- [ ] Avoid Castle Hill Toyota like the plague !! Unfortunately google review wouldn’t allow me to leave a zero star rating as they didn’t even deserve 1 star !!! Visit Lander Toyota at Blacktown you’ll get much better sales and service there by far ! I’ve had the unfortunate displeasure in dealing with Castle Hill Toyota and purchasing a defective 2021 Toyota Hilux SR5 brand new that has been plagued with DPF issues, where it came to the stage of having to acquire the assistance of a solicitor to attempt to get a refund … Castle Hill Toyota quickly passed the buck to Toyota Australia legal team which has dragged out the matter to a point where I could no longer financially pursue the matter and had to cease any further legal action. Please see my story below and if anyone out there wishes more information please reach out I’ll be happy to answer any questions regarding my experience. My experience couldn't have been better.

First, very courteous staff.
Secondly, getting the best pricing on my Toyota Landcruiser Prado 2020.

My salesperson Ryan was no short of surprises. He worked his charm from beginning to end.

His recommendations were amazing. He saved me big $$$ starting car price to accessories. After my purchase, he was kind enough to support and commit his support in arranging for services.

Thank you Ryan and Castle Hill Toyota. Me and my family are grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Bought my new Toyota Corolla from the Castle Hill dealership and picked it up yesterday. The whole experience was amazing! Jess had helped me and explained everything so well from the day i decided to purchase the car up until driving away with the car. Could not have asked for a better experience for buying my first brand new car. Truly appreciate all the help, assistance and service i was provided by her and Nick. Would definitely recommend this dealership over other ones such as Lander.

Jessica looked after me both professionally and always with a smile. This occurred from the time I walked in the first time til the time I drove out the Toyota Castle Hill showroom and driveway.
She showed concerned about the pending storm, allowing me to stay that little bit longer til I was brave enough to let my new car into it

Being a new car purchaser in the last decade, it was definitely a confusing and stressful situation for my husband and I to decide on a suitable car that can cater for all our needs. Thanks to Ryan and Fergus from Castle Hill Toyota, the experience was made extremely simple and efficient. They both gave us the best deals in the market and both kept their words. Ryan effectively showcased how to use the car and all the features it holds. I am more than happy to give following ratings to Ryan and Fergus, Once again thanks so much for your help and support.

What a terrible service centre. Poor communication...

What a terrible service centre. Poor communication, poor customer service and to top it off, you drop your car off to be serviced and it isn't complete!
I dropped my Corolla off at 7am only to be notified at 4:30pm it needed 4 new tyres which couldn't be completed as the technicians left at 5pm. Contrary to that, when I collected my car I was told the technician had left at 12:30pm... My options were then to return the loan car (waste of $50 when the service wasn't complete) & leave my car overnight which would leave me stranded or rebook for another day, putting me out yet again. No proper explanation, no resolution and certainly no sincerity from the staff. Not the first time I've experienced issues here but certainly the last! I won't be returning.

Stay clear of this phoney dealership. They will wash their hands off once the car is sold. We bought 2013 RAV4 and it had a defect where the aircon vent grille where it used to vibrate all the time. They said they fixed the defect and I found out after couple of months that they chucked a big sponge in the vent to fix it. Shocking that the car under warranty and the fault was reported within six months. I complained to the manager and then they fixed the defect by swapping the part in second go. While fixing that they broke something else the steering started making noise while turning as they didn't put back together properly. This was fixed again after I complained and did another visit. Next the entertainment head unit had to be replaced as well due to problem in bluetooth. At least this was done under warranty. The battery also failed in 2.5 years and they made me pay for it as it is only 2 years in warranty for the battery and it counts as general wear and tear. I bet they never looked at the battery fluid levels and it died. I had also purchased extended warranty worth $1200 from this phonies. The service has been terrible as the car doesn't feel like a serviced one everytime. I really doubt they do any thing during service. After three years my right front wheel made grinding noise which I complained to them. They simply ignored it as they don't want to do anything with it during warranty and specially capped price service. They said it has uneven wear and will be replaced in next service which was out of the capped price service. I just let them take the money for extended warranty and started to service my car outside the dealership as I was scared they will trash the car in this way.
This should be the worst toyota dealearship in whole Australia. The service department looks run by amateurs who rely on the reliability of toyota and dont do anything to the car. Don't get fooled by the shiny building and service infrastructure. Just steer clear of these phonies

we recently bought a Car from Castle Hill Toyota - The service from Hamish & Andreh is beyond exceptional, there was nothing that was too difficult or too much trouble for these guys, we were apprehensive visiting this dealer after a previous bad experience, but we are so glad we visited. We are loving our new car and i have been recommending this dealer to everyone i speak to, Thanks so much Andreh & Hamish. you both made our car buying experience fantastic!

