Great overall venue ,whether concerts ,proffesional buisness or sports ,always a superior experience

Quicken Loans Arena can get lost now that ownership is pressuring the struggling residents of Cleveland to pay for their updates that will only make them more money. Negotiating tax breaks with the city/county is one thing, but asking the residents to contribute their hard-earned tax dollars for something ownership can easily afford is sickening.

Home of the champion Cleveland Cavaliers (loved Dan Gilbert when he roasted LeBron for leaving, got frustrated with him for bringing him back, forgave all once LeBron finally repped Cleveland as his prideful home), but I've seen many other events here (UFC, concerts, etc) and it serves them all very well. Pretty good food options beyond your typical concession stand cuisine.

The Q is a really nice venue with friendly staff and a wide variety of food available. I'm not really sure why the building needs a 150 million dollar renovation.

Does about everything it can to get things right. Good food, good entertainment. Go Cavs!

The empowering atmosphere here will get anyone ready for the game!

The show was great but they oversell the seats and people sit on top of each other like sardines

Dan Gilbert really did a nice job getting this place renovated.

The new rocket mortgage is really nice I enjoyed the special effects during the jurrasic world tour

The Cavs are one of the most entertaining experiences in town and the improvements to the Q have not gone unnoticed. They do a great job of keeping all ages and fans entertained during the game during breaks and the experience of is always memorable.

Great experience with the hockey game just wanted to see a fight lol but overall great time..

I saw a few Finals games and the food and ticket prices are good

Beers are cheap and cocktails are overpriced. Saw a hockey game here and had a good time.

Attended an Andrea Bocelli concert here in December. Very crowded but very nice. Seats were excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Get there early to avoid major traffic or park in a surrounding lot and walk. Staff is friendly and make themselves visible for questions and directions to seats, food choices, etc. Pricing is very high ($5 for a 20 oz soda) but credit cards are accepted, so no need for a lot of cash if you don't want to carry it. Clean and we'll maintained facility.

Easy to get to, fun watching the Monsters Hockey games

Top notch NBA arena that houses a ton of events beyond the Cavs. Monsters Hockey, Gladiators football. Large arena that has no bad seats.

Justin Timberlake concert one of the best concerts out there one of my best experiences of concerts of my lifetime extra ramps going throughout the arena to give more fans more close-up views of Justin and the rest of performers great show the only drawback was a little too loud without much Silence from beginning to end not that you needed it to be quiet for a second either

Attended game 3 of NBA finals. Everyone was very helpful!

Everyone is so friendly and provides a fun atmosphere....Well I'm told i travel here with the "mayor" of the Q.... Fun times!!

Lost a star because of the excessive human quantity. 10/10 on security though, if it werent for them I would have gone into the concert with my bookbag and a pair of vise grips. Good thing they stopped me. Real miracle workers.

Great venue for entertainment and parking is reasonable too.

We had an amazing time the staff was caring and helpful they got us to our seat easily. I gave a three star review because we were packed in our seats with barely enough room to move.

What a nice place. Not really a bad seat in the house!

Seats aren't the largest, but nothing abnormal for an indoor arena. AMAZING jumbotron!

The remodel is beautiful the only complaint is beer prices are way too high

Saw a Disney on Ice here and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In the midst of chaos and all the kids and families they were still so nice! Clean and friendly atmosphere.
