand out coasters that are "the best," but this park has more than five at least. Absolutely amazing.

Obviously a great park. Missing 5th star is due to lack of healthy food options. Fried food can only go so far

The midwest's premier theme park. Record breaking roller coasters. Amazing thrill rides. The dinosaur park. Great food vendors. If Ohio was good for anything besides the rock and roll Hall of Fame, it's cedar point.

Have been to Cedar Point every year for the past 3 years, I just purchased a Platinum Pass for this season, and can't wait to make our first trip of the year out next week. This park has always been fantastic and have had a blast. Just make sure to go during the week so the lines aren't crazy!! Never have purchased a Fast Pass, and the longest I've ever waited for a ride was maybe 45 minutes. Can't wait for all the trips this year!

Under difficult circumstances, Cedar Point provided us with a much needed break from the world. Although nothing is perfect, especially right now, they came through. Keep up the good work and we look forward to visiting again.

Amazing rides, super clean, and very friendly staff. Our family goes here about 2-3 times a year and never gets old. Great food also. Super nice and fun beach with so many activities. Top amusement park for sure!

This is an awesome amusement park. They have the most rides i have ever seen. They do have a water park and beach area you can visit from the park. They were having trouble keeping some of the big roller coasters working. We enjoyed our visit just glad we had two days to catch the rides that were down yesterday.

Update: after a little persistence I was able to get my situation escalated to management and get the refund issued.

I had booked a trip to stay at hotel breakers and go to the park, 3 nights at the hotel and 2 days at the park. I received a message that the park was no longer going to be open on those days (about a month before the trip was set to take place). It was a bummer, but understandable with CV19 going on. The MAJOR issue I have is that they refused to refund my money for the passes I had purchased ahead of time for specific dates. Dates that the park will no longer be open. I don t live in Ohio, those dates were the only dates that would be possible with my work schedule so I couldn t reschedule. I think it s completely in bad faith not to refund my $412.99 when they were the ones who changed the schedule, not me. After I was told that they wouldn t issue a refund I sent a reply asking them to reconsider and explaining why I didn t think that was appropriate given the circumstances. I was very calm and polite, but they simply ignored me and haven t responded to any further queries of mine. Quite a bummer to see such a lack of customer service and accommodation from a hospitality company. Can t imagine that I d like to try to ever reschedule even though it s been a bucket list item for me to visit the park since I was a kid. Truly disappointed.

Obviously a premiere amusement park but the COVID regulations with the ride access pass is not well communicated. The rides don't open till noon but the park opens somewhere around 11:00am so you can get in line for the first access pass. You can also get in line to just ride but it will be a very limited number of people. Once you get an access pass you come back between the hours listed on the pass. You can try to get another access pass at another ride but mostlikely they will have all been given out. The next group are given at 4:00 and if you're not in line by 3:30, you will mostlikely not get a pass. I have no idea how this helps with social distancing but it is impossible to ride all the big rides during the day because you physically can't get passes as once they run out, that's it. I'm thankful they are open but we traveled 870 miles and can't ride all the rides we want in the only 2 days of the week they are open.

Great rides, good food, they try to put lore and story into how each ride is. It is great for everyone, and even has an app focused on adventurers, making their way through a quest to find things around the park (this does even have its own cinematic scenes). Also you must try cheese on a stick. It sounds gross but trust me it is with a try.

If you're looking to ride coasters... This is the only place to come to!

Little pricey but well worth a day if you like rollercoasters. Also plenty if water rides for hot days.

If you are a roller coaster lover, you should be fall in love of cedar point, they say the rollercoaster capital of the world and I can tell it s true, because they have a huge rollercoasters, my favorites are maverick and Millenium force, it s a lovely place for visit with your family or friends