The service we received at Castle Hill Toyota used car section was outstanding. Hooman was very attentive and extremely patient as my husband is pretty fussy when it comes to buying a new car. Marko, the finance guy worked diligently to get my paperwork through, over and above staying after office hours to finalise all the paperwork so I can get my car for Christmas and New Year. Also, Robbie from Sales started my buying journey with anticipation. Great team and highly recommend them to walk you through this truly great experience. Such enthusiastic teamwork. Credit to them.

MY car which is almost brand new got scratched during service, which I pointed out before leaving to the Service Manager. 2 weeks later and at least 5 messages left requesting a call back, still haven't heard from him...very poor customer service!!!!

Have just bought a car from this dealer. So far excellent supportive service, from 2nd car salesman Mani to new car salesmen. Willing to negotiate. Responsive, respectful, straightforward - with very little pressure and only one offer of up-sell. I am assuming that the after service will be as good - part of why we are buying here. Some of the posts on this page are a bit of a worry. I hope I can recommend this dealership to my network for that too.

My radio audio system stopped working so I took my...

My radio audio system stopped working so I took my car in for a service. I told them I thought the fuse may have blown. When I arrived to pick up my car they said the whole audio system would need to be changed at a cost of $850. I was told all the wires were in place and they weren't sure what was wrong with the audio system. I asked if the fuse was checked and told me that it was fine. I took my car to another mechanic. He discovered that the fuse was blown, and one of the wires was damaged. After replacing the fuse and fixing the wire my audio system was working again. I called three times speaking to different people including the manager to get an explanation about why I was lied to. No one ever got back to me. I won't be dealing with Castle Hill Toyota ever again.

After travelling from Bathurst to attend the funeral of my cousin, we had a warning light regarding charging come up in our Toyota Prado. We attempted to have it seen to prior to the funeral at another dealer and we had no luck.

After the funeral at Rouse Hill, we located and attended Castle Hill Toyota. By this stage it must have already been 3pm.

To Joe, Mia, Joanne and Josh, we cannot thank you enough for the service that was provided. We were told that if the part could be obtained, they would do the best to get us back on the road after the difficult day we had had.

The dealer principle should be proud of the professional and friendly staff they have in their employ.

Terrible customer service, sales staff judge you the minute you enter the showroom. Managers are only willing to talk or discuss if your want to book the car straight away,, statement they use " if you are willing to shop around, you can come back when you have decided" not acceptable as a customer.
Was so prepared to buy RAV4- would have got 1 if you provided best customer service. But glad ended up buying Mercedes-Benz.

We have bought two brand new cars in the last coup...

We have bought two brand new cars in the last couple of months, from the same sales lady, Jessica Irving. She is absolutely amazing, the best customer service.
Thank you Daiby as well in the finance department for the excellent service.
Dave, the Principal from the dealership, is like no other. He has his finger on the pulse with a personal touch.
We can honestly recommend Toyota Castle Hill!

I definitely will be going back for future business! I dealt with Richard from the New Car Team who assisted me with buying my new Camry. He has a very easy going and respectful approach that steers himself away from the typical car salesman stereotypes. Equipped with strong, extensive product knowledge he had a humbling yet patient answer to everything I asked and assisted me through my whole buying process. I'll most definitely be referring future business' his way!! His confidence in the Toyota brand definitely shows and his attitude is on point!! I strongly recommend seeing Richard from the New Car Sales Team!!!

Went in there a while ago to look at second hand cars. This guy came up and completely ignored me and started talking to my fiance. I said the car would be for me and he didn't even look at me and started asking my fiance questions like "what's her budget?" "what kind of car is she looking for" - as if I wasn't even there. My fiance gestured towards me and mentioned the car was for me and the man said "but i'm asking you". I understand this comes with being a female walking into car yards, but usually they're more subtle about. We gave up and then asked roughly what a trade in would be and my fiance pointed out a ute that he liked. The guy asked if he was a tradie and when my fiance said no he said "well then you don't really need a ute" and lost interest instantly and started walking away. I ended up getting a second hand car that i'm so happy with and my fiance ended up getting his ute - just not from here.

