Went to a Cavs game, we lost, but I enjoyed the time with my family, my children's first time to a sporting event and they loved it. The children recieved a free basketball, a certificate with their name on it, a button, they made a keys go CAVS sign. Food was not too pricey, but I expected it to be, but not over what I expected. Went on free tickets, cash spent to feed 2 adults and 2 children with drinks $48.xx, their smiles and sound also when I got home ...priceless.

We enjoy the experience but wish the cavs were playing better this year.

Came for a Red Hot Chili Peppers concert. Best concert ever.

Great staff, so sweet. Their security is firm but kind.

It's always crowded, and you should plan your parking BEFORE you go. The south entrance is one of the lesser used entrances, but it's not near the parking garage.

While the stadium is beautiful, the attention and the atmosphere contrast it, a shame that such a beautiful place is wasted.

Nice facility, construction made entry a bit harder.

Even though they built the place on sin tax, they won't let you re-enter. Every other venue around allows it. I won't be back.

Lovely venue it's not so large that it's difficult to see the act that you went to view everywhere is a good seat lots of refreshment stands courteous ticket takers in Usher's

Lots of available parking nearby and easy access to the stadium overall. Not a single bad seat in the arena.

The renovation is nice, noticed the staff has better hospitality too!

The angle of the rows are too steeply pitched. If it weren't for the huge hanging screen, there would be no reason to watch an event in this venue.

It was very confusing to find the club seats and the communication between the staff was lacking

Good venue, but don't buy the cheap seats as the acoustics are horrible up high. Thankfully we were in C127 where the audio and visuals were pretty good.

I want to say I was so pleased with customer service. Phone was answered in less than a minute after intial recording. A real live person with a pleasant personality listened to my dilemma. Put me on hold less than a minute to check it out. Came back and was more than happy to help me. Even if she couldn't I would understood and still given 5 stars for customer service! Why can't other company's follow this example and hire people willing to do there jobs without attitude and making you feel you are being a bother?! Great job Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse! I just sold my house but I had them for my mortgage and refinance and it was all handle the same way. I highly recommend!!

Nicely appointed venue. Seati g a bit tight but clean and enough toilets :)

Love going to the Monsters games. Season ticket holder. The staff at the Q are very helpful and friendly!

It's a beautiful arena, but the mapping to leave the building was quite confusing.

Congested, to much construction going on near the entrance. The seats in the arena are way too close and aisle ways to small.

Disney on ice brings Disney prices to already high prices. $20 for a snow cone

Went to see the Cleveland Monster hockey game, Parking lots a little confusing to find but well staffed for only 10.00 dollars. The arena was clean and very well ventilated, the restroom was clean and stocked at least for half of the game. The ticket staff and the arena staff very, very friendly, security in the arena was everywhere which is great.

Very organized and friendly staff. Moved people along quickly. Good show!

Awesome statium but poor Cavi team without King James...

I went here to see Tool with my kids. The show was awesome and the staff here was very accommodating. Make sure to pay close attention to the seating map if you go here for a show because there are a lot of obstructed views.

I had a VERY WONDERFUL TIME THERE. This is my first being in there since the renovation. Im telling you, im telling you, I'M TELLING YOU. Whoever did the renovations needs to go over ALL THE BASKETBALL STADIUMS. It was UNBELIEVABLE GORGEOUS. I give it a 4 thumbs up. I put both thumbs up 2x. The food was great as always. People showing you to your arena seats were pleasant. It was, and is an all around inviting place. I LOVED MY TIME THERE.

This is the place where I love taking my grandchildren to have fine and I also have fun

Good show with Metallica! Not so far to walk to as some other venues.

I had a great time at the Cavs vs Bulls game on Wednesday night. And the new stadium is very nice too!
