Must have been a christian event I was blessed by. David Jeremiah was very good. Pleasant atmosphere.

The updates for the fieldhouse are absolutely magnificent.

man that game was sad no excitement to much construction going on we left early I seen a fan take a lottery ticket from a little kid and made him cry that spoiled my mood. and I spent plenty of money during the finals

Why is there not more vertical transportation???? Definitely needs more escalators, elevators, stairs.

Good place to watch the cavs. Tickets a pricy though.

The renovations to RMFS are amazing. You really should take a look.

So exciting and fun! Staff do a great job of helping direct traffic, security at the door is friendly. Extra fun if you visit via Tower City and walk the gateway.

the scanners were all down second day into the monsters season and it was really disappointing since they have this whole new building

Great sound system. Thorough but quick access to the arena. Safe walk to car after.

Newly refurbished, looks beautiful and seats are more comfortable then normal arena seating.

Went to see the Monsters, good seats, always entertaining even though they were shutout.

Went to 2 concerts recently and the experience was fantastic. I've recently had some issues with mobility and they did everything they could to accommodate me. The staff at the counters for food and drinks were polite and efficient. Great experience..

CPD and CFD basketball game. All staff were very nice and helpful.

Loved my experience here. Saw a Cleveland Monsters AHL hockey game. For a team that was in last place I was amazed at the local fan support! Very impressive. Will go again!

I went to Q...for MBBall- Toledo my seats turned out were upstairs. I'm afraid of heights. I experienced some problems. They came to us to find out what was wrong. My sister explained the situation to them..we were looking to move down stairs. She looked at me and said you wait right here.. She assessed the situation and left. It seemed only minutes...she said follow me. We did...right to the front row! Loved this place. I will return. They were so accomodating.

Really nice place. Took a few grandkids to see Jurassic world live here. Not a bad seat in the house. We had a good time and parking is right across the street.

Loved game 3 with the warriors and calves and everything there was great

Excellent arena, traffic is alright. Parking can be tough.

We went to see the Eagles. Great show. The Q is very easily accessible and everything went smooth even though the concert was sold out. Recommend that u walk 2 blocks and get ubered.we got way ahead of everyone.

Food/drink is overpriced, staff is unfriendly, but the cavs are doing great

My first hockey game. Loved it. Would visit there again.

Went to see wwe event, no room to sit or see ring,had floor seats,they sucked, it was very cramped and Cleveland people didnt even cheer the wrestlers on very boring, could of saved 60 bucks and watched on tv.

Traffic getting there was ridiculous and the parking was a nightmare.

Very entertaining outside of the game. The product isnt spectacular right now but I like a nice amount of the players they have. The new design and food choices are phenomenal.

Even though LeBron left the friendly staff still kept Smiles on their faces

A nice arena that hosts a variety of sports (basketball, hockey, and arena football to name a few). Plenty of parking nearby. Lots of selection on the food/drink front, including some upscale options as well.

Got to upgrade our Tool tickets for free so I was ecstatic!

Beautiful new arena. Same personal and no smoking section!!! Annoying.

It doesn't matter what we come here for a concert or a sports game ... EVERY time, the staff is accommodating and happy to help with our every need! We love coming to events here!
