The staff are excellent, super helpful and knowledgeable. And, they offer you a free coffee every time you go in. I wish I needed more spatulas!

Hard to imagine anyone doesn't love this store. Every gadget freak and foodie will comb the aisles for hours looking for anything to make cooking fun or housework easy.... is that possible??... Really great staff ... very knowledgable ... Donald has been there for I think 20 years. What doesn't he know.. scary!! Plus you can go in for a coffee ... you won't leave empty handed. Ohh and great prices compared to the big stores and even amazon.

I've been going to Cayne's since I moved to Toronto more years than I want to say. I was there today and they're closing in the New Year! I will truly miss the store and the people who work there. They have always been extremely helpful.

We always check Cayne's for anything we need at home before going to other stores. Their prices are normally lower than any big box stores plus they have friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Great service. Came with a machine that stopped working. They didn't ask for recipe nor for credit card. Asked me to sign a forms and gave me a new one out of the box. I will highly recommend this store.

Great selection and great prices. Often can find much better deal than popular online retail.

simply the best store in GTA for household small appliances and housewares - toasters, mixers, baking wares, pans, etc, etc, etc.

All managers are very knowledgeable, will only sell quality supplies. Anyone from the neighbourhood only shops there.

... wish their selection of plates and glasses was a bit nicer looking. Though, they have an impressive collection of coffee and tea pods (e.g. Tassimo, Keurig, ...) at great prices that you can try for free right there in the store.

Store closing, but not apparently going out of business, as prices are not reduced much. And you may not be able to return goods.

Great store. It's an icon in the neighborhood. So sorry to see it is closing. If you have been putting off getting any kitchen wares now is the time, the deals are incredible.

What a great store. This is the ONLY place to go for kitchen wares and small appliances.

The staff are very helpful, know their products and there are plenty of staff to assist. Pricing is very competitive and if a product is felt to be inferior, they stop selling it. Re price, we picked up a higher end Panasonic microwave that was priced less than the big box stores, plus it came with a 30 day return policy.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Prices are good overall, with a few excellent deals and a few items not competitively priced. Always a pleasant experience and I always find more things than I came in for.

A great store with almost anything you could need in a kitchen. Picked up a mixer to be used as a wedding gift and the ladies working behind the counter were very friendly and printed me out an extra invoice without the pricing on it to include.

This is a hidden gem North of Toronto that consistently sells houseware at reasonable prices. Been going here for as long as I can remember.

I come here for the individual K-cups - they have a huge variety of everything from coffee to tea to hot chocolate, even seasonal items (such as pumpkin coffee)!

Need kitchen or bathwares? This is the place, although be warned - the in-store ambiance is very much "discount superstore". Online shopping also available - while the website seems a little dated, it's fairly easy to find what you are looking for.

Used to be great years ago. Not anymore. But it's a great place to find a lot of kitchen and around the house stuff.

Excellent store that has been in business for a long time. I have compared some their prices to Amazon and in alot of cases they are cheaper and you get excellent customer service. Lots of parking in the front. If you don't want to wait on an Amazon delivery give this store a shot.

Huge selection for kitchenware and household at reasonable prices. Very welcoming staff offer coffee tasting to everyone right from the entrance. Lots of great deals, from wine glasses to juice makers and food processors. Quite busy on weekends. Plan to spend at least one hour if you are visiting for the first time.

Even with the store closing sale, the prices are not competitive. Sad to see them close though after all this time.

Love this store. Bright. Usually wide aisles. Lots of good buys. Lots of variety to choose from. Sometimes they have really good stuff on sale. Can be busy at times. A tad limited. Parking can be tricky especially during holidays such as Christmas. Go early.

I have been a huge fan of Caynes for almost 15 years now. Fantastic store, superb selection, great prices. I got there sometimes just to see what they have and will spend an hour in the store looking at all the cool things. Highly recommend!

Tons of housewares and items, their regular prices are the same Canadian Tires fake super sale prices. They also have a better selection!

One can easily find assistance from the friendly staff around. One can also grab free coffee of one's choice via their Keurig machines. They always have stocks of their weekly specials. Good values and satisfaction guaranteed on their merchandise. A delight to shop there for housewares.

Can't beat Caynes for housewares and small appliances. Very well stocked with tonnes of useful gadgets you don't need, but are addictive!
