Excellent service, cozy rooms, and very good location.

They sold me the bedroom as a suite with a Jacuzzi and a balcony. The "suite" was very small, very uncomfortable. We asked to be changed rooms, they changed us to one with two double beds, normal and clearly there was no change in the rate, which we respected since we asked for the change. The shower never had hot water, the bedrooms smelled quite musty. Average service, most of the staff were very friendly. However, there was someone in particular who even though we asked for his help, he never helped us. The television never worked because they did not have cable, when I went down to get help to open Netflix, the person at the reception was on a personal call and said "I'm going now", it never went. I really would not recommend it, I suppose that for the price it is passable but we did not have good experiences.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Only giving a 4 star because we requested the room with the outdoor shower, but it didnt work

Stayed here for 6 nights. Breakfast was not available at the hotel even though we paid a special fee for it. At check in we were told we would need to walk to a hotel 5 blocks away for breakfast. Went there the first day and found it very lacking so we did not return. Wi-Fi was intermittent and prone to outages, there was no hot water on days 2-4 of our stay. On the last 2 days there was no water at all. There were prices listed on the mini bar but no items offered. The glass door leaked rainwater onto the floor. The location on 5th is good, and the front desk person was friendly and sent a service person over right away to fix the lack of water issue, but our stay was disappointing overall and we did not get our money s worth considering the daily problems we encountered.

Great hotel centrally located in Playa del Carmen. Rooms are very clean and have a large bed. Breakfast buffet is very small but there is a special every day.

Some rooms are very bad with no sunlight, make sure you do not get one. The discounts they show on Expedia are totally bogus!