Was at castle hill Toyota to make enquiry for new vehicle , talk to Richard , ask for roughly estimated cost for vehicle and he replay that I do not know until and unless you agreed to purchased the vehical from us , no customer service at all , I was feeling like I bagging for new vehicle from him Without paying anything.
Also , the way he was talking I feel sorry for castle hill Toyota and bought for 4 company vehical from someware else .
So carefully with Richard as he is not interested to do business , also for information customer got the right to ask for price in Australia.
DO not recommend any one as per my experience with sales team .

Worst customer service ever. My car has stopped working (and a part has been recalled) and all they said when i rang for help they could not care less. I understand you are busy but a little compassion and not 'nah i got told no one else is come in'

Consistently disappointed across numerous engagements.
Always happy to talk about getting paid but try and raise an issue and you will be bounced around and ultimately no one will follow up.
Purchased a demo vehicle with extremely low km only to be delivered without logbook. After months of chasing I eventually got a replacement but they refused to complete the information on the services that had already been completed claiming they did not know who did them.
If that was the case the vehicle was clearly not a demo.
In the first service after warranty expired I pointed out a manufacturing fault and they want nothing to do with it. Every other dealer I have had has been able to raise a claim with the manufacturer for manufacturing faults regardless of warranty period. All too hard for these guys, just try to push me to some else in the org until I gave up.

Dropped off my Corolla with a niggling problem where the car kept stalling and idled roughly. Picked it up at the end if the day running properly again.
They had cleaned the throttle body and the total charge was only $66.
Staff very friendly kept me informed about what was going on.
Very happy with the whole experience. The only niggle would be that there is not a lot of parking onsite.

Very dissatisfied with service and management, out of all Toyota dealerships I have dealt with. David Cinni was deceitful he was a smiling Assassin. At first he was helpful but in the end was a complete......do not even want to write the word.....
I would never lower my self to his low standards.
The management must train these robots/staff like this. Very dissatisfied. Would never recommend this dealership. I never thought I would say anything bad about Toyota in my life. I would give zero Star.

The team at used vehicles went above and beyond for me when purchasing my kluger 2016. They made the whole process very easy and pain free, with no complications or delays. I am going to be forever grateful to Mark Rosano who made me extremely comfortable during the whole process .I couldn t be happier with the service he and his boss provided.

Castle Hill wasn't the cheapest at first but ended up coming to the party.

Great new car experience - first time buying a new car, and it wasn't the nightmare pushy experience we had feared. Castle Hill Toyota were patient when we were making our decisions... and then we had to be patient to wait for the all new Rav4 model to arrive! Thrilled when it did, we made the right decision.

Went to collect a new central locking key. There were a few hurdles as the key was not programmed therefore not functional. Spoke to Jonathan in service, he was more than happy to rectify the problem. I was very happy with the service received. He went above & beyond to correct the issue. Highly recommended.

The service department are slow, they don t provide updates on where the vehicle is at and warranty claims are dealt with at a low priority.
I only service the car at the dealership because of the capped price service. If I didn t have capped price service I would not use their service.
I have taken one car back 6 times for the same issue with brakes and another car back three times in 2 months for a diesel particle filter issue.

Having spent some time looking for a car to replace my written off Honda Jazz, I decided to purchase a Toyota Corolla.
Living in Berowra, Castle Hill was quite a bit away, but, having dealt with Your company and especially Josh, I have no doubt I made the right decision to buy my Corolla from Castle Hill Toyota.
It was a pleasure dealing with Josh. He was very effective in his job and a very pleasant individual.

Customer service is totally appauling. They're hap...

Customer service is totally appauling. They're happy to sell you a car but then they seem to wipe their hands of you.

They cancelled my extended warranty after i was late for car service due to my being in ICU at thw Childrens Hospital for over 2 months with a child who was fighting for her life. I was assured it wouldn't be cancelled when i explained my situation and booked the car in, only to find out later that they had in fact cancelled it the day before they serviced my car.

They've now missed sending me my last service reminder which i rely on to know when its due, so now my car is overdue for its service when it didnt need to be.

I was always a Toyota girl, and have never driven anything else, but after my experience with this dealership I'll never buy another toyota again and i certainly wont be taking my car back to them for a service.

Very disappointed, especially after dealing with Terry Shields Toyota in past yrs - they were always fantastic and genuinely seemed to care about pleasing their customers.

Would love to say a massive thank you to the team at Castle Hill Toyota. Even a bigger thank you to Jess for the amazing help and support she gave us during the purchase of our new car. Jess was very patient and helpful through out the whole process. No matter how many time i would call with questions Jess was always happy to help.
