What a terrible service centre. Poor communication, poor customer service and to top it off, you drop your car off to be serviced and it isn't complete!
I dropped my Corolla off at 7am only to be notified at 4:30pm it needed 4 new tyres which couldn't be completed as the technicians left at 5pm. Contrary to that, when I collected my car I was told the technician had left at 12:30pm... My options were then to return the loan car (waste of $50 when the service wasn't complete) & leave my car overnight which would leave me stranded or rebook for another day, putting me out yet again. No proper explanation, no resolution and certainly no sincerity from the staff. Not the first time I've experienced issues here but certainly the last! I won't be returning.
