My short visit was nice experience, pleasent staff. Good clean interior, nice grounds with tidy gardens.

Room wasn't cleaned so I requested at reception if they could organise a clean and change of sheets. Was never done despite reception saying it would be. Expensive too for what it is.

Beautiful reception , gorgeous decor. Very impressive. Rooms spacious and breakfast delicious! Staff very attentive.

This hotel is just beautiful. This is our second time staying here and we most definitely will be back. The new garden put in is lovely and the rooms are spacious. The food was glorious I had the duck which was amazing and a steak which was cooked perfectly. I can't say enough about the staff! They were a delightful and anything we needed throughout our stay they were there for us. The pool and spa is very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel for nice break or family get away

Good food although a little outside the town. Go for an upgrade

I use the gym facility and love that it opens at 7am so I can get a gym session and swim in before work

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. The rooms were spacious and spotless. Food was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Location was great, just 15 min walk to centre of town. I also had a very peaceful sleep which is rare for a Saturday night. Thoroughly recommend

Celebrated our sons wedding here on Friday 15th February 2019. The attention to detail was second to none, absolutely went over and above the call of duty. So professional yet friendly, warm and welcoming. Food delicious, service fantastic, no-one left waiting, every taste accommodated for. If you want a magical day this hotel certainly will not disappoint. A 5 star day without hesitation.

Had a great couple of days in this hotel with my wife and kids( 2 girls 4 and 6). Food was reasonably priced in the restaurant and bar,pool open to 7 for kids and play park to the rear of the hotel.

Dirty sheets and towels. If I could give zero I would. Rude reception staff. Abusive is the only word towards a disabled relative. In the morning they did not add to cooked breakfast despite being paid for it as 'they had done enough'. Horrendous experience.

Hotel is really nice, staff where super friendly and helpful. Plenty of carparking spaces. Concierge greats you at entry and explaind a lot of the protection they have put in place to make guests and staff safe from covid19. Gym and swimming pool where great and an outdoor playground for children.

Must say we where very happy with everything on our 3 night stay. The restaurants had great food and really nice selection.

In relation to covid19 there are floor graphics for social distancing, all staff have face coverings, protection screens at reception, hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Antimicrobial films on all handles. The rooms are cleaned and sealed with a tag so you know nobody has been in the room since it was done. Of all the places i have stayed they really went beyond to make sure people felt safe and protected.

When we were leaving the concierge even thanked us for our business and staying in the hotel, which to be honest is the first time this has ever happened to me and i thought it was a nice way to finish up our break away.

Lovely spacious rooms and delicious meals. Great that there was a fan in the room and plenty of water to keep cool and hydrated. Quite far to Dublin and Belfast would be my only criticism.

Great hotel. Very modern rooms well equipped. Has gym with pool. Hairdresser, close to shops and town. Easy to find

Quiet room even on ground level. Sports Bar with great service and good range of food. Reception very accommodating. Good housekeeping. Plenty of parking. Bathroom large.

The staff are so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I was there with my mum for 3 nights, the food was excellent, rooms spotless, no worries about covid in this hotel, cleaning station's everywhere, and staff always around clean, stairway, floors and banister's. The price was very good for what we got, breakfast every morning and one evening meal included... it was worth the 3 & a half hour drive from Cork.

Had a brilliant time with my American cousins a few weeks ago.The staff are very helpful and friendly

We arrived my sis and i. We were welcomed by Evan such a good sort. Nice polite friendly. Helpful.
We went up to our room. It was clean peaceful. We even got help with our bags by pat the concierge.

Overall bar food very nice. Nice efficient friendly waitresses food a bit pricey for a salad. 9.25 but it was a greek salad nicely presented.

Nice irish coffee. Service and ambience all good.

Gym good nice staff. Pool nice clean. Jacuzzi clean.

Parking excellent. Plenty of space and well lit up at night time.

It was my first visit to this hotel . Absolutely fabulous, lovely friendly staff and very helpful. As was I when asked to pose for a photo dressed up in my Santa costume for a departing family.

Modern hotel, i was at an afternoon tea party, which was very reasonable and lovely food. Staff friendly and attentive, had lovely afternoon. Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking.

Lovely spot, they need to turn up the heating in reception seating area, having said that there were a lot of children running around the place wherever their parents were , so will try another time.
