Had to send my Mudmaster to be repaired. Through personal negligence. My watch was processed quickly and repaired as a goodwill gesture. The lady who called me was extremely friendly. I honestly explained my fault to her and Casio took over my damage. That is still real service !!!!! It took about 10 days to ship it there and back. Many thanks to the Casio team !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
