They take your money straight from the account without your consent. Seems very unethical to taking stimulus money the day after it came. F this company

Stay away from these com artists, was in a wreck and have a police report. I lost wages due to the wreck and the wreck wasnt my fault. They wouldnt let me pay a day later. Dont do business with these idols!

They re ridiculous policy is that if you don t have a laminated department of motor vehicles identification card or drivers license they refuse you service. I wish I could give them zero stars or even negative stars. They are staffed by wonderfully courteous people, but the district manager Nellie and Laney are two of the most unreasonable people I have ever had the displeasure trying to work with. Not only will they never get my business, but I am going to discourage anyone else in this town or any other to go there as well. I will be posting this on all social media platforms of which I have thousands of followers, links and friends.

My parents were in a car accident outside the Cash Express in Downton Jackson Tn. My special needs brother has stage four kidney failure. He needed to pee and the proprietor refused to allow him access to the restroom. I understand they do not offer a public restroom; however it is unbelievable they refused to help a special needs person who has kidney failure and had been in a car accident. :(

This place needs to be shut down. They find out u r not happy with their services, and AFTER U PAY YOUR LOAN IN FULL WITH CASH will still hold it open In the database so u cant go anywhere else.
These people on Green st. Are a complete joke. One this is illegal, and then the DDO, wouldnt close it out because they wanted a bank statement why? One my loan is paid in full. Why would I need to bring u a bank statement when its paid, and why would it have to be dated for today, close the loan out and let me go elsewhere.

I'm not a customer of cash express I just want to let everybody know about my experience with the newport ,tn office I walked out of my house to find note pads/pens/bags all over my driveway and yard I called the newport office and spoke to the manger and asked that they stop littering she was very rude I came back home 2 hours later and found hundreds of little papers all over my driveway and yard again from the cash express office it's the marketing department was the only answer I got well stop your marketing department from littering and trespassing on private property

Came to the Pulaski location to get a loan the lady working Kasey was very rude and unprofessional wont be back.She needs to learn social skills.

It is 1:30 pm. They took our money at 9:30 and computers are down. You need to put a Manual way of doing things. I dont care how much they have to write. You can not depend on computers. I have one in Frankfort and they always help even when the the computers are down. Now I've been out there twice. I have the flu and I'm mad as hell. This is the Lawrenceburg Ky Branch. You have the poorest customer service ive ever seen.

Cash express will fire you then say you quit to cover their rear and keep your money. They expect you to take work home work for free then let you go wrongfully. They threaten your employment daily through emails because they're cowards that hide behind screens. Use all caps in threatening emails but can't say it to you face!
