Sea Club 5* Resort Review

We had an amazing time at Sea Club V. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!! The resort is right on the water. In paradise. Love this place!!

So close to the beach! And lovely to have use of the beach chairs and umbrella's in a very not crowded area of the nicest beach in Florida! Clean cool rooms, good water pressure, nice usable kitchen. Three tvs in a two bedroom. A fantastic experience for me and my family.

THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT EVER! If you are an exchange guest be prepared to be treated like the scum of the earth!

I've been going to Sea Club V since 1992, and my family started going in the early 80's. It's in my top 5 favourite places on earth. Feels like home. I own a condo there now, and highly recommend the resort to anyone I know. Though I wish everyone could experience it, I also fear giving away our perfect little secret! You'll never have a bad experience here.

The location is awesome, just steps to the beach, with lounge chairs, kayaks and paddle boards. The studio is tight for the adults and one child, but it's worth it!

This is our favorite vacation spot. The beach is beautiful. The amenities are great and the beach staff are very helpful . It s a small quiet resort.

Have been going to Sea Club V for over 35 years and love it each and every year! Keep up the good work!

Staff are great, amenities are plentiful. Nice place to spend a week. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Terrific breeze.

It was great to go to our home away from home. Always a pleasure seeing Tonys team at hard work keeping everything in tip top shape with many extras that i have never found at any timeshare anywhere. So much included kayak, bikes, umbrellas and chairs,boat. Free breakfast on Monday and $3 Barbeque on Tues.
They DO have rules as Marriott and other resorts so do NOT bring more people than the unit sleeps. This is fire code. Then complain when asked to leave which is on the RCI reservation and rental agreements alike.

Fantastic stay even with red tide which was not bad at all. County had the beaches cleaned.

Been coming here for a while now. The staff is friendly. The rooms could use some updating, but it's generally clean and comfortable. I would recommend it. It is close to many restaurants and shops.

Great amenities, awesome beach, very clean and we'll run. Monday there is a free resort breakfast and Tuesday is a all you can eat beach party for $3.

This is our second year here and we love it! When you see the amenities that the nearby buildings don't have, you quickly realize this is one of the best places on the beach to stay. This year they added free bikes to ride up and down the beach on. This is in addition to the catamaran, the sea kayaks, and other things that you receive at the beach for free. We will be back next year comma and hopefully many years to come after that.

Great pool and spa area and nice room. We like the staff and it is right on the beach. The have kayaks and chairs with umbrellas for all guests to use.

We have family that would come down every year and stay here. Very close to the beach, just remember the code to the gates beach access. The pool and hot tub are top notch. Everything is very clean and modern.

We are an owner at Sea Club V and enjoy our vacation every fall. The beach is one of the highest quality you can find. The staff are courteous and friendly. The facilities are clean and regularly updated. It's something my wife and I look forward to every year.

Management and staff are super friendly and take care of the property impeccably. Location and amenities are awesome.

Highly recommend. Beachfront. A piece of paradise. Includes beach chairs, umbrellas, Monday breakfast, Tuesday cookout with DJ, games, and prizes. Various size updated accommodations, friendly staff, heated pool, and hot tub. Rentals and ownership available.

We were peasently surprised. Nice resort. Very quiet. We appreciated beach chairs umbrellas kayaks, paddle boards beach and pool floats complementary and plenty full. There were even 2 bikes to use if you wanted. Unit was well stocked with needed kitchen supplies. Free coffee/tea / hot chocolate in the lobby when open . Beautiful beach. About 1.5 mile walk to public beach. 1 block to a 7-11 for any needed items

I have been coming here for several years now and it's always a good time! The rooms are well furnished, the location to the beach (private beach) is awesome, many activities to do including volleyball, pool, shuffle board, etc. Overall, it's been a great place to relax and get away to for the past couple of years.

"Free Wi-Fi" worked only about half the time - they said it was my phone, which works well every other place. One TV would not respond to the Remote, and they never fixed it. Water only trickled from the bathroom sink, but I did not even bother to report it, because of their poor response to the other problems. Otherwise it was good. Will not stay there again.

Great staff and wonderdul setting. Love their pool and beach. Such wonderful families to be surrounded by!

Stayed here a few times, nice accommodations. Since it is partially/primarily(?) time share. Every time I have been there there will be several families at the pool that have been vacationing yearly for several years together. In my experience they have always been very welcoming. Adding to the great overall atmosphere of the resort as well as the cul-de-sac featuring other great small resorts.

Never disappointed, Great Staff!!

AWFUL!!!! DO NOT STAY!!!! They kicked my family and me out because of a clerical error. Did not try and resolve it. Just threw us out with no place to go. Including 4 small children ages 9 and under. Awful customer service and continued to argue on social media. The most unprofessional place I have ever been.

