Nothing but a great experience at the Q and watching the Cavs!
Edit: They have since renamed it to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. Nice redesign of the outside. Just be nice if Cavs could win.

Saw Fall Out Boy. Amazing. I used FlashSeats for the first time and I was worried there would be a problem (knowing our phones will go against us at the worst moments) but it was actually VERY convenient and easy to use. I also have a memory board on my wall where I put physical tickets so concerts, so I was thinking that might be something I would miss, but they gave me a physical copy after they scanned my phone. ALSO: I used the rest room 3 times during my concert and this was the first place to have a clean and stocked (toilet paper) bathroom the entire time! But be aware; you cannot bring outside water bottles!

This place does everything. What a versatile venue to be a hockey arena and an NBA basketball court. also many different shows on the ice. and amazing quality digital screens on the score board.

TSO show was out of this world.. highly recommend going next season.. wont be disappointed

The first cavs game I ever went to this year and they won and it was awesome and I love there food and the popcorn that they have for us in front of our seats

They forgot to bring us our food again and the hockey team looked like they were going through the motions.

Went to see a Monsters game. Not a big hockey fan, but enjoyed the overall experience.

Nice remodel. Go Jacks, err Monsters. How cool could that be? The Jackets and the Jack's?

Really a great stadium, I'd put it under the nuggets and rockets stadium. However, the layout of the seats could improve.

The Q is a busy place, even for low attendance events. Easy to navigate. Lots of food selections. Pretty much any seat is a good seat.

Renovations are great. Just need a better team. Come back LBJ

Great downtown location. Home of CAVS. Home to Lake Erie Monsters. Clean and tidy. Plenty of economical parking options are available in the vicinity, in a decent walking distance... even during special events. Lot of good restaurants around...from $ to $$$$, as well as shopping options. Thanks.

Great sound and lighting for Elton John's Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour.

Bought tickets for my wife and I for her birthday and had such an amazing time. Unfortunately the Cavs lost but it was well with the experience. We have traveled to a few games before and enjoy it every time.

Would have been a 5 with all new builds but if you are somewhat handicapped and have a walker or wheelchair to have left before going to your seat then there is only 1 place on the concourse and that's always halfway around the arena from your seat.

What a wonderful arena.... Everyone that works here are very helpful!

Great hospitality by workers in the Q! Customer service over the phone provided incorrect hours for ticketmaster. Upon questioning the discrepancy between website (6p) and time she provided (5p), her response was, "I don't know what to tell you". In the Q service was 5 stars but over the phone service was disappointing.

My boyfriend slipped and fell on nachos and cheese that had been sitting spilled all over the steps. The employee in our section had been told about it.... and nothing was done until I complained! !!!

I had a great experience here. We had a good time; I had some good food; the bathrooms were clean; and when we came out, the Indians had won and Progressive Field was shooting off fireworks. It was a great time. I just wish I hadn't worn myself out walking from Westside Market to there for free parking!!

I might have a super fun time watching Disney on Ice, but I can't get there because the parking situation is out of control.

One of the best places for events in downtown Cleveland. Cavs games, Monsters games, concerts, performance arts shows. Great venue.

Always a fun experience but this time we sat where the food was free. The food tasted stale but it had just come out.

They could definitely upgrade their food choices, but for those people who don't come often you will be totally satisfied!

Workers kept walking in front of me and standing there while the concert was going on. Concert was great for what I was able to see of it

When for a birthday gift and let me tell you just being there in the experience of a live basketball game was enough no matter where you sit if you want to sit there and fight over good seats you're missing out on the game and the experience love the place great job Cavs better luck next year

Great food, easy to navigate. Good view from any seats.

I have been coming to The Q for quit some time. The organizers have made this an excellent family fun place to watch our favorite sports event. It is safe for kids, exciting for teens or if you just want to grab a couple of friends and go hang out. Lots and lots of food choices.

Seats in 200 level have very little leg room. I'm only 6 feet tall and barely had room. Plus if you are in middle of row and have to exit row good luck because of very little room. I saw two people fall down while trying to get to the aisle because of this. I've been to a half dozen similar arenas and none are close to being this bad. On plus side good food choices at the arena.

I don't know why but my daughter is crazy going even outside to watch the quicken .. nice place.

I love rocket mortgage becuase it is a very nice and clean facility with nice and helpful staff. I attend many event here including concerts, disney on ice, and Cavs games.
