Great hospitality by workers in the Q! Customer service over the phone provided incorrect hours for ticketmaster. Upon questioning the discrepancy between website (6p) and time she provided (5p), her response was, "I don't know what to tell you". In the Q service was 5 stars but over the phone service was disappointing.
