Great customer service and everything at a great prices.

Crazy amount of selection for kitchen gadgets. If they don't have what you're looking for, it probably doesn't exist! The isles are a little narrow but that is because they have so much stuff. Love coming here to get gifts for my mother and grandmother!

Extensive variety of kitchen appliances and goods at reasonable prices

Great service and the best selection of k-cups. My only issue is why they can't resolve the processing of the k-cup purchase at the cash. It takes 30 second to a minute for the purchase to register on the cash after its been scanned.

This store is a smorgasbord for almost anything and everything you need for kitchen plus a few other rooms and some outdoor items.

Wow! If you are someone like myself that values customer service, this is the place to go. I've recently come to believe that this part of Canada does not care about the customer since there will always be another customer in a heavily populated city. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by the staff as I was taken away by their incredible selection. As I was browsing the store I came across a coffee corner and was offered a complimentary drink. This is not to suggest that I believe good customer service requires a business to provide something for free to their patrons but rather that they set their standards a little bit higher to provide a good experience. I personally did not need to ask the staff any questions about their products however anytime I walked by someone being helped, the staff was very knowlwedgable, helpful and friendly. I believe you should spend your money at a place that deserves your business. This was the first time I shopped at this store but it certainly won't be the last.

You can find quality kitchenware here, usually best price in the city (even cheaper than Amazon for most of their items).

Good selection of kitchenware at a range of prices. Nice store for gifts or your own needs, but do a price check at other stores before coming here. I love the completely out of place murals of animals! Driving by, wife thought it was a pet store!

The absolutely largest kitched-related store in the area. What's really nice is that they generally only carry higher-quality merchandise.

Good selection prices are not as cheap as they seem

This store has a great policy for dealing with appliances that break within the first year after purchase. Just bring it back with the original receipt and a they give their customers a replacement. Our appliance broke after 10 months. We assumed that nobody would stand behind it. We went back to Caynes with the product and the receipt and they were so pleasant and accommodating. It was a pleasure. This is now our store for everything kitchen related. Bye bye Amazon.

We called to see if they had a tort pan for cakes automatically customer service said they're out of stock we said my friend bought it the other day and then she asked someone and sure enough they had it I always say customer service if you don't know you ask someone who does she shouldn't be answering the phone

I'm finding the quality of this store is lowered. It's now the same quality of kitchen plus stores where prices are a little more reasonable. Fewer customers here. But the competition and younger online shoppers are really doing a disservice to these stores.
The dilemma is that the largest and oldest part of the population lives the stores but the smaller youngervwirking portion of the population goes online.
Coffee makers galore. Pots and pans but not the really high quality like Allclad are here: cuisine art Paterno, etc. Glass and plastic storage containers. Bakeware of all kinds and professional size cookie sheets. Party platters and dishes etc you can find it all here. All reasonable prices.

This store has a great selection of kitchenware. It's a shame to see it closing after all these years.

What a treat of a store! I've never been anywhere that had such a wide array of kitchen items with so many novelty items I've never seen in stores. Definitely worth checking out to find all sorts of hidden treasures.

Great store with many unique items at great prices!!

Sadly, this 5 star rating is my tribute to Cayne's, not a recommendation, since it is closing Feb. 5th. For 32 years Cayne's was Thornhill's great go-to kitchen store. The varieties of small appliances, tableware and kitchen gadgets were huge and staff really knew their stuff. It's so sad to see this local retail landmark disappear.

It has everything I need. Too bad they will be closing at the end of 2019 :(