HOT MESS / Wait in a line, to wait in a line, to wain in a line. We went during covid pandemic. Earlier in the season they only let so many people in the park per day, but recently they lifted that restriction. Well, they should NOT have lifted that restriction. Letting as many people in the park, but only having every other seat on rides and such is a recipe for disaster. Every line was 2 hours!!!!!!! We were there open to close and got on 5 rides. Miserable. Save your money and go after covid, or go when they are doing reservations for the number of people in the park. Terrible experience. The only saving grace was at close, we were able to jump on the The Mine Ride and there was no line at close. But it was a long 9 hours with kids waiting in lines for 2 hours per ride and having to wear a mask the whole time made it hotter. To ride the good rides you have to wait in line to get a ticket, then that ticket let's you go ... wait in line again at a designated time. Which we waited 45 minutes to get a ticket for Millennium Force, then got there at our window of time and had to wait another 2 hours in line... almost 3 hours total waiting time for 1 ride. The Smart Phone app said one Roller Coaster had a 15 minute wait time... we got in line, after an hour we we invested, but that line was 2 hours as well! Not 15 minutes. GRRR So you can't go by the smart phone app for ride times. It's just a mess. I think it may have been better when they were limiting the number of people per day, but once they lifted that restriction the wheels just came off. HOT MESS! Literally! Save your money!

I had a pretty decent time aside from some rude guests and a couple having sex in their car when we were getting ready to leave. So the parks pretty great! Parking lot? Yikes drop your kids off or something.

Great family fun..try the water park..pack a lunch or bring a cooler as the food is good but very high price

This park has so many world class rides and I absolutely love this place and all of its amazing rides like top-thrill dragster, and steel vengeance! Just keep in mind when you come that top thrill dragster is closed a lot of the time, sometimes for 5 minutes or sometimes for full days. But almost all of the rides are open all day! This seems like minor thing but it is something that lots of places like this lack, trees and senery as well as places to sit. Both of those this this park has mastered! I highly recommend comming here!

Hallow weekends are a must for all Fall lovers and spooky thrill seekers!

Enjoyed the evening with my sister's but some places are not opened on Friday only on Saturday.

First time there, it was awesome. Kind employees, great service all around. And the rides were amazing. Definitely recommend this place for a perfect time for fun for everyone

Rollercoaster Capital of the world for a reason. Best coasters for all ages! Fast Pass not worth it, the coasters available after mostly walk on our up to 30 minute wait with the exception of millennium force wait 1-3 hours.... but Fast pass PLUS is worth it if you plan to ride top 5 coasters. Max 15 minute wait with fast pass plus for coasters you would wait 2-3 hours for. 150 combo for entry and fpp cost less than universal and islands 1 day ticket on Florida..

It's a lot.of fun and you can get decent entrance rates online or from various retailers like meijer. But the lower rates dont help with the long waits for most rides, the coasters that seem to be plagued with a number of mechanical issues, or the crowds that you have to fight to get from one place to another. It's still a one of a kind experience but the more you go and the older you get, the more you hesitate to return. (Our party was in the park 15 hours, 9am - 12am, and managed only 9 rides - approximately 18-20 minutes of actual ride time...and that was because we sprang the $400 to rent a cabin from lighthouse point for a night and got early entry)

Had fun this summer, although lines were very long. New restaurants were good. Can't wait for Halloweekends!

What s better then the best park in the world. Nothing!!

It's a lot of fun!!!! There is something for everyone in the family, thrill rides to small rides for the little ones. Staff is very friendly, but if you are a vegetarian, there aren't too many options to eat.

Best theme park on the planet would rather go Cedar Point than Disney any day

The rides are great if they are even open? You can go on the weekend but will have to wait to long for rides. So we tried to do on a weekday. They open their rides late and close them early. All the water rides didn't even open to almost one and closed bu 5-6? Dont blink or you'll miss it. Very disappointed

Overall, an excellent theme park. So far, my favorite, with rides such as Magnum XL 200, Steel Vengeance, Top Thrill Dragster, Gemini, Gatekeeper, Valravn, and Millenium Force making this park amazing. The main thing that makes this park amazing is the view. The beach is SPECTACULAR, and I recommend one to two days park and one day beach. The park is gorgeous, and it pays. However their is one major gripe about this park and here s the reason why I said two day. The rides always close down. It sucks sometimes and I feel as if since it was a slow day, they close down all of the main rides that nobody is riding. Therefore, some rides you won t be able to ride. It is VERY VERY VERY annoying when you get their and the ride is closed. Top Thrill Dragster closed down a lot but I do understand that because of the hydraulics. The other main gripe is the stupid app. The most useless app in my life. It never updates and rides that say 60 minutes are actually 15 minutes and vice versa. Overall, they have to improve their maintenance and their app, but it is still an excellent theme park.

