Casio Deutschland GmbH Review

Had to send my Mudmaster to be repaired. Through personal negligence. My watch was processed quickly and repaired as a goodwill gesture. The lady who called me was extremely friendly. I honestly explained my fault to her and Casio took over my damage. That is still real service !!!!! It took about 10 days to ship it there and back. Many thanks to the Casio team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought 3 G-SHOCK and an alarm clock on the official website of Casio and I am very satisfied with the purchases. I am a maniac of the original packaging and all the watches have arrived perfect, the last one a Rangeman GPR-B1000-1ER. Shipments have been fast with UPS and the entire purchasing process is very clear and with detailed information about the purchase and shipping process. There are other sites with better prices but I look for reliability and Casio Europe has fulfilled my expectations.

Everything worked out great. Watch like new and at a great price.

Fast loading from 6 am to 4 pm You can stand by the company overnight on the street, if there is space. There is no restroom for drivers.

I have a prw 1200T casio of 2006. the display would have to be swapped, otherwise the clock works. Casio speaks of improper treatment (which I see as Auszufucht) and has allegedly no spare parts and sends the clock unopened as not repairable. There is also no offer for another clock. this is bad business policy, a 13 year old clock (450 ), which is built similar, and no spare parts and a visual repair? and the impudence to blame the user. I do not want to have the clock repaired in vain, that was my wish - or received an offer for a new clock. both were rejected. it is not surprising that casio watches from the well-known watch shops disappear and for me, after the 4th g shock, no option can be more!

A company out of 1900: Even if you register your repair online, you still have to print the paper. Than you will get a snail mail with a price and since the company does not allow to answer via portal or email (they only have fax, but no company email), I would have to now buy an envelop and a stamp and snail mail the form back to them. They really have no idea what "Internet" or "Digital" is, they are like 50 years behind the world. So they can keep my watch and I rather buy a new one from a company which has internet and email.

I wanted to repair my camera (one of the two lens covers no longer retracts) and on my request I was emailed back very quickly: "Unfortunately, we have to inform you that due to the age of the EX-ZR750 camera, spare parts are no longer available and it is no longer possible to repair your camera. "
Pity! The question that remains for me is why I should buy Casio items in the future if Casio cannot repair them myself ...

Very quick and competent help with a problem with a Casio watch!

After over an hour in the waiting loop was simply hung up, since it was now already after 17 o'clock.
A later call was of course not accepted, since it was already outside of business hours.

Casio has discontinued the sale of led projectors. My educational center has 30 Casio projectors, we are very satisfied with their performance, but now they leave us without support and product continuity. This action does not seem serious to me on the part of Casio.

No transparency as to what is going on with the product to be repaired, no support during the repair, bad technicians who claim that the wrong battery has been put in the computer, and after two weeks the computer with its "correct" battery goes dead again. I know better service!

Hello everyone, I have successively sent my two favorite watches to Casio Germany, repair service. Then came back quickly, always the same statement: clock defective. I could not believe that, because both of them "fell asleep" because of a suddenly used battery.
Then I went to the grocer's shop around the corner. Application photos, memory cards, contract extensions, etc.

My Opinion: Send watches to Casio for repair, you can save the postage! Unfortunately, you have to min. distribute a star, if it were up to me there would be no star ..... By the way, 4 months later, the clock is still running.

A still good Casio watch was given to Christ - battery and bracelet change. This was carried out by Christ at double the original price. When asked whether this was up-to-date and proportionate, I was not answered despite several questions to both parties.
