Had a great customer service experience today (which is rare nowadays, esp. at big box stores). The staff were friendly and helped me find what I was looking for right away. I spent a certain amount and also got to spin the wheel and won a prize. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Not surprised they are closing. Prices are high, store is dusty and workers are so unfriendly that even seem rude.

The manager wasted my time. Told me at the start of my shopping that I can price match. I find valid stores like Canadian tire to price match. The price at Canadian tire was very cheap and when she saw it she made up some excuse to not price match even though it was the exact same coffee machine and same model number. It would have been nice to have been told from the start. I tried calling 3 times but none answered. Overall after my shopping experience here it is no surprise that they are closing. Just go to Amazon.ca dont waste your time here.

Bought a coffee maker last weekend, they were performing a demo and the woman hosting it was very knowledgeable, honest and wasn't blindly pushing product. I haven't had any issues with it, and she reccomended some hot chocolate to try, it was a great add on. Prices at caynes are always competitive and I'm able to find exactly what I'm looking for. Clean and packed full of product.

Great store with a huge selection of housewares. In some cases better prices than larger stores. Example, humidifier filters are $5 cheaper than Canadian Tire.

This place sells everything the kitchen needs, glassware, tableware, pots & pans, grill accessories, etc.
People in charge are very knowledgeable and helpful if you ask for support. Otherwise they let you rumble without bothering you. You also get to try all types of coffee. free. Prices are fair, considering this is a specialized store. Free parking.

Before you decide to purchase any houseware item, check with Cayne's Housewares. They have been around for over 25 years for a good reason! They are happy to demonstrate a product, make Costco warranties look useless and have incredible stuff that will spend their entire day helping one person if they need to. I've saved an absolute ton of money buying stuff here. Have fun!

Great selection. Can always find what I went in for. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

Shopping trip was good, went because I saw an ad that the store is closing. Lots of great product, but you need to know your prices if you're going to shop here. They are very deceiving, showing you that you are saving 50% on most of the store, but in reality they marked up the original prices. I had to go around the store with my phone to compare prices with other retailers (Costco, Walmart and Amazon) for just about everything and put most of my cart back because even their sale prices were the same or higher than other stores. If you're smart though, you can find some good sales, you just need to take your time. They have a bunch of discontinued items that you can get at good prices, but other times, watch out and do your homework.

Recommed by a friend, check it every month since then. Great Price, and perfect shopping experience.

I always have received excellent customer service and honestly enjoy the experience of shopping at Cayne's. The staff are always very friendly. I live close by and visit fairly often. Come in an enjoy a free coffee while you shop for top quality kitchen appliances and more. Cayne's even sells thermostats for your home. You will never know what you will find and you can find it all at Cayne's!

Cayne's is a store for price-conscious bargain hunters who wish to purchase quality household appliances. They offer a wide selection of brands at differing price range to suit every budget. The staff is friendly and discreet while letting you peacefully enjoy complimentary expresso and browse through a wide array of gadgets and products. Btw, their expresso beans keeps me coming back as I have yet to find its equal. $$$

A great place to shop for all your kitchen needs, and then some. When I cannot find something at the local Kitchen Stuff Plus, I come here :-)

I don't know what some people are talking about here. The deals are fantastic, some clearly below cost like the Cuisinart griddler at 29.99 or the Cuisinart kcup machine for 59.99. These are the things I got but there were so many deals. Sad to see such an iconic store closing down. Rmemeber people are losing their jobs and have families when you expect them to give everything away. I will be checking back often while they're closing as a cashier told me they have goods they committed to months ago that are still coming in. Cayne's has always been the best price in town and continues to be.
Where can you that gives you a free coffee to shop around their store and choose 1 of 400 types. Family business are a dying breed. The charm and prices will he missed in the GTA FOR SURE!

Went to buy a new grill. Got home. Was dirty and used. No real apology and shrugged at me. Would never shop here again. Don t trust their inventory!

Unfortunately after 35 years the store is closing and having a liquidation sale. Some really good deals if you need some kitchen related things.

bought a couple of small appliances and a weighted blanket, some other stuff was only $10-$15 off which wasn't anything special but there is a good amount of inventory left.

Wish it wasn't closing down.

Huge store! Tons of stuff, but a lot of it is expensive and a bit overpriced. however if you're looking for something, I'm sure they'll have it.

For a person who lives and love's to cook...they have all you need to create your meals...For me it's like walking into an amusement park.

Not much left due to store closing permanently in the near future. 50% off most items. So sorry to see the end of this store after 33 years.

Cayne s, is a lovely store, that hasn t changed their retail philosophy, since day one. They are part of the community. Great selection and prices are very reasonable. They have special care and attentive staff that aren t overbearing. If you love cooking or entertaining, i m certain you will find something that catches your eye.

Its a specialty store. Whatever kitchen or cooking accessory is there.

Sad to see Caynes close. Caynes has been my go-to store for all things kitchen for such a long time that I don't know where I will go now to buy small appliances, tableware and household items all under one roof. Goodbye, Caynes!

The selection of housewares is wonderful. There is an added benefit of free coffee while you walk around the store. Staff is attentive and friendly.

My go to place for appliances and food prep. Clean huge selection and good prices esp their weekly sales. Also great experience ordering online for a vacuum which arrived quickly and with no issues.

It is a nice, small appliance store. It was closing and liquidating and their prices were still comparative to other department stores that were not closing forever.

They seem to have everything but some of their prices seem a little high
