Go Cavs!!! Great place, and in a couple years it will be the spot to be after its upcoming renovation.

The new renovations look amazing and were definitely needed. Impressive new concessions as well.

There is so much to do here. Very family friendly. Perfect for dates. Nothing but good vibes here.

Home of the Cav's and Monster's as well as a host for various special venues. Expect thorough security and high priced stadium type foods and beverages. The venue will determine the type of crowd attending. Overall, on average I have been more than pleased. Obviously the more you pay, the more you get when it comes to seating, view, leg room, and means of egress to the amenities or to the exits. Note that the cost of parking near the arena will be doubled (or more) that of the other parking choices further away.

Great venue, other cities need to look at this venue and look how it's not all concrete and cold, very warm friendly staff.

It was great. I didnt like the idea of 100 250ppl in a room with only ONE EXIT. Especially when you have wine , beer an alcohol is involved. Otherwise the visit was good.

Seating was comfortable and a beautiful view from the grandstands

Nice place easy access off the highway we was there for Disney on ice would have given five stars but my tickets on flash seats app said 7pm to 10pm but was over at 9pm and all Disney merchandise was expensive I paid $18 for a slushy in a olaf cup otherwise great show and great place

The staff there is wonderful. The arena is quite steep and I found myself having anxiety, so I left my seat and planned to go back but staff directed me to guest services. There we were seated in different seats by a very kind lady. She moved not just me but all 7 in our group. The staff in the new area checked on me frequently too throughout the show. Now that I have my wits about me, I wish I had gotten their names do I could personally thank them

I found Quicken Loans with the remodeling to be a little bit difficult initial stuff seem be very nice has I enter got the building establishment great customer service so I've been to Quicken Loan, Staples Center which is fabulous with all the amenities around hopefully Cleveland will catch up

For concerts, the sound isn't the greatest, but it's "OK".

No smoking if you go out you're out. Give smokers a place to smoke.

Great stadium, easy entrance, easy exit and located at the heart of Cleveland downtown.

All of my experiences are great at this arena. It used to be awful getting through security but they have really sped things up. Bathrooms are pretty well maintained.

I love coming to the Q! Every experience is different however mine's is usually always great!

Great time bathrooms are disgusting at times but that happens when people can't aim. Lol

Atmosphere was great, food was poor and people didn't know MANNERS

Threw my back out and needed a wheelchair assist. Was able to park 2 spaces from the door. Was met at the door, taken right to my seat. They checked on me at intermission to see if I needed to use the restroom, or wanted to visit any vendor. Picked me up at the end of the event and took me right to my car. Refused to accept a tip. Very sweet, attentive, and conversational people.

Tons of concession options, decent seating, always a good time!

I love to the Cavs but the guy they got running the team got his head stuck up his a$$. I wish I could give it have a star. Ty Lie has got to be the woorst guy to ever. What he have on LeBron and Gilbert must be really embrassing. Lets Make Cavs Great Agian by Firing Lue

We went for Monster Jam. The staff were helpful and friendly. The seats were comfy. The leg room is limited, so my husband found it squishy but me and our sons were cozy. Cushioned seats!

Great renovations, new huge score board and screen. Comfortable seating and good variety of foods.

Loved it there the people that are there to help you and assist you I must say they went above and beyond expectations!! Hands down the staff at this establishment made me feel like pure royalty I loved it thank you for showing us how Cleveland does it!! They'll make sure you feel right at home!! We will be coming back to see another game!!

Place was easy to navigate. Personal was excellent. Food was good put a little expensive. Overall excellent

The redesign of this arena is absolutely bonkers. I always loved this place going back to it being Gund Arena, but it was obviously dated at this point, and the renovations they've done to the place are spectacular. From the concourse to the seats to the food options to the overall fan experience around the arena, this has quickly become one of the best places to see an NBA game and certainly an AHL game.

Great time, awesome finals game by the Warriors. Would have been five stars if Durant didn't win Finals MVP.

I took my three children and although we sat high in the stands, I feel like we along with everyone else in those seats were completely excluded from the show

The Cavs should be grateful I'm not reviewing them! Was in a suite, so how bad could that be? Pizza was surprisingly good. Hot dogs looked appealing. Will flag that this is a Pepsi establishment.

RoMoFiHo! Wow they outdid themselves when remodeling. Been here for concerts, Monsters game, Cavs game, and Disney on Ice. Always a great time.

Attended may events here with the family (circus, Disney on Ice, etc). Decent parking options, fairly modern arena. Could use better crowd management system.

The attendants are friendly even though they're busy. There are plenty of concession stands so there isn't a long wait. The acoustics are good. The bathrooms are clean and stocked

Love the arena. Always a fun place to go. Bathrooms are clean. Sections are clearly labelled. Saw Travis Scott. The bass is insane. I couldn't believe how much powerful the bass was even in the nose bleeds. Honestly probably could have turned it down a little. Parking is crazy though.

Wonderful experience! All employees were extremely courteous. If by chance you're wheelchair bound don't hesitate to enjoy events at this arena....I had a ball and plan to return.

Took my wife to see Elton John. The arena was nice, show sounded great, and the staff was helpful.

Came to see Giannis when they played the Bucks. He didnt even play lol

First time to see the Cavs and everyone was really friendly, apart from $9 Bud Lights wonderful experience I would go again

I saw LeBron shoot a buzzer beater in a playoff game. doesn't get much better than that. appreciate that even playoff tickets are somewhat affordable with the back rows costing around $50

Saw Disney on Ice and my daughter and myself enjoyed ourselves immensely. Only issue was that EVERYTHING was way over priced. It was quite ridiculous the prices on some of the items.

Floor seating is just to tight feels like cheap airline seating.

Really enjoy the arena when going to events. It's clean, big and easily accessible thru the parking garage. They put on a lot of great, fun events, too.

Staff is so helpful getting you to where you need to be. Everyone is super friendly and helps makes the experience! Food and souvenirs are a little high priced, but that is to be expected.

Absolutely love this place! There are so many awesome events held here so you should definitely keep an eye on the upcoming events. From basketball, to hockey, to concerts, and so much in between, this place has so much to offer! The workers are pretty helpful with getting you to the right seats. The bathrooms are always well taken care of. The food is just average stadium food, bit it isn't too overpriced. You do have to pay for parking, but it's downtown so it's expected. The parking can get pretty pricey especially for big events, but it's definitely worth it.

This arena has serious access problems. Not to mention concessions options are limited, the whole place just seems like it's been slapped together. Granted they're under construction, but it's like this all the time, not just now. Nationwide Arena and the Arena District does it better.

Great arena. Easy to get to and they have a great team store.

Not really a single bad seat in the house. Food options are not bad. Favorite place to eat in the arena is B-Spot or Bar Symon! Food and drink are pricey but that's probably pretty comparable to other professional arenas. Parking is pretty expensive near by but a great place to park for cheap is at Tower City. You can also park in the Jack Casino garage and gamble for 30 minutes and get free parking.

The suites at the Q are always great and the staff is wonderful.