Doing a great job during this pandemic. Enforcing masks and social distancing to keep everyone safe, and compliance was quite good, I never felt unsafe in the park. All the roller coasters were open both days I was here, and lines moved fast. Longest line was about 40 minutes, average was maybe 15. I was able to ride every coaster in the park in one day, crazy. And these rides are world class, especially Steel Vengeance is incredible. Wish I had anything close to these close to where I lived.

Awesome time you get to ride the rides, you get to experience a trill and you can remember what its like to have fun, let lose, and reset away from technology, talk to people, interact, enjoy the company of friends and or family

Rides are incredible and the hotel and views are amazing.

Their app is awesome! But the wait times on the app and actual wait times can vary by as much as 30 minutes for the better. The ride we wanted to do the most was down almost all day so that was a bummer, but safety first when you are being launched 120mph upto 410'!

Cedar Point is an amazing place lots of coasters good variety of food. Now I would have given it 5 stars except for 1 thing Johnny Rockets first of all it isn't Johnny rockets food its cedar fair burgers and fries which is not Johnny Rockets.... and to top it off after asking over 5 times for my bill as I had 2 dine all day passes I kept getting told I dont know over and over when I finally said ok and walked out an employee by the name of Tyler decided he was gonna run up on me from behind and threaten to call the cops while making a huge scene in a crowd of people so I said then give me my bill when I went back to pay telling him if you would have given me the bill I would have paid he said don't raise you voice at me I'm a minor. When I walked back out he had called park security and the police to come after me. So dont waste your money eating there that's for sure.... other than that good place but that has left a very bad taste in my mouth and it wasn't there food. Really didnt appreciate that much of a scene when a "minor" wants to play cops and robbers.

So much fun! Bring your own food though. Everything is uber expensive.

Due to the covid-19 things were different but still a great time

Was a great day. A lot of rides were closed due to a little bit of rain so there wasn't many lines but we got on about 11 rides in 7 hours so not awful. Got pizza from a little pizza place that served wings and pizza. Can't remember the name, wouldn't recommend it at all. Was $8 for the nastiest slice I ever had.

I and my family had a great time. We all had something to do well we were there. The nighttime lights On the rides were really awesome. One thing i was a little mad because some of the lines were really long and they didn't have enough fans around so I get a little bit of heat exhaustion. But that didn't happen well i was waiting for other rides. Overall it was really great and a really fun day for my family. I can't wait to go back next summer. I love the necklace, shirt, and coffee mug I got from Cedar Point it really went well with my collection from all the different roller coaster parks I've been too.

They are working really hard to keep everybody safe and they are doing a great job :)

An absolutely amazing experience, there was something for absolutely everybody. There were thrill rides, there were fun rides, there were adult rides, kid rides, and I think I'm gonna puke rides. There was nearly every kind of food you could want, they had an arcade, a ton of carnival games, and plenty of fun shows and exhibitions to see.

Cedar point Ohio was great 1st time experience. They have a great resort within the park. People camp out stay in the cozy beautiful cabins. Bring their own boats,Rv's. The rides at the bomb. Their water park was also clean and kids loved it. They have it sectioned by ages so they are not getting hurt by elders. recommended

Been here more times then I can count and even though I do not ride most rides I still always have a great time. The shows are wonderful, my kid loves to ride, the buffet food is the best in the park, the beach is nice and the overall feeling of being here will leave you happy! Cannot wait to go back again soon!

When you pull thru the main gates and the parking is all the way to the last row... U know it's time too turn around n leave!

I have been going to cedar point since I was a child. The park is always adding new attractions and finds ways to be innovative. Although the park seems to be more overcrowded recently it is still a fun experience. If you want to get the most out of your visit be sure to get a fast pass. It is unfortunate the park is on a peninsula which presents the problem of lack of ability to expand because I believe it could continue to grow and thrive. If you have never been to this park I would recommend checking it out! It has a certain charm that other park chains cannot match.

From childhood memories to now as a grandparent taking grandchildren, this is a place where memories are made to last a lifetime.

It was great. Long lines, puke, people arguing, people screaming on cellphone's, lots of calf tattoos, jugaloos, people vaping, stagnant water, little kids screaming. Fun day for anyone!

The park is incredibly clean. A lot of places should take lessons.

Greatest thrill rides, beautiful views, two childrens areas. Great family fun!

