I have a prw 1200T casio of 2006. the display would have to be swapped, otherwise the clock works. Casio speaks of improper treatment (which I see as Auszufucht) and has allegedly no spare parts and sends the clock unopened as not repairable. There is also no offer for another clock. this is bad business policy, a 13 year old clock (450 ), which is built similar, and no spare parts and a visual repair? and the impudence to blame the user. I do not want to have the clock repaired in vain, that was my wish - or received an offer for a new clock. both were rejected. it is not surprising that casio watches from the well-known watch shops disappear and for me, after the 4th g shock, no option can be more!
