A company out of 1900: Even if you register your repair online, you still have to print the paper. Than you will get a snail mail with a price and since the company does not allow to answer via portal or email (they only have fax, but no company email), I would have to now buy an envelop and a stamp and snail mail the form back to them. They really have no idea what "Internet" or "Digital" is, they are like 50 years behind the world. So they can keep my watch and I rather buy a new one from a company which has internet and email.