Great place to stay, lots of amenities and the resort really likes to make you feel welcome

We go here every year, it's a wonderful place with very nice people, a beautiful beach, and very relaxing! The best sunsets ever! Beautiful rooms, a pool and hot tub, and a laundry room. There is a day for breakfast by the pool ( Monday I believe) and a cook out that is super fun ( Tuesday I believe) you have to pay but it's cheap like $3 but they give you a raffle ticket for a raffle for prizes and they have a hoola hopping contest and even a balloon toss. It's on the beach so you don't have to walk far and you get lawn chairs and an umbrella on the beach and they have kayaks and paddle boarding, volleyball and shuffle board. I am sure I have left out a lot more, there is so much to do.This is all if you are staying here! It's not for anyone to just go and use! It is our children and our favorite time every year! And it's all on the most beautiful beach in siesta key, it's near the point of rocks which we go fishing there for fun.

This place has dramatically gone downhill. Lodging is now at motel standards. Rooms not even clean. No Covid standards on cleaning even though they say they have them. Beach is still great great but lodging has greatly diminished over the years. The front desk staff is rude. Used to love this place. Real shame what has happened.

My family and I have been coming to Sea Club V for decades at this point for a very good reason; It's just a excellent place to go if your single, married, with kids, or just want to have a family gathering. The location has been constantly improving to meet our needs from decent internet (not the fastest in the world, but if you are trying to watch videos you will get about 480p in the most demanding hours and 1080p any other time), updated appliances, continued increase in amenities such as free bikes in the recent years on top of their water sports products, security is good, and overall the place is in a nice quiet section of Siesta Key. My recommendation is to try to get room 301 if it's ever available since it has a wonderful view as you can see from the photos.

For downsides i'd say the only real down sides are the limited amount of paddle boards and the small selection for their breakfast.

Overall It's just a good place to relax and disconnect.

Always 1st class. Its a hidden gem on the most beautiful beach on Gulf Coast!

I've been coming to Sea Club V for years and they exceed my expectations every time. The staff are all very friendly and the included amenities would cost a pretty penny in most other resorts.

The accommodations are updated frequently, including brand new flat screens in the majority of the units. The private beach and beach attendant are also a plus!

This place is tucked away at the end of siesta key beach within walking distance to the water. The units I've seen have all been nicely updated and the air conditioning works well.

Room are clean and vacationers are very friendly. Just to consider, would be nice the price was more reasonable.

Mr. Rateri and his most accessible staff run a SUPERB resort. An older beachfront hotel converted to timeshares. Availabilities range from small efficiency units to spacious penthouse suites. All impeccably maintained. RCI linked. The gimpy refrigerator in our unit was replaced in a matter of HOURS. Fantastic location on the beautiful white sands of Siesta Key. Amazing sunsets. Amenities too numerous to mention. Love the new bicycles. Fast Internet. Comcast cable TV... SD only so bring your Roku, Apple TV or Fire stick. Warm Pool. Hot tub. All manner of FREE hardware available on the beach. Most reasonable annual maintenance fees for us owners. Been coming here for forever. The ONLY downside might be the children screaming in the pool area. But, then again I am a childless sixty-six year old grouch!

BEWARE! Bait and switch tactics and rude service! Avoid at all costs unless your wiling to pay up at their demand. If not, be ready to be escorted off the property by security.

this is the place to be at any time of year. The complementary beach service pushes the friendliness over the top and makes life in the sand so easy to enjoy.

Charming little resort! Everyone I've met is so friendly. It's located on the most amazing beach! I'd love to come back again! (And they're following good COVID-19 practices.)

Love this Florida, Siesta Key Beach front, vacation Resort. My daughter's & I enjoyed our nice, recently updated townhouse, the beach, sunsets & Sarasota area resturants. We'll be back......

The Good: The nicest cleanest white sand beach I have ever seen! It was like swimming in a pool with sand on the bottom. Nice facilities for BBQ, beautiful grounds and free use of beach toys. Would not pay full price to stay here, used a timeshare of a relatives.

The Bad: Sleeper sofa beds were horrible, it was like sleeping on metal springs, no cushioning on top. We had 6 people and 4 had the awful beds. Needs new mattresses! Sewer smelling water from the shower outside nearest the beach.

Wendy's has always had a soft spot in my heart. The food tastes actually real an they are one of the few to have good lunch options. The food is 3.3, but the employees are 4.3

Nice for the entire family to stay for a couple days or a week!

Great beach resort on Siesta Key. Newly renovated rooms. One of my favorite resorts to photograph families on vacation, weddings and engagement photography. The grounds are clean and well kept. Private access to the beach. Less crowded than the main beach yet close to restaurants and convenience stores.

I've been going to Sea Club for 20+ years now and it is a GREAT resort!! Staff is extremely courteous and friendly, and the location cannot be beat! HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful beauty. Friendly and entertaining place to go and kick back in gorgeous Siesta Key in Florida. Stay there several times a year. Will always return.