Lines to long . To many people. Everything is overpriced. Wanted to have fun but couldnt. Not to mention the mandate for children is ridiculous when its 8 and under. Get a ticket for big rides they run out of and still stand in line flrever.

For a Saturday which was forecasted for rain...it was Awesome. 30 minute wait time max on All rides!!!#NoFastLane!!!

Absolutely loved. What a special treat to be attended to by ride attendants who were professional, respectful, well groomed and kind. Felt like we and all of those around us were their priority and they all certainly went above and beyond caring for each guest. Cleanest park I have ever been to and most enjoyable experience. Must go and will go back to!

Its just a fun place to be. Yes the lines can be long at times but We dont mind. Its all in the name of fun.

Very enjoyable atmosphere, staff are very friendly and polite, for children I believe it is a very captivating experience and puts the brightest smiles on there faces, the rides are awesome and very equal for smaller children as well. We will be going again next summer for sure

Absolutely best rides park on the planet I used to work on the Mean Streak for 9 years and was back in 2018 to ride steel Vengeance which is the best epic coaster out there,

Favorite place to be.. just not the 3 hour drive! Lol

The funnest day of my life, the lines were long on some of the popular roller coasters, but over all it was awesome!

Lines weren't bad due to corona fun day lots to do only downside was they could use more shaded areas or maybe add mist fans every so often

LOVED IT!!!!! They had so many awesome roller coasters. Raptor and Gatekeeper were the best. I liked the Thunder Canyon and whole bunch of them. The rides are amazing, the drinks and food were great!

Cedar Point used to be THE summer attraction, but I'm afraid it's starting to slip...I went there twice this summer and both times a bunch of the rides were closed. The fast pass is obnoxious. I went there as a kid and everyone waited in line with everyone else. Now, if you have money, you have a huge advantage. Cedar Points attendance has been dwindling year after year. They've jacked their prices up and I just miss the old days of the Americas Roller Coast!

If you're an adrenaline junkie make sure to stop here. Just make sure to have lots of sunblock and drink lots of water which is free to anyone. I also suggest getting a platinum season pass so you can return for free an unlimited amount of times.

Its a pretty fun place! Wish they had rides for wider folks but they do have a few you can go on. Iron dragon is perfect for the larger size person. Also would be helpful if they had more signs up to where you are and where you are going etc. You spend most the time wandering and looking at the maps. All in all we had a pretty great time. Stayed at the RV park and that is really nice! There is a shuttle that can take you back and forth from there. Water park is great! Soak city is nit for adults who fall easily hahaha

Waited in line at the millennium 2.5 hours watching the fast pass and other guests get on through the exit gate... frustrating

I could probably spend an hour complaining about all the issues that we encountered on our vacation at cedar point. Yes it was a hot day but it did notexcuse the behavior of most of the staff and many of the other guests.

I had fond memories of this park as a child, I will never be going back there again.

Amazing park. Try to go every year. Steel Vengeance is amazing, worth the 2 hour wait. Expect long waits especially with the new $99 gold pass. Even with the waits though, totally worth and definitely the best amusement park in the U.S.

Cedar Point is indescribable. If I could put it into four words they would be: amazing, exhilarating, and unbelievably awesome. Every ride gives its riders immediate adrenaline rushes and smiles on their faces. Cedar Point is just perfect for everyone.

Kind of amazing, it's all ride after ride. Prices seem reasonable and the staff is helpful and courteous.

Would not accommodate special needs children. Also would not give refunds. Terrible amusement park. Would give Zero stars if I could.

So much fun!!! I highly recommend getting the season pass! We went so many times it paid for itself twice over!

The rides are great and the lines were not that long. The longest I had to wait was 2 hours for the new roller coaster Steel Vegenance. The park was very clean and staff was nice and fun.

Cedar Point is probably one of the best amusement parks. There are a lot of rides for people of all ages so if you have small children or going with friends there are plenty of things to keep you busy. The roller coasters are amazing. I would spend the extra money on the fast pass it is completely worth the extra cost because you spend so much more time riding rides and having fun instead of waiting in long lines.

i havent been in a few years. You pick a good weekday and wait for nothing. With the recent new coasters, its cut the wait times for alot of existing rides. I couldve rode the dragster non stop with no wait. They brought some fun back with shorter wait times. It was great
