Venue was great. However, seating in the upper levels is a little cramped. The ushers attitudes left little to be desired.

Great seats awesome show, Monster Jam was awesome too!!!

Sound is very mediocre for concerts, especially in the mid to upper levels. Ushers, security and concession stand personnel all are friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking is okay, but extremely expensive.

The Arena was well divided for the always awesome Cirque du Soleil performance.

Traffic control outside the arena was deplorable, especially for a city that hosts an NBA team. Food and beverage vendor personnel weren't much better. Only saving grace for this place, not a bad seat in the house.

Very good atmosphere for s hockey game. Great fun for the whole family.

We enjoyed an amazing concert at the Q! The employees were great. The venue was easy to maneuver in and the seats were just as advertised. It made for an unforgettable weekend.

Clean arena. Staff was very helpful. Our only issue was that ticket purchasing process was ridiculous. Parking was not guided well as we entered. Our tickets were also upgraded and we were not told. We asked six staffers before we got an explaination from other fans when we got to our seats. Not complaining because we bought nosebleeds and ended up with floor seats for the WWE Event but we were with two kids and were afraid we were going to get kicked out because they printed out the wrong tickets for us. Vendors did not come to the floor seats with snacks throughout the show but the brought beer to our area almost every 15 minutes. Overall, great experience. We traveled from WV to the event and it wasn't a disappointment. Great arena!

Good parking. It was a little pricey I think. Friendly and helpful security. We went for Disney on ice and while everything was expensive as hell, it was a nice set up for the kids. This was our first time being at the arena and it was really steep. But once you got used to it, it was fine. We can't wait to go back for future events.

Love the Q! Be careful tho,you may get lost! Loved working for the Cavs,but would rather take public transpo than drive. It will be twice as nice once renovations are complete in neat future!

Great time. However parking is $20. They were towing anyone at a parking meter.

Staff very helpful to get you to where you need to be, prices are high, but that's expected at any sports venue. Great arena with the best home town fans.

Always a great atmosphere. Takes for ever to get your food. Very slow service.

It was ok I've had better we got handicapped seats and that was just behind all the balcony seats! I had 4 tickets and only 3 of us went but we where still extremely crowded! The show was amazing though!
They should have it set up like new era field arena! Handicapped was on floor level on a platform that sat higher than seats so when people stood up to dance and stuff, we could still see the show!

Went to a cavs small viewing party using one of the private rooms/boxes and had a great time. Service was great, of course, a good boy pricy but that's expected. Would suggest trading out key doors with keypads. I know it would be expensive but if they started with only a few and adding a tad bit more speciality they could create somewhat more expensive rooms/ spaces and claim them as more VIP. Just a thought.

The Cavs and Lakers game was awesome...although it's always hard getting to the parking garage on game night. Traffic is always terrible around there

Traffic director blamed city for not allowing signs that could have told us the parking garage was full before we got to the entrance. Prizes dropped from above fall 90% on the lower bowl. Everything seems geared for the season ticket holders. Average fans are treated as 2nd class citizens.

The Ledgends lounge was awesome. Buffet was exquisite. The food was so delicious. The wait staff was very pleasant and helpful. The seats were great. The glass partitions added a nice touch by creating separation from your neighbors yet allowing for interactions at the same time. The golden pass parking allowed for easy access to the arena from the parking garage. Literally out the car and straight into the building.

Traveling in from out of town. Nice venue to watch the Cav s. Fun interactive place, great seating, food and entertainment. The area is very convenient to local bars and restaurants downtown. We were able to grab a table just a few blocks away and then catch the game. Lastly, Uber picks up several blocks away. Be prepared to walk a little.

Awesome concert! Beverages were way overpriced. How do they expect their employees to get tips?

For a venue of this size, they consistently do a great job of moving the herd in and out. They typically hire enough staff that each stairwell and doorway has somebody there to help guide you. For the sheer volume of people that want in and out of a building as quickly as possible, you couldn't ask for much better crowd management.

Just went and saw Kelly Clarkson!! Everything went smooth with the arena staff, they were helpful.

Would give it a better rating but it s still in construction. And if it sucks I don t want to be the guy saying it doesn t.

Hate it when they put a corporate name on a public building.

The concourses need work but I understand they are renovating. Sitting in the club level is amazing for concerts. There is a skywalk to the Gateway East Garage from club level that is totally worth it. Traffic can be bad so get there early.

Good place, but make sure you plan your parking ahead of time and like most venues, their drinks and snacks are way overpriced.

We stopped by to take some pictures, it was early in the morning so it was quiet and not a lot of people around.

Superb experience as usual. Great environment for a Cavs game. Seating is always good and the concourse is excellent. A great time in Cleveland.

It is a very clean and friendly place. I go for many different occasions and have a good experience everytime.

ok ok ok - we saw the Cavs look here - but the arena was awesome! Take an uber - it leads you to the main gate and they have a pick up place for after the game - The home of the great Cavs... go go go support our homies!
